- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe et en élévation latérale, illustrant le détail d'assemblage des maillons l'un par rapport à l'autre, le maillon d'attelage du tablier étant positionné dans une configuration permettant son assemblage ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de l'ensemble des éléments faisant partie du verrou, dans une configuration éclatée ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective d'un maillon d'accrochage et d'un maillon intermédiaire, vus par le dessous ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe et en élévation latérale d'un détail de la charnière illustrant les zones de contact lorsque deux maillons sont arc-boutés.
Claims (8)
- Verrou (1) pour volet roulant, équipé d'un axe d'enroulement du tablier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ensemble d'au moins deux maillons (2, 3, 4) articulés entre eux par un système de charnières (20) qui est, d'une part indémontable dans la zone de fonctionnement normal, et d'autre part provoque un arc-boutement des maillons (2, 3, 4) lorsque le tablier est complètement déployé, les maillons (2, 3, 4) étant pourvus en outre de lames flexibles (15, 16) qui viennent en appui sous le maillon suivant afin de le maintenir en position déployée, chacune des extrémités libres des maillons (2, 3, 4) étant respectivement connectée à l'axe d'enroulement du tablier (5) et à la première lame du tablier.
- Verrou selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le maillon (2) qui s'accroche au tube d'enroulement (5) présente une pluralité de fentes (6) disposées selon le sens longitudinal ou transversal dudit maillon (2), ces fentes permettent l'insertion d'un organe d'agrafage (7) qui assure la solidarisation dudit maillon (2) au tube d'enroulement (5), les parties débouchantes des fentes (6) permettant le passage de crochets (8, 9) provenant de l'organe d'agrafage (7), et qui coopèrent au niveau de fentes (10) réalisées selon l'axe longitudinal du tube d'enroulement (5).
- Verrou selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le maillon (2) comporte au moins une patte flexible (11) de manière à assurer l'immobilisation en translation dudit maillon, la patte flexible (11) s'engageant à l'intérieur d'une fente (10) prévue sur le tube d'enroulement (5).
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le maillon d'accrochage (2) comporte sur ses deux faces latérales (13, 14), des pattes flexibles (15, 16), de profil curviligne et venues de fabrication avec la partie centrale du maillon, celles-ci réalisant une poutre ou lame ressort, dont l'une des extrémités est fixe, l'autre extrémité étant libre et pouvant coopérer au niveau du dessous d'un autre maillon (3, 4) de manière à assurer une fonction ressort entre ces pièces.
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de charnières (20) entre deux maillons contigus (2, 3, 4) comporte, sur le bord latéral (17) jouxtant la face latérale (18) d'un maillon intermédiaire (3) ou d'un maillon d'attelage (4) d'une pluralité de gonds (19) formant l'une des parties d'une charnière (20), chacun des gonds (19) étant pourvu d'une tige (21) permettant l'articulation d'une partie femelle en forme de crochet (22), venue de l'autre partie de la charnière disposée sur le maillon qui est attelé.
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les chants (17, 18) des parties formant charnières (20) présentent respectivement un bord arrondi (23) et un bord biseauté (24), le bord arrondi (23) glissant au contact du bord biseauté (24), afin de faciliter la manoeuvre d'accrochage ou de décrochage des maillons (2, 3, 4).
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le maillon (4) d'attelage comporte des zones en saillie (25) qui reposent sur l'extrémité et au-dessus des pattes flexibles (15, 16) venues du maillon intermédiaire (3) ou du maillon d'accrochage (2).
- Verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit de disposer des faces biseautées (27, 28) formant butées, sur le chant du bord latéral principal, de chaque côté de chacun des maillons et au niveau des zones qui vont être en contact, afin de limiter en amplitude le mouvement d'arc-boutement des maillons (2, 3, 4) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
