Description
- daß der Schaft an seinem freien Ende als abgestufter Sechskant mit vom freien Schaftende her gesehen einem ersten, kleineren Durchmesser d1 und einem daran anschließenden zweiten, größeren Durchmesser d2 ausgeführt ist,
- daß die hülsenförmige Schaftverlängerung mit einer abgestuften Sechseck-Innenkontur mit wenigstens zwei verschiedenen Durchmessern ausgebildet ist, wobei der Durchmesser in einem ersten Bereich der Schaftverlängerung das Maß d1 und in einem zweiten Bereich der Schaftverlängerung das Maß d2 aufweist, und
- daß der Werkzeugeinsatzhalter außen und innen mit einer Sechseckkontur ausgeführt ist, wobei die Sechseckkontur außen das Durchmessermaß d2 und die Sechseckkontur innen ein kleineres, einschlägigen Normen für Werkzeugeinsätze, insbesondere Schrauber- und/oder Bohrerbits, entsprechendes Durchmessermaß dB aufweist.

Claims (12)
- Variables Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug (1), bestehend aus einem manuell oder maschinell drehantreibbaren Schaft (2), einer hülsenförmigen, verdrehfest mit dem freien Ende (20) des Schafts (2) verbindbaren Schaftverlängerung (3) und mindestens einem Werkzeugeinsatzhalter (4), der einerseits mit der Schaftverlängerung (3) und andererseits mit mindestens einem Werkzeugeinsatz (5, 5') verdrehfest verbindbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schaft (2) an seinem freien Ende (20) als abgestufter Sechskant (21, 22) mit vom freien Schaftende (20) her gesehen einem ersten, kleineren Durchmesser d1 und einem daran anschließenden zweiten, größeren Durchmesser d2 ausgeführt ist,daß die hülsenförmige Schaftverlängerung (3) mit einer abgestuften Sechseck-Innenkontur (31, 32, 33) mit wenigstens zwei verschiedenen Durchmessern ausgebildet ist, wobei der Durchmesser in einem ersten Bereich (31) der Schaftverlängerung (3) das Maß d1 und in einem zweiten Bereich (32) der Schaftverlängerung (3) das Maß d2 aufweist, unddaß der Werkzeugeinsatzhalter (4) außen und innen mit einer Sechseckkontur (42, 45) ausgeführt ist, wobei die Sechseckkontur (42) außen das Durchmessermaß d2 und die Sechseckkontur (45) innen ein kleineres, einschlägigen Normen für Werkzeugeinsätze, insbesondere Schrauber- und/oder Bohrerbits, entsprechendes Durchmessermaß dB aufweist. - Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, da durch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgestufte Sechseck-Innenkontur (31, 32, 33) der hülsenförmigen Schaftverlängerung (3) mit drei verschiedenen Durchmessern ausgebildet ist, wobei der Durchmesser in einem ersten, mittleren Bereich (31) der Schaftverlängerung (3) das kleinste Maß d1, in einem zweiten, stirnseitigen Bereich (32) der Schaftverlängerung (3) das größere Maß d2 und in einem dritten, gegenüberliegenden stirnseitigen Bereich (33) der Schaftverlängerung (3) ein noch größeres Maß d3 aufweist.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugeinsatzhalter (4) innen in seiner Längsmitte einen Kragen oder Boden (40) als Anschlag für zwei von den beiden Halter-Stirnseiten her einsetzbare Werkzeugeinsätze (5, 5') aufweist.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugeinsatzhalter (4) mit mindestens einem Permanentmagneten (41) zur magnetischen Halterung von Werkzeugeinsätzen (5, 5') ausgestattet ist.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auβenseitig am freien Schaftende (20) und am Werkzeugeinsatzhalter (4) sowie innenseitig an der Schaftverlängerung (3) zusammenwirkende, durch Anwendung von Zugkraft lösbare Rastelemente (23, 43; 34) vorgesehen sind.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente durch federbelastete Rastkugeln oder -nocken (23, 43) einerseits und passend konturierte und positionierte Rasteintiefungen (34) andererseits gebildet sind oder daß die Rastelemente durch eine federnde Spange einerseits und eine passend konturierte und positionierte, umlaufende Rasteintiefung andererseits gebildet sind.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Schaftende (20) und/oder an der Schaftverlängerung (3) und/oder am Werkzeugeinsatzhalter (4) Permanentmagnete als Arretiermittel vorgesehen sind.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maße d1 und d2 und gegebenenfalls d3 Sechkantnuß-Normmaßen entsprechen.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (2) an seinem Antriebsende (24) mit einer Normkontur (25, 25') für die Halterung in einem Schrauber-Schnellspannfutter ausgeführt ist.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Normkontur ein 6,35 mm-Sechskant (25) mit Verriegelungseintiefung oder ein SDS-Schaft (25') ist.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (2) an seinem Antriebsende (24) einen Schraubendrehergriff (25'') aufweist.
- Schraub- und/oder Bohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schraubendrehergriff (25'') zur Aufbewahrung von Werkzeugeinsätzen (5, 5') mit einem wahlweise zu verschließenden oder zu öffnenden Hohlraum ausgeführt ist.
