Claims (10)
- Zum Betätigen von Mehrkantkopf-Schrauben vorgesehenes Montagewerkzeug, das an seinem einen axialen Ende einen den Schrauben-Mehrkantkopf formschlüssig umfassenden, hohlen Steckkopf und an seinem anderen axialen Ende einen Griffkopf aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Steckkopf (5) ein Verbindungsmittel zum wiederlösbaren Zusammenfügen des gesamten Montagewerkzeuges (4) mit einer Schraube (1) zu einem gemeinsamen Element vorgesehen ist.
- Montagewerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 zur Verwendung mit Schrauben, deren Mehrkantkopf einen Auflagebund mit Einschnürung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsmittel durch elastische widerhakenartige Seitenwand-Vorsprünge (19) gebildet ist, die nach innen in den Hohlraum (20) des Steckkopfes (18) ragen und im zusammengefügten Montagezustand in die Einschnürung (16) eingreifen.
- Montagewerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 zur Verwendung mit Schrauben, deren Mehrkantkopf einen Auflagebund aufweist und die Form eines Pyramidenstumpfes hat, dessen kleinere Fläche am Auflagebund liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsmittel durch einen entsprechenden pyramidenstumpfförmigen Hohlraum (26) im Steckkopf (25) gebildet ist, dessen Seitenwandung (27) elastisch ist.
- Montagewerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 zur Verwendung mit Schrauben, deren Mehrkantkopf einen Auflagebund aufweist und die Form eines Pyramidenstumpfes hat, dessen größere Fläche am Auflagebundliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsmittel durch einen entsprechenden pyramidenstumpfförmigen Hohlraum (33) im Steckkopf (32) gebildet ist und daß im Bereich des Steckkopfes ein Magnet vorgesehen ist.
- Montagewerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckkopf (18, 25) aus elastischem Kunststoffmaterial besteht, aus dem auch das gesamte Montagewerkzeug (4) gebildet sein kann.
- Montagewerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckkopf (18) aus Metall mit Gummilippen besteht und daß auch der restliche Teil des Montagewerkzeugs (4) aus Metall, beispielsweise aus Aluminiumdruckguß, gebildet sein kann.
- Montagewerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steckkopf (18) aus Metall mit einer elastischen Kunststoffbeschichtung besteht und daß auch der restliche Teil des Montagewerkzeugs (4) aus Metall mit oder ohne Kunststoffbeschichtung gebildet sein kann.
- Montagewerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen Metalleinsatz.
- Montagewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren des hohlen Steckkopfes (5) ein formschlüssiges Mittel zum Eingreifen in ein gegebenenfalls oben an den Schrauben-Mehrkantköpfen (13) vorhandenes Schlitzprofil, innenliegendes Torxprofil, Innenvielzahn-Profil oder innenliegendes Kombitorx-Profil (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Montagewerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung in einem Gerät, beispielsweise in einem Personal Computer, das bzw. der mehrere Schrauben (1) mit gleich ausgebildeten Mehrkantköpfen (2) enthält, wobei das Werkzeug mit dem Mehrkantkopf einer dieser Schrauben zum Zwecke einer späteren Betätigung aller dieser Schrauben lösbar zusammengefügt ist.
