- la figure 1 est une vue schématisée partielle et en coupe d'un volet roulant illustrant un dispositif d'autoblocage, conforme à l'invention, venant s'interposer entre l'arbre d'enroulement du tablier et la première lame de ce dernier, celle-ci ne s'étendant que faiblement à l'intérieur du caisson dudit volet roulant ;
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à la figure 1 et illustrant la position prise par le dispositif d'autoblocage lorsque les deux premières lames persistent à l'intérieur du caisson lorsque le tablier est en position déployée ;
- la figure 3 est une vue schématisée des moyens d'articulation reliant les deux maillons du dispositif d'autoblocage ;
- la figure 4 est une vue similaire aux figures 1 et 2, le dispositif d'autoblocage étant illustré sous forme de deux maillons dont le premier est composé de deux tronçons de maillons montés pivotants l'un par rapport à l'autre.
Claims (14)
- Dispositif d'autoblocage d'un tablier (3) de volet roulant (1) en position déployée, constitué d'au moins deux maillons (11, 12) reliés à l'aide de moyens d'articulation (13), équipés de moyens (16) à même d'assurer le blocage en rotation de ces maillons (11, 12) l'un par rapport à l'autre sous l'impulsion d'une force tendant à les repousser l'un en direction de l'autre, l'un de ces maillons (11) étant monté pivotant sur un arbre d'enroulement (2) du tablier (3) entre une position repliée autour de cet arbre (2) et une position déployée (14), l'autre maillon (12) étant raccordé par des moyens de liaison articulés (15), à la première lame (4) du tablier (3), caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens (16), à même d'assurer le blocage en rotation des maillons (11, 12) l'un par rapport à l'autre, sont définis aptes à assurer ce blocage dans une position angulaire quelconque, sous l'impulsion d'une force tendant à les repousser l'un en direction de l'autre.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte trois ou davantage de maillons dont au moins le dernier (12), rattaché à la première lame (4) du tablier (3), est relié au précédent (11) à l'aide de moyens d'articulation (13) équipés de moyens de blocage (16).
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier maillon (11), monté pivotant sur l'arbre d'enroulement (2) du tablier (3), est constitué par deux ou davantage de tronçons de maillons (11A, 11B) repliables autour dudit arbre d'enroulement (2), contre l'action de moyens de rappel élastiques (36) à même de les repousser l'un par rapport à l'autre pour les amener dans leur position déployée, sensiblement alignés.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'articulation (13) présentent une configuration similaire à une genouillère.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le maillon (12) comporte, à son extrémité supérieure (20), opposée à celle destinée à coopérer avec la première lame (4), une forme de crochet (21) engagée dans une gouttière (22) présente à l'extrémité inférieure (23) du maillon suivant (11), la partie en forme de crochet (21) comportant une terminaison (24) de forme arrondie venant prendre position dans un berceau (25) que définit l'une des parois (26) délimitant ladite gouttière (22), ladite partie en forme de crochet (21) présentant, en outre, un certain jeu (27) à l'intérieur de ladite gouttière (22).
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de blocage en rotation (16) se présentent sous forme de moyens d'accrochage, tels que des dentures (28), ménagées en périphérie (29) de la partie en forme de crochet (21) et destinées à coopérer avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires, tels qu'une denture de forme conjuguée (30), présente au niveau de la paroi interne (31) de la gouttière (22), lesdits moyens d'accrochage (28) venant à coopérer avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (30) sous l'action d'une poussée des maillons (11, 12) l'un en direction de l'autre.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de blocage en rotation (16) sont constitués, d'une part, par des moyens d'accrochage, notamment sous forme d'une denture (28A), équipant le côté (33), en regard de l'extrémité inférieure (23) du maillon (11), d'une patte (32) que comporte le maillon (12) à son extrémité supérieure (20) et, d'autre part, par des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires, tels qu'une denture (30A) ménagée sur le pourtour externe (34) de la paroi latérale (26) correspondant à la gouttière (22) et définissant le berceau (25), entre ces moyens d'accrochage (28A) et les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (30A) persiste un jeu (27A) lorsque les maillons (11, 12) sont en tension tandis que lesdits moyens d'accrochage (28A) coopèrent avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (30A) lorsque les maillons (11, 12) sont repoussés l'un en direction de l'autre.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que le jeu (27) entre les moyens d'accrochage (28) et les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (30) et le jeu (27A) entre les moyens d'accrochage (28A) et les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (30A) sont sensiblement égaux.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'accrochage (28 ; 28A) sont constitués par des dentures et/ou un revêtement à fort coefficient de frottement, tel qu'un revêtement en caoutchouc, tandis que les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (30 ; 30A) sont constitués par des dentures et/ou un revêtement à fort coefficient de frottement, tel qu'un revêtement en caoutchouc.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les maillons (11, 12) et/ou les tronçons de maillons (11A, 11B) sont de forme curviligne adaptée à la section de l'arbre d'enroulement (2).
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les maillons (11, 12) et/ou les tronçons de maillons (11A, 11B) sont ajustés à la forme des côtés d'un arbre d'enroulement (2) de forme polygonale.
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens butées (40) aptes à limiter l'angle de pivotement du maillon (12), raccordé à la première lame (4) du tablier (3), par rapport au maillon (11) monté pivotant sur l'arbre d'enroulement (2) de ce tablier (3), ceci en direction de cet arbre d'enroulement (2).
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon les revendications 7 et 12, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens butées (40) sont constitués par un arrêt (41) faisant saillie sur le pourtour externe (34) de la paroi latérale (26) correspondant à la gouttière (22) du maillon (11), contre cet arrêt (41) étant en mesure de buter l'extrémité libre de la patte (32) équipant le maillon (12) à son extrémité supérieure (20).
- Dispositif d'autoblocage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens de rappel élastiques (17) à même de repousser le maillon (11), monté pivotant sur l'arbre d'enroulement (2), dans sa position déployée (14) par rapport à cet arbre d'enroulement (2).
