Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage pour produits en vrac, comportant un corps creux en plastique polygonal soufflé sur matrice, recevant le produit à emballer et une enveloppe en carton entourant ledit corps, fixée à lui par liaison de forme. A cet effet, le corps creux en plastique présente au moins une dentelure côté bord extérieur dans une zone d'angle correspondant à une zone polygonale de l'enveloppe en carton repliable vers l'intérieur, lors du montage, en vue du blocage, et qui est disposée de manière symétrique à une ligne de pliage d'angle de l'enveloppe et est reliée à ladite enveloppe par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une ligne de poinçonnage disposée transversalement à la ligne de pliage d'angle et de deux lignes de pliage disposées de manière à former mutuellement un V. L'invention vise à perfectionner cet emballage de manière qu'il permette une fixation fiable entre des corps creux en plastique et une enveloppe extérieure. A cet effet, la zone (8) polygonale de l'enveloppe (3) est carrée et les lignes de pliage (11a, 11b) qui forment un V se prolongent en deux lignes de poinçonnage (11d, 11e) s'étendant en pointe et la dentelure (6) à angles est délimitée par des surfaces planes (6a) en conformité avec cette zone (8) de l'enveloppe (3).
