Claims (16)

  1. Färbeverfahren eines Textilstoffs mit Indigo, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a. Vorwaschen eines Garns F, indem man dieses durch eine Vorwaschanlage (1) laufen lässt, die aus zwei oder mehreren Bottichen (2) besteht, die eine Vorwaschlösung (10, 15) enthalten;

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Schritt b) zum Färben des Garn umsetzt, indem man es durch eine Färbeanlage (30) laufen lässt, die aus einer Reihe von acht Bottichen (35) besteht, die jeder eine Lösung aus reduziertem Indigo enthalten, und beim Übergang von einem Bottich (35) auf den anderen das Garn einer Oxidation durch Exposition mit Luft aussetzt, die den reduzierten Indigo in Indigo umwandelt, der das Garn durch Imprägnieren färbt, wobei die Oxidation durch Exposition mit der Luft so durchgeführt wird, dass man beim aufeinander folgenden Durchlaufen vom ersten Bottich (35) bis zum achten Bottich, nacheinander Folgendes erhält, wenn man der Oxidation zwischen dem ersten Bottich (35) und dem zweiten den Wert x gibt:
    Zwischen dem 1. und dem 2. Bottich den Oxidationswert = x
    Zwischen dem 2. und dem 3. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 2x
    Zwischen dem 3. und dem 4. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 3x
    Zwischen dem 4. und dem 5. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 4x
    Zwischen dem 5. und dem 6. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 5x
    Zwischen dem 6. und dem 7. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 6x
    Zwischen dem 7. und dem 8. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 7x
    Nach dem 8. Bottich Oxidationswert = 8x
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Laufe des Schritts a) eine Vorwaschlösung verwendet, die ein Fettalkohol-Phosphoresterderivat, wie zum Beispiel FINBIL AS enthält.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Farbbad in den Bottichen (35) eine Lösung aus reduziertem Indigo umfasst, die 3 bis 5 % Indigo in Pulverform, Natriumhydrosulfit in einer Menge, die 2/3 der Menge Indigo entspricht, und Ätznatron 36 Baumé in einer Menge enthält, die dem Doppelten der Menge Indigo entspricht.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Schritt c) die Essigsäurelösung im Bottich (42) durch Hinzufügen von 50 %-iger Essigsäure in den Bottich (42) in einer Menge von 20 cm3/l erzielt wird, wobei man die Essigsäurelösung im Bottich (43) durch Hinzufügen von 50 %-iger Essigsäure in den Bottich (43) in einer Menge von 10 cm3/l erzielt, und die Essigsäurelösung im Bottich (44) durch Hinzufügen von 50 %-iger Essigsäure in den Bottich (44) in einer Menge von 5 cm3/l erzielt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gemisch aus Harzen während des Schritts d) ein Gemisch umfasst aus:
    10 bis 50 g/l Polyalkylamin-Quartärsalz
    10 bis 50 g/l Fluorkohlenstoffharz
    10 bis 200 g/l Acrylharz
    1 bis 20 g/l autokatalysiertes Polysiloxan
    10 bis 200 g/l Polyurethanharz
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) mehrere Male unter Verwendung von 16, 24 Farbbottichen (35) an Stelle von acht wiederholt werden kann.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garne mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 20 bis 60 m/Minute durch die Farbbäder laufen.
  8. Anlage zum Durchführen des Färbeverfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1-5, die Folgendes umfasst:
    a) eine Vorwaschanlage (1);
    b) eine Färbeanlage (30);
    c) eine Wasch- und Vorabstreifanlage (40);
    d) eine Beschichtungsanlage (60);
    e) eine Trockenanlage (70);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Färbeanlage (30) eine Reihe von 8 Bottichen (35) umfasst, die ein Bad aus reduziertem Indigo enthalten, eine Reihe von Rollen (31, 32, 33, 34, 36 und 37), die jedem Bottich zugewiesen sind, wobei die Rollen (36) zwischen den Bottichen (35) so angeordnet sind, dass es eine Rolle (36) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Bottich (35), zwei Rollen (36) zwischen dem zweiten und dem dritten Bottich, drei Rollen (36) zwischen dem dritten und dem vierten Bottich (35) gibt, und so weiter bis zum achten Bottich (35), und dass es nach diesem auch acht Rollen (36) gibt, wobei diese Anordnung der Rollen (36) es erlaubt, die Dauer der Exposition des Garns mit der freien Luft allmählich zu steigern, um dieses Garn so zu oxidieren, dass man nacheinander Folgendes erhält, wenn man der Oxidation zwischen dem ersten Bottich (35) und dem zweiten den Wert x zuweist:
    Zwischen dem 1. und dem 2. Bottich den Oxidationswert = x
    Zwischen dem 2. und dem 3. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 2x
    Zwischen dem 3. und dem 4. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 3x
    Zwischen dem 4. und dem 5. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 4x
    Zwischen dem 5. und dem 6. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 5x
    Zwischen dem 6. und dem 7. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 6x
    Zwischen dem 7. und dem 8. Bottich den Oxidationswert = 7x
    Nach dem 8. Bottich Oxidationswert = 8x
  9. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorwaschanlage Folgendes umfasst:
    zwei oder mehr Bottiche (2), die eine Vorwaschlösung (10, 15) enthalten, eine Führungsrolle (3), um das Garn in die Vorwaschlösung (10) zu führen, eine Führungsrolle (4), um das Garn zwischen zwei Druckrollen (5) zu lenken, die das Garn zu einer Führungsrolle (6) führen, zwei Druckrollen (7) zum Abstreifen des Überschusses an Flüssigkeit, eine Führungsrolle (8), die das Garn in die Waschflüssigkeit (15) in dem zweiten Bottich (2) lenkt, eine Führungsrolle (9), die das Garn zu zwei Druckrollen (12) lenkt, eine Führungsrolle (11), die das Garn wieder in die Vorwaschlösung (15) führt, und zwei Druckrollen (13), die das Garn am Ausgang des zweiten Bottichs (2) abstreifen.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasch- und Vorabstreifanlage (40) eine Reihe von Bottichen (41, 42, 43, 44 und 45) und Rollen (46, 47 und 48) umfasst, die jedem Bottich zugewiesen sind, wobei der erste Bottich (41) Wasser enthält, die Bottiche (42, 43 und 44) Essigsäure enthalten und der Bottich (45) Wasser enthält, sodass der pH im letzten Bottich zwischen 6 und 7 liegt und sich am Ausgang des Bottichs (45) eine Reihe von Rollen (50) zum Trocknen des Garns befindet.
  11. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtungsanlage (60) einen Bottich (62) umfasst, der ein Gemisch aus Harzen enthält.
  12. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Laufe des Schritts a) eine Vorwaschlösung verwendet, die ein Fettalkohol-Phosphoresterderivat, wie zum Beispiel FINBIL AS enthält.
  13. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Farbbad in den Bottichen (35) eine Lösung aus reduziertem Indigo umfasst, die 3 bis 5 % reduzierten Indigo in Pulverform, Natriumhydrosulfit in einer Menge, die 2/3 der Menge Indigo entspricht, sowie Ätznatron 36 Baumé in einer Menge enthält, die dem Doppelten der Menge Indigo entspricht.
  14. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Essigsäurelösung im Schritt c) im Bottich (42) erzielt wird, indem 50 %-ige Essigsäure in den Bottich (42) in einer Menge von 20 cm3/l hinzugefügt wird, die Essigsäurelösung im Bottich (43) erzielt wird, indem 50 %-ige Essigsäure in den Bottich (43) in einer Menge von 10 cm3/l hinzugefügt wird, und die Essigsäurelösung im Bottich (44) erzielt wird, indem 50 %-ige Essigsäure in den Bottich (44) in einer Menge von 5 cm3/l hinzugefügt wird.
  15. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gemisch aus Harzen im Laufe des Schritts d) ein Gemisch aus Folgendem umfasst:
    10 bis 50 g/l Polyalkylamin-Quartärsalz
    10 bis 50 g/l Fluorkohlenstoffharz
    10 bis 200 g/l Acrylharz
    1 bis 20 g/l autokatalysiertes Polysiloxan
    10 bis 200 g/l Polyurethanharz
  16. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) mehrmals durchgeführt werden kann, indem man 16, 24 Farbbottiche (35) an Stelle von acht verwendet.
