Claims (11)
- Kühlschacht für Rollen eines Rollgangs, der aus einem Strömungskanal für das Kühlmittel und mindestens einem sich von dem Strömungskanal nach oben erstreckenden Längsabschnitt mit einer Austrittsöffnung, die unterhalb der Achsen der Rollen endet, besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Querschnitt des Strömungskanals im Übergang (4) von Strömungskanal (3) und Längsabschnitt (5) kleiner als die Austrittsöffnung (6) ist und mindestens ein Längsabschnitt (5) nach außen gebogen ist. - Kühlschacht nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Längsabschnitt (5) annähernd kreisförmig gebogen ist. - Kühlschacht nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Strömungskanal (3) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist und vier Längsabschnitte (5), wobei mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegende Längsabschnitte nach außen gebogen sind. - Kühlschacht nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Strömungskanal (3) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und einen Längsabschnitt (5), der sich trichterförmig öffnet. - Kühlschacht nach den Ansprüchen 1,2,3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wände (7) des Strömungskanals unterhalb des Übergangs (4) nach außen gebogen sind und der Kühlschacht im Übergang (4) den geringsten Querschnitt aufweist. - Kühlschacht nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Vielzahl in Rollrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Kühlschächte (2) mittels Isolierelementen verbunden sind. - Kühlschacht nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verbund aus Kühlschächten (2) und Isolierelementen unterhalb der Rollen (1) verschiebbar ist. - Kühlschacht nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rollgang über dem Verbund aus Kühlschächten und Isolierelementen verschiebbar ist. - Kühlschacht nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kühlmittel Luft oder ein Wasserluftgemisch ist. - Kühlschacht nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kühlschacht (2) Bestandteil einer Kühlstrecke für Drahtwindungen, insbesondere ein Stelmorband, ist. - Kühlschacht nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kühlschacht Bestandteil der Sekundärkühlzone für die Strangkühlung ist.
