Description
insbesondere zum Vergießen dünner Stahlbänder nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
bei der die Düse einen Rückdamm bildet, der an einen bewegbaren Träger angrenzt und einen Frontdamm aufweist, wobei zwischen Rückdamm und Frontdamm ein Gießspalt zum Träger hin begrenzt wird. Als Träger dient ein umlaufendes Stahlband.
Erfindungsgemäß wird an der Düse wenigstens ein Primärinduktor und wenigstens ein Sekundärinduktor angeordnet, wobei wenigstens ein Sekundärinduktor wassergekühlt ist und bis in den Bereich des Gießspaltes hineinragt.
Claims (5)
- Gießdüse für Dünnbandgießanlagen mit einem Rückdamm, der auf einem in Förderrichtung bewegbaren Träger für das Dünnband aufliegt und einem Frontdamm, der in Förderrichtung den Gießspalt zum Träger begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Primärinduktor (21, 31) und wenigstens ein Sekundärinduktor (22, 32) angeordnet sind, wobei wenigstens ein Sekundärinduktor (22, 32) wassergekühlt ist und bis in den Bereich des Gießspaltes (4) hineinragt. - Düse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Sekundärinduktor (22, 32) aus mehreren elektrisch gegeneinander isolierten Abschnitten besteht. - Düse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Rückdamm (2) und Frontdamm (3) mehrere in Richtung der Dünnbandbreite nebeneinanderliegende Ausströmöffnungen ausgebildet sind.
- Düse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Sekundärinduktor (22) im Rückdamm (2) aus elektrisch isolierten Abschnitten mit Zu- und Ablauf für Kühlwasser besteht und zur Bildung der Ausströmöffnungen die Abschnitte schwalbenschwanzförmige oder pfeilförmig oder gerade ausgebildet sind. - Düse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Sekundärinduktor (32) im Frontdamm (3) aus elektrisch isolierten Abschnitten mit Zu- und Ablauf für Kühlwasser besteht und zur Bildung der Ausströmöffnungen die Abschnitte schwalbenschwanzförmig oder pfeilförmig oder gerade ausgebildet sind.
