Claims (19)
- Fermeture centrale (1) pour un battant coulissant de façon parallèle d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte avec un châssis en profilé en métal ou en plastique et une rainure (47, 23) tournant autour du châssis en profilé et présentant une contre-dépouille (48, 24) continue pour le logement de parties (6 ; 6a, 6b ; 13, 15) de la fermeture centrale ;
laquelle fermeture centrale (1) présente des parties de crémone (4) pour la liaison (5) de parties destinées respectivement au même côté avant du châssis en profilé, des déviations d'angle (6 ; 6a, 6b ; 30, 52) appartenant aux parties de la fermeture centrale et une branche (8, 32) d'un boîtier de guidage de chaque déviation d'angle et un élément de guidage (12, 39) d'une partie (13, 15 ; 41), voisine et destinée au même côté avant, de la fermeture centrale (1) présentant chacun une partie de nervure (32a, 40) latérale pour l'engagement dans la contre-dépouille (48, 24) de la rainure et pouvant être fixée avec un élément de fixation (14, 35, 64) unique de la fermeture centrale ensemble dans la rainure (47, 23 ; 48, 24) contre des déplacements latéraux. - Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 1, l'élément de fixation étant respectivement une vis de fixation (64 ; 35, 14) pouvant être vissée dans au moins l'une des deux parties (8, 12) fixables ensemble dans la rainure, laquelle vis présente une partie d'extrémité (66, 37) pour l'engagement par complémentarité de formes dans un évidement (50, 61) sur le fond (49, 60) de la rainure.
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 1 ou 2, les parties (8, 12) fixables à chaque fois ensemble dans la rainure présentant à chaque fois des parties (33, 39 ; 67) qui se chevauchent.
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 3, un endroit de chevauchement (67) des deux parties (62, 68) étant décalé par rapport à l'élément de fixation (64) en direction du déplacement de la crémone, dans l'état monté en direction de la rainure.
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 3, l'endroit de chevauchement (33, 39) étant en même temps le point d'engagement (34, 43) de l'élément de fixation (35).
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 2, la partie d'extrémité (37, 66) de la vis de fixation (35, 64, 14) étant autocoupante ou autoperforante.
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 1, pour au moins trois côtés avant d'un battant, les éléments de fixation (14) pouvant être fixés dans la rainure (47) étant prévus sur les déviations d'angle (6 ; 6a, 6b, 6c) et les parties (12, 15) pouvant être fixées respectivement ensemble avec ces déviations, de la fermeture centrale (1) exclusivement sur les deux côtés opposés de la fermeture centrale, en particulier le côté supérieur et le côté inférieur.
- Fermeture centrale selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, les nervures (32a) latérales pour l'engagement dans une contre-dépouille de la rainure se terminant sur une branche (32) de la déviation d'angle (30) à une distance (b) de l'extrémité de la branche (32) correspondante de la déviation d'angle, pour faciliter le montage dans le cas d'au moins trois ou quatre déviations d'angle (6a, 6b, 6c, 6).
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 8, la distance (b) étant définie, en particulier s'élevant sensiblement à un tiers jusqu'à la moitié d'une longueur (c) de la course de déplacement des parties de crémone (4).
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 1, les parties pour le logement dans la rainure étant les déviations d'angle (6), parties de ciseau (13) et/ou parties de fermeture (15).
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 1, la fixation dans la rainure s'effectuant sensiblement par complémentarité de formes.
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 3, les parties de chevauchement pouvant être reliées entre elles par complémentarité de formes.
- Fermeture centrale selon la revendication 3 ou 12, les parties de chevauchement pouvant être reliées entre elles par complémentarité de formes transversalement à la direction du déplacement de la crémone.
- Procédé de montage pour le montage d'une fermeture centrale (1) sur un battant avec un cadre en profilé en métal ou en plastique et une rainure (47) tournant autour du cadre en profilé et présentant une contre-dépouille (48) en particulier continue sur tout le pourtour pour le logement de parties de la fermeture centrale (6, 13, 15), sous lesquelles se trouvent des déviations d'angle (6 ; 6a, 6b ; 32) :- laquelle fermeture centrale (1) présente des parties de crémone (4) horizontales et verticales pour la liaison (5) de parties disposées respectivement sur le même côté du battant,- la respectivement une branche (8) d'un boîtier de guidage de chaque déviation d'angle (6 ; 6a, 6b) et un élément support (12, 39) d'une partie (13), voisine respectivement sur le même côté de battant, de la fermeture centrale (1) s'engageant avec des parties de nervure (32a, 40) latérales dans la contre-dépouille (48) de la rainure ;- la branche respective et l'élément support (8 ; 39) respectif étant fixés avec un unique élément de fixation (14, 35, 64) semblable à une vis de la fermeture centrale (1) ensemble sur le fond de rainure (49) de la rainure (47) contre des déplacements latéraux dans le sens longitudinal de la rainure (48, 47) contre-dépouillée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'élément de fixation (35, 14) s'engage par complémentarité de formes, après une introduction latérale d'une déviation d'angle (6) respective dans la rainure (47, 48) contre-dépouillée sur le fond de rainure (49), en particulier sous la forme d'un bout de broche (37) dans une ouverture (50) ronde, afin d'obtenir une fixation contre des déplacements dans le sens longitudinal de la rainure (47).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel, pendant le blocage de l'élément de fixation (14, 35, 64), aucune force de traction n'est appliquée dans le sens d'un axe de l'élément de fixation sur le fond (49) de la rainure (47) .
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel deux éléments de couplage, en particulier les tenons d'accouplement (51), décalés de 90° dans leur sens d'extension, sont prévus dans la déviation d'angle (6) concernée, lesquels tenons s'engagent lors du montage de la déviation d'angle (6) avec un décalage dans le temps, en particulier de façon successive, dans des contre-couplages appropriés, en particulier des ouvertures (45, 57), afin d'obtenir un accouplement de mouvement de la partie de crémone horizontale et de la partie de crémone verticale (4),(a) le premier accouplement (57, 51) s'effectuant dans la branche (8) de la déviation d'angle (6), étant introduit ensuite avec ses parties de nervure (32a) dans la contre-dépouille (48) de la rainure ;(b) le second accouplement ne s'effectuant pas d'abord dans l'autre branche (7) de la déviation d'angle (6), mais s'effectuant juste avant que les nervures de la première branche (8) soient réceptionnées complètement dans la contre-dépouille (48).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le blocage respectif s'effectue sur le fond (49) de la rainure (47) sensiblement en son centre par rapport à la direction transversale de la rainure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel des déplacements longitudinaux des parties (33, 39 ; 8, 12) se chevauchant dans la zone périphérique sur le même côté avant du battant étant bloqués avec le blocage concerné, sans application de forces de traction sur le fond de rainure (49).
