Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ceiling switch table arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such ceiling switch table arrangements are available in different versions known (DE-OS 26 48 281; DE-OS 29 00 305; DE 38 43 336 C1).
  • the main problem with such ceiling switch table arrangements consists in the fact that the supports are largely rigid on the one hand connected to the support frame stiffening the ceiling switch table must be, but on the other hand after dismantling the supports from the ceiling control table, if possible, no components below from the ceiling control table should be in order to be transported by truck or by the Storage of a small stack height of several stacked table tops to reach.
  • a generic ceiling switch table arrangement is from DE-OS 28 24 106 known. With it, the joint sleeves are above the counterpart support piece support plate downwards, to which the Transition support piece support plate of the supports is attached.
  • the aim of the present invention is a ceiling switch table arrangement to create the genus mentioned, in which the unfolded and supports that support the overhead formwork table are particularly resistant to bending connected to the ceiling control table or its support frame are, at the same time a space-saving stackability of several ceiling switch tables is guaranteed.
  • the support plates by means of appropriately stable intermediate components Ultimately, it can be fixed to the support frame of the ceiling control table or connected to the components attacking the upper end of the supports is the mutual hanging and locking the support plates achieved extremely high rigidity.
  • the minimum stack height of the ceiling formwork tables designed according to the invention is both simple hanging and swiveling the supports are possible without any problems, and it will also be locked optimal bending rigidity guaranteed.
  • the training according to the invention also allows two yoke beams to be arranged close together and assign a single counter-support piece to these double beams.
  • transition support is preferred primarily firmly connected to the upper area of the supports, so that in general Existing head plate of the supports only secondary at most is involved in the rigid mounting of the supports.
  • the provision of the actuating lever according to claim 10 has the advantage that the unlocking from below by means of a rod or the like can be done by simply moving the operating bracket is pushed up.
  • the locking can expediently simply done by the fact that the operating bracket due to the Weight force swings down and thus engages the locking lever the associated support plate brings.
  • the hooks on the upper support plate and the hook counter bearings are preferred attached to the lower support plate as in claim 11 is defined.
  • the counter-supports can be attached to numerous different Positions between cross beams are attached. Likewise, those with the mounting brackets to form a frame on any Places between two adjacent cross beams, so that the counter-supports practically at any desired location can be attached to the underside of a ceiling control table.
  • the supports usually have top plates at the top and bottom.
  • the upper head plates on the underside of the support plates of the transition support piece issue.
  • the head plates accept this way a rigid mounting of the supports without being overloaded become.
  • the embodiment variant according to claim 16 can achieve that when pivoting the supports from the tilted, suspended position in the working position of the locking process automatically is possible.
  • the locking lever can automatically in the locking position grab.
  • a ceiling formwork table 13 consists of a formwork skin 42 the underside of which is arranged parallel to one another at the same distance Cross members 33 and below the cross members 33 perpendicular to them arranged yoke beams 34, each of two closely side by side arranged individual carriers can exist. That way a stable one, also suitable for taking up large quantities of concrete Ceiling switch table 13 formed.

In their upper end region, the supports 11 are fixed to one Transition support piece 12 connected, which in turn on a counter-support piece 14 is releasably attached, which by means of support elements 31 and Support beam 32 between the cross beams 33 and the yoke beams 34 so is arranged and braced that it is an integral part of the ceiling switch table 13 forms.
  • two supporting beams 32 are parallel to each other attached to mounting tabs 35 extending perpendicular to them.
  • the length of the support beam 32 or the distance between the two Support beam 32 to a support frame 41 supplementary connecting straps 35 is such that it corresponds to the distance between two cross members 33, so that the support frame 41 according to Figure 7 just between two adjacent Cross member 33 fits and on this above the yoke member 34 by means of Bores 43 and screws, not shown, can be attached.
  • Prefers are the connecting tabs 35 in the manner shown Angle profiles formed, one leg of Figure 7 on the lower Spar 44 of the cross member 33 can rest, making a flawless and particularly stable mounting of the support beams 32 on the cross members 33 is guaranteed.
  • the support beams 32 themselves are designed as U-profiles which are open to one another and have several continuous mounting holes at regular intervals 36 on.
  • FIG. 3 that which is to be fastened at the bottom to the supporting beam 32 according to FIG Counter-support piece 14 is shown, which - as is also shown in FIGS up to 7 - from a flat, horizontal counterpart support plate 16, two of whose long sides project vertically upward Cheeks 19 and support elements projecting vertically upwards 31 exists, which in turn by a lower T-profile 38 and each at their vertical end 37 fasteners are formed, which in later assembly according to Figures 5, 6 and 7 in each a pair of superimposed holes 36 of the support beam 32 are introduced, whereupon according to Figure 7 on the above with thread provided bolts 37 bracing nuts 45 are screwed on.
  • the Bolts 37 must therefore be threaded at least in their upper end region be provided.
  • the cheeks 19 are in the manner shown in FIGS. 3, 5 and 6 formed in the manner of a flat triangle with a rounded top and point to them in the area of the short sides of the support plate 16 ends located essentially upwardly extending hooks 17 on.
  • the support plate 16 extends on both sides approximately up to Height of the hook 17 and has right next to the hook 17 Cutouts 23 on.
  • the T-profiles 38 are vertical on the central transverse axis 21 of the support plate 16 arranged, in such a way that the T-center bar on the inside the cheeks 19 abuts and is welded there.
  • Below are the profiles 38 on the support plate 16 and are also preferably welded there.
  • the crossbars of the T-profile 38 face each other and parallel to each other. Their distance is chosen so that there is a straight line between them a double yoke support 34 fits, as can be seen in FIG. 1. Due to the design described, the counter support piece 14 1 pushed onto a double yoke support 34 from below be, the vertical support members 31 between two cross members 33 protrude upwards, where a support frame 41 according to FIG. 2, 7 is fastened, the bolts 37 pass through two of its pairs of bores 36. The distance between the support beams 32 of the support frame 41 thus corresponds the distance between the bolts 37.
