- la figure 1 est une représentation en perspective d'une portion de tambour de volet roulant équipée d'une attache anti-relevage de l'invention dans sa position initiale au repos,
- la figure 2 est une vue de coté du tambour et de l'attache anti-relevage de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une coupe transversale selon le plan III-III de la figure 2;
- la figure 4 est représentation en perspective du tambour et de l'attache anti-relevage des figures 1 à 3, l'attache anti-relevage étant en position de verrouillage, et son maillon inférieur étant relié à la lame supérieure d'un tablier de volet roulant en position déployée,
- et la figure 5 est une vue de coté de l'ensemble tambour/attache anti-relevage/ tablier de la figure 4.
Claims (6)
- Attache anti-relevage (1) pour volet roulant comportant des maillons et élastiquement déformable dans une position de verrouillage dans laquelle ses maillons sont en butée, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée d'une pièce en plastique, qui au repos présente un profil courbe sensiblement en arc de cercle, et dans laquelle est ménagée au moins une gorge transversale (2) débouchant dans l'extrados (1a) de la pièce et délimitant une zone d'articulation (3) flexible de plus faible épaisseur (e'), les parties de ladite pièce de part et d'autre de chaque gorge (2) formant deux maillons rigides (4), ladite pièce étant élastiquement déformable dans une position de verrouillage dans laquelle ses maillons (4) sont en butée et son rayon de courbure est supérieur à son rayon de courbure initial au repos.
- Attache anti-relevage (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est plane ou quasiment plane dans sa position de verrouillage.
- Attache anti-relevage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que chaque gorge transversale (2) présente un profil en forme de T.
- Attache anti-relevage (1) selon l'une des revendication 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que chaque maillon (4) comporte des moyens (5) permettant la fixation du maillon sur le tambour d'un volet roulant.
- Attache anti-relevage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par moulage d'une matière thermoplastique.
- Volet roulant comportant un tambour rotatif (T) et un tablier (9) caractérisé en ce que le tablier (9) est fixé au tambour (T) par l'intermédiaire d'une ou plusieurs attaches anti-relevage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
