Definitions

  • the invention relates to a transport system for transportable in the form of stacks vehicle tires.
  • tire stacks are usually formed.
  • the measures provided for transporting such stack two-wheel trolley have a recorded on the chassis frame with two spars and a projecting from the lower end of the spars approximately at right angles, sword-shaped boom.
  • sword-shaped boom To pick up a stack of this boom is retracted until the start of the spars on the stack circumference under the respective male stack. Subsequently, the transport cart is tilted, so that the attacked by the boom and supported tire stack is placed with its circumference on the spars.
  • FR-A 1464115 shows a wooden pallet for containing heavy loads such as metal wire bundles, paper rolls, etc.
  • This known wooden pallet contains two parallel stringers on which a circular pickup table is accommodated. It is not possible to carry several of the known wooden pallets hanging on a suitable for transporting a tire stack transport cart. Apart from that, the known wooden pallets are not only expensive and problematic in disposal, but also have a high weight, which would make handling a tire stack transport system difficult.
  • the parallel support beams only result in a continuous entry channel, so that the known wooden pallets can only be received from two sides which are opposite each other by 180 ° on a delivery arm of a transport device. This would make handling difficult in a tight tire warehouse with tightly packed tire stacks.
  • US-A-4,893,713 shows a device for receiving a single aircraft tire.
  • This known device consists of a lower part and a herewith braced upper part. These parts can be clamped together by a central screw and adapted in cross-section to the tire cross-section, so that virtually the tires result from above and below comprehensive shells.
  • An arrangement of this kind would be totally unsuitable for a tire stack transport system for handling car tires stored in a tire store, etc.
  • the US-A 4480 748 shows a rectangular plastic pallet, which is used as the top and bottom of stackable shipping containers use. Again, this is obviously not about a pallet for receiving a stack of tires, but for receiving heavy cargo units. But even a diminutive of the known heavy duty pallet would not lead to a pallet suitable for a tire stack transport system.
  • US-A-4 829 909 shows a plastic pallet of cruciform configuration for transporting heavy loads such as rolled metal strips, etc.
  • This known heavy duty pallet includes annular center, from which four support arms protrude radially, which are provided on the outside with receiving means for tension straps, by means of which the charge can be clamped to the pallet.
  • the said arms are provided in pairs with parallel entry channels.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a tire stack transport system, which ensures a rational operation with high ease of use.
  • a transport system for transportable in the form of stacks of vehicle tires comes in proposal, which includes a transport cart and disc-shaped pallets, on each of the lowest tire of an associated stack can be placed and in the loaded state on a comprehensive at least one sword boom arrangement of the transport cart and can be stacked in the empty state and so hanging on the trolley, with the pallets, which are formed as plastic thermoformed moldings and have a derived from a triangle configuration with slightly curved sides with für Bachsaus fundamental aus for hanging and arranged in the corners downwardly projecting , are provided an upwardly open, conically widening cross section having support legs, between which three on the circumference of the pallet repetitive entry channels are provided for the boom assembly of the transport cart.
  • the tire stack transport system according to the invention leads advantageously to a meaningful and rational operation in the handling of tires and pallets. Due to the fact that the pallet belonging to the tire stack transport system according to the invention comprises three directions and therefore practically universally accessible receiving channels for the boom arrangement of the transport cart associated with the tire stack transport system according to the invention, a pallet loaded with a tire stack can also be located in a narrow tire store in which the each tire stack are close together, well received or discontinued. The derived from a triangular shape configuration of the range ensures a reliable, statically determined recording of the associated tire stack. Since a plurality of empty pallets can be carried along hanging from the transport cart associated with the tire stack transport system, the handling of the empty pallets is also facilitated in an advantageous manner.
  • the pallets may be expediently provided with at least one centering aid associated with its upper side.
  • a further advantageous measure may consist in that the empty pallets can be suspended on a console-like holding device of the transport cart.
  • the pallet may be formed as a plastic thermoforming molding. This advantageously makes it possible to achieve a comparatively large wall thickness, which is expediently 2 to 3 mm, and nevertheless ensures cost-effective production.
  • FIG. 1 shows a trolley 1 with associated pallet 2, which is suitable for receiving a tire stack 3.
  • Such stacks consisting of multiple, stacked tires 3a are formed, for example, in the manufacture or storage of tires.
  • the trolley 1 which is constructed in the manner of a two-wheeled sack truck, has a formed by an axle with two lateral wheels chassis 4, on which a support frame is received with two parallel bars 5. These are connected at their upper end and approximately at the handle height by bracket 6, 7, wherein the upper bracket 6 for tilting the trolley 1 and the lower bracket 7 for driving the trolley. 1 to be used. Between the spars 5, a curved wall 8 formed here by a perforated plate can be inserted, at the back of which a recording device 9 can be attached. In the example shown, this is a writing pad. It would also be conceivable to use an electronic device with its own intelligence.
  • the support frame accommodated on the chassis is further provided with a boom assembly containing two parallel spaced juxtaposed, sword-shaped boom 10 here.
  • the booms 10 are mounted at the lower end of the spars so that they include a right angle with the bars 5, so rest on the floor at about vertical spar alignment.
  • the cantilevers 10 may be tapered to their free end in width and / or thickness.
  • each stack 3 which is formed by stacking of tires, a plate or disc-shaped pallet 2 is assigned, on which the lowest tire of the associated stack 3 is placed, as indicated by the arrow 11.
  • the pallet 2 has a receiving bed 12 which extends annularly around here for the associated tire and support legs 13 projecting in a knob-shaped manner from the receiving bed 12, which result in a ground clearance of the receiving bed 12 indicated at a in FIG.
  • the pallet 2 has a circular configuration.
  • another configuration would be conceivable, e.g. a configuration represented by a polygon, such as a triangle.
  • the pallet 2 as Figure 2 further clearly shows, a central dome-shaped elevation 16 which is encompassed by the annular circumferential recording bed 12 and forms its radially inner boundary.
  • the cross-sectional contour of the pallet 2 in the region of the receiving bed 12 may be flat or preferably adapted to the cross-sectional configuration of the tires to be picked up.
  • a radially outer boundary of the receiving bed 12 is provided. This is formed by a completely circumferential cup rim 17 here.
  • the survey 16 and / or the rim 17 ensure a reliable centering of the respective lowest tire of the associated tire stack 3. It is also possible to adapt each of the two Zentri mecanicssmittel to another tire.
  • the diameter of the inner centering here the survey 16
  • the diameter of the outer centering here the plate rim 17
  • the centering devices do not have to be formed circumferentially. However, it would also be conceivable to provide a non-circumferential outer boundary, for example in the form of claw-shaped projections.
  • the plate edge 17 and the peripheral edge of the elevation 16 are V-shaped inclined to each other, so that there is an upwardly expanding cross-section of the receiving bed 12.
  • the support legs 13 are, as can be clearly seen from Figure 2, formed as upwardly open formations of the bottom of the receiving bed 12, which are also flared upwards. In this way, a stackable configuration of the pallet 2, i. several empty pallets 2 can be stacked inside each other, resulting in a comparatively low stack height.
  • Such a stack can be received on the transport cart 1, which may have a suitable holding device for this purpose.
  • the trolley 1 is provided for this purpose with a protruding from the wall 8 to the rear bracket 18 to which one or more nested pallets 2 are suspended.
  • the pallets 2 are provided with in the region of the lid of the survey 16 für Bachsausappelisme 19 through which the console 18 can pass.
  • two through a web 20 separate für Bachsausappel 19 are provided.
  • the here provided web 20 can act as a carrying handle, which facilitates handling.
  • the pallet 2 on which FIG. 3 is based has a triangle-derived configuration as already mentioned above, wherein the sides are slightly bent so that a cross-sectional shape of the piston of a rotary piston engine results in a similar configuration.
  • the triangle-like configuration of the pallet 2 enables low-waste manufacturing and ensures a material-saving production.
  • three support legs 13 are provided in the three corner regions of the pallet 2. This results in a three-point pad, which ensures a wobble-free support even on uneven ground.
  • End of the support legs 13 forming depressions or radially inwardly thereof is provided an inner centering aid 16a, here in the form of concentric with the center of the pallet, cam-shaped elevations.
  • a circumferential, concentric to the center of the pallet web or a central, dome-shaped elevation would be conceivable.
  • no further centering aid is provided here, so that a flat support bed 12 results, which extends radially outwards from the inner centering aid 16a.
  • the absence of the radially outer boundary of the receiving bed 12 facilitates the use of the present pallet 2 for different tire sizes, since there is the possibility that larger tires may project slightly beyond the pallet 2 in the radial direction.
  • the present pallet 2 also has a Jerusalemgriffsaus Principleung 19, which is designed here as a centric hole. The present pallet 2 can therefore also be hung on the tire transport cart 1 without further ado.
  • the pallet 2 is expediently designed as a plastic product in each case.
  • the use of polypropylene can prove to be particularly useful.
  • the wall thickness is 2 to 3 mm. Such a large wall thickness can be realized particularly easily by forming corresponding plastic sheets in the deep-drawing process.
  • the formation of the pallet 2 as a plastic deep-drawing mold also allows economical production even for smaller series.
