Abstract
Description
Verhaltensparameter-Erfassungmittel, um einen Verhaltensparameter zu erfassen, welcher für einen mit einer Gierbewegung oder/und Lateralbewegung des Fahrzeugs in Bezug stehenden Verhaltensbetrag kennzeichnend ist, Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit-Erfassungsmittel, um eine Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs zu erfassen,
Referenz-Verhaltensparameter-Setzmittel, um einen Referenz-Verhaltensparameter auf der Grundlage von Änderungen des Verhaltensparameters zu setzen,
Lateralabweichungsverhaltensbetrag-Berechnungsmittel, um einen Lateralabweichungsverhaltensbetrag des Fahrzeugs auf der Grundlage des Verhaltensparameters, des Referenz-Verhaltensparameters und der Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs zu berechnen, Fahrzustand-Bestimmungsmittel, um auf der Grundlage des Lateralabweichungsverhaltensbetrags zu bestimmen, ob der Fahrzustand des Fahrers normal ist oder nicht und Abnormalität-Bestimmungsmittel, welche auf eine durch die Fahrzustand-Bestimmungsmittel durchgeführte Bestimmung, daß der Fahrzustand des Fahrers nicht normal ist, ansprechen, um zu bestimmen, daß der Fahrzustand des Fahrers abnormal ist.
Der Erfindung liegt daher das technische Problem zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Einschlafwarnung eines Kraftfahrzeugführers zu schaffen, die im wesentlichen auf bereit vorhandene Sensorik im Kraftfahrzeug zurückgreifen kann.
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Einschlafwarnung eins Kraftfahrzeugführers, umfassend eine Fahrumgebungserkennung-Einrichtung, eine Einrichtung zur Erfassung eines Referenzfahrstils des Kraftfahrzeugführers, eine Vergleichslogik zum Auswerten des Referenzfahrstils mit einem von der Fahrumgebungserkennungs-Einrichtung ermittelten Ist-Fahrstil und eine von der Vergleichslogik ansteuerbare Warneinrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fahrumgebungserkennungs-Einrichtung als Abstandssensorik (2) ausgebildet ist, aus deren Daten auf eine relative Lateralbewegung des Kraftfahrzeuges zur Fahrbahnbegrenzung schließbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandssensorik (2) sich aus einer Vielzahl von Abstandssensoren zusammensetzt, die die Fahrzeugumgebung vollständig abtasten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandssensoren als Laser- und/oder Radarsensoren ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorrichtung (1) ein Navigationssystem (4) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach eines der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (5) zur Erfassung eines Referenzfahrstils des Kraftfahrzeugführers als Fuzzy-Logik und/oder als neuronales Netzwerk ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einrichtung (5) zur Erfassung eines Referenzfahrstils des Kraftfahrzeugführers ein Bremspedal (8) , ein Gaspedal (9) und ein Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger (10) Betätigungssignal zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vergleichslogik (6) als Fuzzy-Logik und/oder als neuronales Netzwerk ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warneinrichtung (7) als haptische und/oder akustische und/oder optische Warneinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
