Claims (13)
- Spannvorrichtung, bestehend aus einem Kopfstück (1) mit mindestens einem schwenkbar daran gelagerten Spannarm (2), der über eine im Kopfstück (1) angeordnete Stellmechanik (3) mit einem Antriebsglied (4) verbunden ist, wobei die Stellmechanik (3) einen längs eines Stellweges (SW) verstellbaren Stellungsgeber (5) aufweist, diesen mitbewegt und im Bereich der Stellmechanik (3) Elemente zur Stellungsabfrage des Spannarmes (2) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Elemente zur Stellungsabfrage aus mindestens einer bestrombaren Spule (7) gebildet sind, deren räumliche Erstreckung im wesentlichen dem Stellweg (SW) des an der Stellmechanik (3) angeordneten Stellungsgebers (5) entspricht, der sich in allen Stellungen der Stellmechanik (3) im gradienten-orientierten Wirkbereich des von der Spule (7) erzeugten Magnetfeldes befindet, wobei die Spule (7) über eine vom Stellungsgeber (5) erzeugte Magnetfeldstörung erfassende Umsetzelektronik (E) mit ihrer Stromquelle (S) verbunden ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spule (7) in einem Endbereich eine zweite Spule (7') koaxial zugeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spule (7) längs des Stellweges (SW) aus mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Spulen (7'') gebildet ist, die mit ihren gemeinsam axial zu einem Ende der Spulenanordnung geführten Bestromungsanschlüssen (BA) separat mit der Umsetzelektronik (E ) verbunden sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die eine Spule (7) zum einen oder anderen Ende hin mit zu- oder abnehmender Steigung gewickelt ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das den Stellungsgeber (5) tragende Stellglied (3') der Stellmechanik (3) ein linear bewegliches Glied ist, zu dem sich die Anordnung der mindestens einen Spule (7) parallel erstreckt. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stellungsgeber (5) die mindestens eine Spule (7) rundum umfaßt. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stellungsgeber (5) mittels eines Halters (5') dem Stellglied (3') aufschnapp- und fixierbar zugeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stellungsgeber (5) in Form eines Blechzuschnittes (20) ausgebildet ist, der eine Durchgriffsöffnung (21) für das Stellgried (3') und eine Durchgriffsöffnung (22) für die Spule (7) aufweist. - Spannvorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spule/n (7) mit ihren Bestromungsanschlüssen (BA), der Stellungsgeber (5) und ein Kabelanschluß (8) in einem in eine Aufnahmeausnehmung (9) des Kopfstückes (1) als Baueinheit (BE) einsetzbarer Träger (10) zusammengefaßt angeordnet ist/sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Träger (10) als im Querschnitt im Kopfstück (1) vorder- oder rückseitig einsetzbares und verrastbares, u-förmiges Gehäuse (18) ausgebildet ist, zwischen dessen Schenkeln (19) die Spule (7) angeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Träger (10') in Form eines Sockels ausgebildet und auf diesem die freistehende Spule (7) mit ihrem freien Ende in eine Ausnehmung (15) im Kopfstück (1) eingreifend angeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spule/n (7) mit ihren Bestromungsanschlüssen (BA), der Stellungsgeber (5) und ein Kabelanschluß (8) in einem über einem Durchgriffsschlitz (16) des Kopfstückes (1) angeordneten Gehäuse (17) als seitlich am Kopfstück (1) angesetzte Baueinheit (BE') zusammengefaßt angeordnet ist/sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umsetzelektronik (E) für die Stellungssignale mit in den Baueinheiten (BE, BE') angeordnet ist.
