Definitions
- the invention relates to a shelving system comprising at least a shelf stand with in the longitudinal direction of the shelf stand arranged mounting holes and product carriers are releasably attachable to the shelf stand.
- shelf systems with shelf stands and detachable to the Shelf stands attached to product carriers are in the art well known.
- shelf stand geometries used, but often also System solutions with a basic structure consisting of shelf stands exists that have a defined frame connection, in the longitudinal direction of the rack stand at equal intervals Fastening openings are arranged.
- a rear wall arranged on the Shelf stands is attached.
- Such shelving systems are often used in the shop area used. Here special care must be taken that the entire shelving system allows secure attachment and an uneven load on the shelves or a accidental bumping against the shelves or the Product carriers to which the shelves are attached do not close loosening the connection between the shelf and the other shelving system or a product carrier and the other shelf system can lead.
- the invention has for its object a shelf system propose that is easy to assemble and disassemble and enables secure attachment.
- This task is carried out by a shelving system with the characteristics of claim 1 solved.
- the invention is based on the idea that the product carrier are shaped in a special way that one two-stage motion sequence for insertion in the Shelf stand required.
- the product carriers have one for this first attachment approach on the load direction is at the front, and a second fastening attachment, which in Direction of load is at the rear.
- a second fastening attachment which in Direction of load is at the rear.
- one used vertical placement of the rack stands thus the first in the load direction Fastening approach in the installation position under the second Attachment approach.
- the first attachment lug has a locking groove that the front edge of the Attachment approach essentially parallel to Direction of loading and the second attachment approach has an insertion lug that differs from that in Load direction protrudes rear edge.
- the locking groove only allows the goods carrier to move parallel to the shelf stand until the locking groove comes out of it with it Engaging wall of the shelf stand is disengaged, while the insertion lug by the in the loading direction protruding edge, an edge which is a Fastening opening limited in the rack stand, reaches behind and thus only by a rotational movement out of engagement can be brought.
- the second attachment lug also has a locking groove from the front edge of the load direction Attachment approach essentially parallel to Direction of loading runs. Providing one corresponding locking groove on the second fastening attachment facilitates the insertion of the product carrier because of this Way is ensured that the first time when inserting required rotational movement has been completed, before both locking grooves engage the corresponding ones Wall parts of the shelf stand can occur.
- the second Locking groove also prevents jamming or Tilting of the product carrier when inserting it.
- the entire length of the second Attachment approach larger than that in the direction of load corresponding extension of the mounting opening in Shelf stand in the longitudinal direction of the shelf stand.
- This optional feature is for reaching behind described above the insertion lug is not absolutely necessary, but it does this is an additional security device, since even in the case where the first attachment approach is not was properly used, the disengagement of the Goods carrier from the mounting opening not without the corresponding rotary movement can be carried out. Thereby the direction of extension of the lug this Rotational movement against the load direction must take place, can thus unintentionally loosen the second Attachment approach even if the first fastening attachment not inserted correctly has been.
- the shelf stand designed as a U-profile or as a hollow profile with a Wall thickness, which is essentially the thickness of the locking groove in first attachment approach corresponds. This guarantees one secure attachment, since between the product carrier and the Shelf stands with very little play and the user feels very clearly the subjective feeling sets when the goods carrier is properly in the Shelf stand has been inserted.
- the distance between the first preferably corresponds Attachment approach and the second attachment approach Distance between the boundaries of the Fastening openings in the shelf stand, in the Installation state of the first attachment approach and the second Intervene in each case. This will create a Limitation of the displacement movement during assembly and Disassembly of the product carrier created as the product carrier as far as must be moved relative to the shelf stand until it each comes to a stop.
- the goods carriers side support plates on. These serve a side Lock the goods carrier to provide for a tight fit results.
- the support plates preferably have a plastic cover in the area in which the shelf stand is installed is facing.
- the plastic cover serves as protection against scratching the surface of the shelf wall when inserted or loading the goods carrier.
- the shelving system comprises continue with a rear wall attached to the at least one Shelf stand can be attached, with the rear wall in the area the goods carrier to be fastened has a longitudinal slot.
- the shelving system further comprises an adapter that is inserted in the longitudinal slot of the rear wall and a Fastening device to the rear wall on the shelf stand to be detachably attached.
- the adapter fulfills two functions: on the one hand, it should improve the visual appearance of the Shelf system improve by the one in the back wall milled longitudinal slots are covered, on the other but it serves as an attachment of the back wall to the shelf stands behind it.
- the adapter preferably has a safety catch.
- the safety catch serves to prevent accidental loosening to prevent one or more adapters from the rack stand, whereby there is a risk that the rear wall of the Shelf stand releases.
- Fig. 1 shows a section of the shelving system, of the rear wall 12 only a small section in the area of a Goods carrier 14 is shown. Behind the rear wall 12 and not visible in the representation of FIG Shelf stand on which the rear wall 12 is attached.
- the Shelf stand traditionally consists of a hollow profile, in which various breakthroughs are provided, which as Fastening openings are used for goods holders. More like that Of course, the shelf stand can also have a U-shaped profile have or some other suitable geometry own, which offers a contact surface for the rear wall 12 and simultaneously arranged in the longitudinal direction and from each other provides spaced mounting holes that with the Interacting goods carrier 14 described below.
- the conventional shelf stands are usually with feet that are axially adjustable Connection, e.g. a thread connected to the shelf stand are and thus a height adjustment of the shelf stand enable so when using multiple shelf stands the corresponding mounting holes in the Shelf stands are at the same height and the Goods shelves are aligned precisely in the horizontal.
- a Another advantage of the axially adjustable mounting feet is that the shelf stand is also jammed in a room can be installed by the shelf stand up to the Reach the ceiling of the room and be braced against it.
- the arranged in front of the at least one shelf stand and attached rear wall 12 can, for example, from a coated chipboard to be made and has preferably a suitable fastener, so this can be attached to the shelf stand.
- the rear wall 12 on the lower one Be provided with a mounting groove in one Fastening nose in the foot area of the respective shelf stand engages and thus a tight fit of the back wall on Shelf support ensures.
- this fastener is purely optional because, as will be explained later, the Attachment adapter for attaching the rear wall to the ensure the respective rack supports.
- the rear wall is in the area of the goods carriers to be attached 14, but in the case of system solutions to be delivered regular height intervals with an elongated slot provided, through which the goods carrier 14 engages.
- Fig. 1 can also be seen a rear wall adapter 16, which in the Rear wall 12 is inserted. This owns next to one optical function as a cover over the milling in the Rear wall also an additional, described later in detail Hold function, since he has the rear wall on the behind the rear wall arranged shelf stands attached.
- the goods carrier 14 consists of a tube 18 and a Console 20, on which, as will be described later, the Attachment approaches to intervene in the Fastening openings of a shelf stand are provided.
- support plates 22 are shown in FIG serve to provide a lateral locking. This one Support plates rest against the front 24 of the rear wall 12, is in the contact area between the support plates 22 and the A front profile 24 of the rear wall is provided, that prevents damage and scratching of the rear wall.
- the goods carrier 14 consists of how has already been explained, from a tube 18 and one Console 20, which on the lower side as well as the upper Is welded to the inside of the tube 18.
- the weld 28 is preferably carried out using the TIG method.
- Each after the desired attachment of the not shown Shelfs on the goods carrier 14 may have a bore 30 which in the example shown is an M6 flow hole, in the tube 18 of the goods carrier.
- border profiles 26 are on the front 24 of the rear wall 12 facing side of the Goods carrier arranged in the assembly position.
- the border profiles 26 are preferably made of an elastic plastic, like transparent silicone or PVC, and are on the Support plates 22 glued on.
- the border profiles 26 are so dimensioned so that a free distance a remains between them, whose size is selected so that the rear wall adapter 16 in Installation position not in contact with the edging profiles occurs.
- the console 20 is used to attach the product carrier to the associated shelf supports.
- first attachment boss 40 and a second Attachment approach 42 provided on the console 20.
- the first Fastening approach is in the direction of loading in front.
- the direction of loading is in Fig. 3 by the arrow 38 is shown schematically and follows from those in the installed state on the product supports 14 shelves and the goods arranged on it.
- the second is accordingly Attachment shoulder in the direction of load 38 at the rear arranged.
- the first fastening projection 40 has a first locking groove 44, which extends from the front edge 46 in the loading direction extends and essentially parallel to the direction of loading is formed into the first attachment projection 40.
- the first locking groove is in relation to the longitudinal extent of the tube 18 running thickness so dimensioned that it on the wall thickness of the shelf stand is coordinated and one each Wall area of the shelf stand can accommodate.
- the geometry of the second locking groove corresponds to that of the first locking groove.
- the second attachment projection 42 is also with a Insert nose 52 provided by the load direction protrudes rear edge 54.
- the insertion lug 54 goes in one gentle rounding in the rear edge 54 in the direction of loading so that, as will be explained below, the Hanging movement of the goods carrier into the fastening openings of a shelf stand the insertion nose 52 into the corresponding mounting hole, and in the room of the Hollow profile shelf stand between two mounting holes slides in.
- FIG. 4 shows the interaction of the fastening lugs 40 and 42 of a product carrier with a shelf stand.
- the shelf stand 60 is only in a partial section as it was not, as already explained above depends on the overall geometry of the shelf stand, but only on the along the length of the shelf stand arranged mounting holes, of which exemplary Fastening openings 52, 54 and 56 are shown. While the second attachment lug 42 in the in the installed position on engages the topmost fastening opening 62, the first attachment projection 40 moves into the installed position on fastening opening 66 lying furthest below. How from Fig. 4 can be seen, is between the Mounting holes 62 and 66 yet another, in between lying mounting opening 64 provided, as later will be explained, the attachment of the rear wall adapter serves.
- the first locking groove 44 engages in that wall section the rear wall 12, the lower end in the installed position the mounting opening 66 forms.
- the depth b of the locking groove is dimensioned so that in the installed state the the upper end of the Fastening opening 66 forming edge 68 of the shelf stand also at the same distance b from that in the direction of movement 38 rear edge 70 of the first attachment projection 40 is spaced. This means that when inserting and releasing of the goods carrier 14 in the shelf stand 10 one Relative movement in the direction of loading 38 take place corresponds exactly to length b.
- the edges 68 and 70 in contact along each other until the Can lock the goods carrier.
- the insertion nose engages behind 52 the wall section of the shelf stand 10 between the in Installation position top mounting hole 62 and fastening opening above.
- the Product carrier 14 only with the help of a rotary movement in the shelf stand can be used.
- the insertion of the goods carrier 14 in the rack stand with a complex sequence of movements that initially Pushing the insertion lug 52 into the fastening opening 62 and sliding the tab 52 on the in Installation position of upper edge 72 of upper fastening opening 62 provides.
- the Rounding in the transition area between the second Attachment lug 42 and the rear edge 54 in Direction of load advantageous.
- a loosening of the goods carrier 14 from the shelf stand runs exactly the reverse order of movements, i.e. first must run against the direction of movement 38 Movement of the goods carrier relative to the shelf stand take place before in a subsequent swivel motion of the goods carrier 14, the attachment lugs 40 and 42 from the corresponding mounting holes 68 and 62 in Shelf stand 10 can be disengaged.
- a rear wall 12 set in those places by which a goods carrier 14 is supposed to pass through, with a elongated cutout 76 (see FIG. 5) is provided.
- a elongated cut in the rear wall Rear wall adapter 16 is used, which with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6 is explained in more detail.
- the generally with reference number 16 designated rear wall adapter consists of a cover plate 80 which surrounds an elongated slot 82, the Rear wall adapter 16 so in the elongated cutout in the Back wall 12 is inserted that the elongated slot 82 with the cutout in the back wall is aligned so that when Attach the product carrier to the one behind the rear wall arranged shelf stand the console 20 of the goods carrier through the elongated slot 82 and the milling in the Rear wall can pass through.
- the cover plate 80 is oval in shape; this is only a design variant and in the same Of course, other designs are conceivable, as long as the cover plate serves the purpose, on the front 24 of the rear wall 12 (see FIG. 1) and the Rear wall, as will be explained later, on the to fasten shelf stands arranged behind.
- Rear wall adapter extends from the cover plate 80th one arranged perpendicular to the cover plate 80 Slot cladding 86, which in the in the rear wall 12th trained elongated milling can indent and Milling along the longitudinal direction Side walls of the recess 76 lines, so that the Inserting a product carrier, the milling 76 in the Rear wall cannot be damaged.
- fastening lugs 88 are formed, of which only one due to the form of representation in FIG. 5 is visible. 6, however, their position is on both Sides of the slot cover 86 shown.
- the Fastening lug 88 is used in a receiving opening in the Shelf stand indent, creating the between the top plate 80 and the shelf stand arranged rear wall also on Shelf stand is fixed. As can be seen from Fig. 4 and associated description, move the Attachment approaches 40 and 42 of the product carrier in each a first and third fastening opening 66 and 62 in Shelf stand 10 a. Between these mounting holes is the mounting opening 64, in which the Fastening lugs 88 of the cover plate are inserted.

Due to the abutment of the cover plate 80 on the one hand on the upper end 94 of the elongated cutout 76 of the rear wall and the upper edge 96 of the wall section between the second Attachment opening 64 and the first arranged below Fastening opening 62, the cover plate 74 is in its Position held and fixed the back wall 12 at the same time Shelf stand 10, of which only the one facing the rear wall 12 Wall is shown in section.
- the dismantling of the shelving system is done in that after removing the shelves and the goods carriers in the above
- the shape of the rear wall adapter 16 described on the in Fig. 6th the upper end is raised so that the safety catch 92 disengages from the cutout formed in the rear wall, whereupon the rear wall adapter 16 against the arrow direction A can be lifted upwards so that the fastening lug 88 from the second fastening opening 64 in the shelf stand 10 disengages.
- the rear wall adapter 16 can be removed from the Rear wall 12 are pulled out, the fastening lug 88 freely from the second fastening opening 64 comes out.
- the rear wall 12 from Shelf stand 10 are removed so that the entire system in disassembled condition.
- the Goods carrier 14 are both on the first Attachment approach as well as second attachment approach each locking grooves.
- a locking groove is provided. Due to the abutment of the insertion nose 52 on the inner wall the shelf stand designed as a hollow profile is the Goods carrier with a load in the direction of that in FIG. 4 shown load direction 38 fixed in any case.
- special care must be taken to ensure that the first Mounting groove a sufficient depth b (see Fig. 4) and also on the wall thickness of the shelf stand is coordinated that the wall of the shelf stand in play the first groove is recorded. This ensures that the two-stage movement sequence when inserting or removing the Product carrier is preserved and therefore the quick, however secure attachment can also be realized.
