Claims (6)
- Schließzylinder mit zugeordnetem Flachschlüssel im variablen Stufenprofil, der im Zylinderkern Hartmetallplättchen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Zylinderkern Ausnehmungen an dessen Vorder- und Hinterseite aufweist,sich in der vorderen Ausnehmung ein Profilplättchenpaar (4), bestehend aus einem linken und rechten Profilplättchen (4a und 4b) befindet,in der hinteren Ausnehmung ein Profilplättchenpaar (5) mit einem linken und rechten Profilplättchen (5a und 5b) angeordnet ist,das linke Profilplättchen (4a) die Profilmerkmale (6 und 8), das rechte Profilplättchen (4b) die Profilmerkmale (7 und 9) des Grundprofils aufweist,das Profilplättchenpaar (4) weiterhin die Ergänzungsmerkmale (6a, 7a und 8a) enthält,das Profilplättchenpaar (5) neben den Profilmerkmalen (6, 7, 8, 9) des Grundprofils Ergänzungsmerkmale (6a, 7a, 8a, 6b 7b) enthält,die Profilmerkmale (6, 7, 8, 9) des Grundprofils durchgängig im Zylinderkern angeordnet sind,den Profilmerkmalen (6, 7, 8, 9) des Grundprofils sowie den Ergänzungsmerkmalen (6a, 7a, 8a, 6b, 7b) entsprechend der Lage der Profilplättchenpaare (4 und 5) im Zylinderkern der zugeordneten Flachschlüssel durch Nuten angepaßt ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage des Profilplättchenpaares (5) im hinteren Bereich des Zylinderkerns in Richtung auf den vorderen Bereich des Zylinderkerns zu beliebig anordbar ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben dem Einsetzen eines hinteren Profilplättchenpaares (5) seitlich eingebrachte Stifte im Zylinderkern anordbar sind.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf dem Zylinderkern drei oder mehr Profilplättchenpaare bzw. Stifte verteilt auf dessen Länge einbringbar sind.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stufenprofil des zugeordneten Flachschlüssels so angeordnet ist, daß die Profilmerkmale (6, 7, 8, 9) und die Ergänzungsmerkmale (6a, 7a, 8a, 6b, 7b) im vorderen und hinteren Profilplättchenpaar (4 und 5) gleich ausgebildet sind, jedoch die Breite des gesamten Profils im hinteren Profilplättchenpaar (5) im Vergleich zur Breite des Profils im vorderen Profilplättchenpaar (4) verringert ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßim Zylinderkern (10) auf gleicher Ebene mit einem Kernstift (3) sich ein zusätzlicher seitlicher Stift (11) befindet,dem zusätzlichen seitlichen Stift (11) eine exakt passende Einfräsung (13) im zugehörigen Flachschlüssel (12) zugeordnet ist,der zusätzliche seitliche Stift (11) auf die Ebene eines beliebigen Kernstiftes (3) anordbar ist.
