- the invention relates to a machine for washing, cleaning and / or spinning, in particular washer-extractor, comprising a housing, one therein preferably horizontal axis rotating drum, a door in the drum shell to Loading and / or unloading the laundry, and with means for automatic opening and Closing the door, the door being opened and closed in the direction of rotation of the door Drum is slidably held.
- Washer extractors for commercial users should as possible be automatically loadable.
- the manual handling of the laundry during Loading or unloading the machine should be avoided.
- the washing of small is also Piece goods possible, for example, corks for wine bottles.
- For simplicity is hereinafter referred to laundry, without thereby others Exclude application areas.
- Washer extractors are sometimes used in partition walls or Through-load versions used.
- the loading of the drum takes place on a Side and unloading on another side. Especially with these versions it is previously customary to perform the loading and unloading manually.
- a special version of a partition wall machine is stored on one side, is about loaded an opening in the drum shell and discharged through a front opening.
- the Automatic unloading via the front opening can be done by tilting the drum be performed.
- the loading process had to be carried out manually so far.
- a washing machine in which in the drum shell a door is provided for opening and closing in the direction of rotation of the drum is held displaceable and the one largely automated Closing mechanism has.
- the door is on the outside of the drum shell.
- a rotating drum with outer door and sliding in the direction of rotation, in connection with means for opening and closing the door, also shows the JP 2-60696.
- Object of the present invention is to make the machine so that a Automatic loading possible and opening of the door during operation is not possible is possible.
- the machine according to the invention is characterized in that the door is held inside the drum shell and at least partially open, in particular one-sided in the direction of rotation, can be lowered into the drum.
- the door operation had to be done manually so far to make sure that the door is properly closed after loading.
- the automatic Opening the door is made possible in particular by two measures.
- the door is in the Lowerable inside the drum and is there parallel to the drum shell during a Partial rotation of the drum automatically shifted by releasing an opening. Provided The door is in the closed position, but is not locked, there is a clear safety margin in that the door is in operation to the outside and At the same time it is pressed against the adjacent walls of the drum shell.
- One Opening the door to the outside is not possible.
- the door has a special locking mechanism with an outward pointing lock on. This is operated by a stationary outside the drum arranged actuating element, in addition to the closing function at the same time Drum door in this area in the interior of the drum and can move back again.
- FIG. 1 One particular type of washer-extractor 20 is shown in U.S. Patent Nos. 4,946,074 Schematic diagram of Fig. 1 shown.
- a drum 21 is with a corresponding shaft 22 on one side (back) stored.
- the Loading takes place via the drum shell, arrow 23.
- Unloading is made via a front 24, arrow 25. It acts to the typical structure of a partition wall or By loading machine.
- the loading takes place in another Area as the discharge. Accordingly, there is a separation between an "impure side” and a "pure side". in the In the present case, a partition in the plane of Front 24 may be provided.
- Figs. 2 to 4 show a more detailed representation of the drum 21 with associated actuator 26.
- the drum 21 is rotatable about a rotation axis 27.
- a part of the drum shell 28 is designed as a door 29.
- Inside the drum shell 28th are axially directed driver 30 (three pieces) with about equidistantly spaced.
- One of the drivers, this is designated by the numeral 31, is alone for one better overview cross-hatched in the flow chart drawn.
- the actuator 26 is stationary, above and near the Circumference of the drum shell 28 is arranged. Right next to it is a Intake chute 32 or a throw-in orifice on the drum housing 33 intended.
- In the chute 32 is a not shown, preferably provided pneumatically actuated housing door.
- the Actuator 26 as a closing mechanism for the door 29 and the insertion chute 32 are in the present embodiment arranged in a 12 o'clock and 13 o'clock position. Possible are both further actuators with associated Chutes as well as the arrangement of a Actuator with the associated chute elsewhere. For example, an additional or sole slot in 10 o'clock position, with associated actuator in 9 o'clock or 11 o'clock position.
- the door 29 is arranged in the drum 21, that they are in closed state from the inside against the drum shell 28th suppressed. Accordingly, to open the door 29 is a (at least small) movement thereof in the interior of the drum 21st required.
- This movement is carried out by the stationary arranged on the housing 33 and preferably pneumatically acting actuator 26.
- the latter has a counter the radial direction extendable piston 34, the free End is a key and into a corresponding lock 36 of the Door 29 holds.
- the key is not shown on a lateral piston cylinder assembly 37 is rotated in the lock 36.
- two lateral locking bolts 38 are released.
- the door 29 in this area of the piston 34 are pressed inwards, see Fig. 3.
- the door 29 is located now in a partial opening position where (in Circumferential direction) on one side contact with the Drum jacket 28 and on the other side a distance between Door and drum casing is made.
- the closing of the opening 39 and the door 29 takes place in reverse as opening.
- the drum turned back by driving the drive (in Fig. 4 against clockwise).
- the key in the lock 36 for Extending the lateral locking bolt 38 are rotated.
- the door 29 of the actuator 26 pulled radially outward into a Mosendposition.
- the key is turned further and pulled out of the lock 36.
- the connection between the actuator 26 and the lock 36 and the door 29 is separated with it.
- the drum 21 can then start.
- the positions of the key, the door 29 and the drum 21st are monitored by proximity switches, not shown.
- the key is mechanically secured in the lock 36 through a diaphragm, not shown, or a labyrinth.
- Of the Key can only be used in one position in the lock and be taken. In twisted positions is one Removal not possible, so that the key or the Actuator 26 also acting radially outward forces can be applied to the door 29. Combined with a corresponding control is thus an automatic opening and closing the drum possible.
- the supply of laundry can from above by means of a monorail or other loading systems respectively. When the door 29 is open, for example, the laundry falling from a monorail in the drum 21.
- Opening position 39 either points exactly upwards or deviates up to 30 ° therefrom, see Fig. 4.
- Opening position may also provide a lateral position be in a manual or semi-automatic loading respectively.
- FIG. 5 and 6 A more detailed illustration of the drum door 29 is shown in FIG. 5 and 6.
- the door 29 has (seen in the circumferential direction) hook-shaped edges 41, 42.
- the thus formed Hook profiles 43, 44 are directed outward and hold behind opposite trained, inwardly directed hook profiles 45, 46 of the drum 21 (on the drum shell), see Figs. 7 and 8.
- the door 29 is guided or held by two axially directed bolts 47, 48 near the edge 41 and two extendable in the axial direction of bolts 49, 50 at the level of Lock 36.
- the bolts 47, 48 are each in one Slide block 48a, see Fig. 8. This is L-shaped, with a longer horizontal thigh and a shorter one vertical leg and on the associated pin 47 and 48th rotatable but otherwise recorded.
- the slide block 48a slides on the slide rail 40.
- the arrangement of the hook profiles 43, 45 and the positions of the slide rail 40 and the Gleitklotzes 48a are coordinated so that the Hook profile 43 when closing the door 29 automatically behind the Hook profile 45 engages and a proper closed position the door 29 secures.
