Um bei einem Getränkebehälter mit einer Sicherheitseinrichtung gegen das Eindringen von Insekten eine größere Variabilität beim Einsatz zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Sicherheitseinrichtung an einem Aufsatz vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Getränkebehälter mit einer Sicherheitseinrichtung gegen das Eindringen von Insekten.
Derartige Getränkebehälter sind zum Beispiel aus den Druckschriften DE 86 22 699 U1 und DE 90 04 706 U1 bekannt. Es handelt sich bei diesen Getränkebehältern um Getränkedosen mit einer Öffnung, die durch eine Aufreißlasche verschlossen sind. Zum Öffnen der Dosen dient ein Hebel, der mit der Aufreißlasche verbunden ist. Gegen das Eindringen von Insekten weisen diese Dosen an der Innenseite der Öffnung ein Sieb als Sicherheitseinrichtung auf.
Es ist Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung, einen Getränkebehälter mit einer Sicherheitseinrichtung gegen das Eindringen von Insekten vorzusehen, der eine größere Variabilität im Einsatz zuläßt.
Als Lösung schlägt vorliegende Erfindung vor, daß die Sicherheitseinrichtung an einem Aufsatz vorgesehen ist. Dieser Aufsatz kann vom Nutzer je nach Bedarf auf die Dose gesetzt werden. Darüberhinaus kann, da auf ein Sieb oder ähnliches im Inneren der Dose verzichtet wird, die erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitseinrichtung auch bei Getränkebehältern Anwendung finden, bei denen die Vorrichtung zum Öffnen des Getränkebehälters eine Lasche umfaßt, die beim Öffnen in das Innere des Getränkebehälters bzw. der Dose gedrückt wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitseinrichtung ist somit wesentlich vielseitiger einsetzbar.
Es liegt in der Natur eines derartigen Aufsatzes, daß dieser dem Nutzer der Getränkedose zugänglich ist. Somit kann der Nutzer leicht von dem Vorhandensein der Sicherheitseinrichtung Kenntnis nehmen, wodurch die Akzeptanz eines Getränkebehälters mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Sicherheitseinrichtung gegenüber bekannten Getränkebehältern höher liegen sollte, da bei diesen die Sicherheitseinrichtung von außen nicht ersichtlich ist.
Vorteilhafterweise ist der Aufsatz von außen an einer Öffnung des Getränkebehälters anbringbar. Dieses ermöglicht zum einen eine verhältnismäßig einfache Handhabung der Sicherheitseinrichtung. Zum anderen kann der Aufsatz in der Regel verhältnismäßig einfach an der Öffnung befestigt werden. Dieses kann zum Beispiel durch eine Rasteinrichtung des Aufsatzes geschehen, die mit dem Behälter eine Rastverbindung eingehen kann. Hierzu kann beispielsweise der Aufsatz eine Ausnehmung aufweisen, die in den Rand der Behälteröffnung einrastet.
Vorzugsweise weist die Sicherheitseinrichtung ein Sieb auf, welches bei angebrachtem Aufsatz die Öffnung zumindest teilweise überdeckt. Hierbei ist das Sieb, welches zum Beispiel eine gitterartige Struktur aufweisen oder aber durch eine Lochplatte gebildet sein kann, derart dimensioniert, daß unerwünschte Insekten dieses nicht durchdringen können. Vorteilhafterweise übersteigt der maximale Durchlaß durch das Sieb einen Durchmesser von 3 mm nicht.
Es genügt insbesondere auch, daß das Sieb die Öffnung nur teilweise überdeckt, solange die freigelassenen Öffnungsbereiche klein genug sind, um ein Eindringen von Insekten in gewünschter Weise auszuschließen. Insbesondere kann die Sicherheitseinrichtung ein Loch aufweisen, welches groß genug ist, einen Strohhalm durchzulassen.
Der Aufsatz kann in besonders einfacher und somit kostengünstiger Weise an dem Getränkebehälter bereitgestellt werden, wenn der Aufsatz Bestandteil einer Vorrichtung zum Öffnen des Getränkebehälters ist. Diese Vorrichtung zum Öffnen des Getränkebehälters ist in der Regel an dem Getränkebehälter angebracht, so daß auch der erfindungsgemäße Aufsatz mit der Sicherheitseinrichtung dem Nutzer unmittelbar zugänglich ist. Insbesondere kann der erfindungsgemäße Aufsatz als Hebel ausgestaltet sein, der zum Öffnen des Getränkebehälters, zum Beispiel zum Betätigen einer Aufreißlasche oder einer einzudrückenden Lasche, dient. Bei einer derartigen Anordnung ist somit im Vergleich zu bekannten Getränkebehältern keine gesonderte Baugruppe notwendig, da der bei den bekannten Baugruppen ohnehin vorhandene Hebel als Aufsatz genutzt und lediglich mit einem Sieb oder ähnlichem versehen wird.
Um den Trinkkomfort bzw. den Komfort beim Schütten zu erhöhen, kann der Aufsatz einen Ausguß aufweisen. Als ein derartiger Ausguß reicht zum Beispiel eine lippenartige Erhöhung des Aufsatzes an der Seite aus, an welcher der Ausguß erfolgt. Diese Erhöhung ist vorteilhafterweise so gewählt, daß sie über einen Dosenrand hinaussteht und einen bequemen Ansatz für die Lippen des Nutzers bietet.
Vorteilhafterweise ist der Ausguß zwischen Sicherheitseinrichtung und Rasteinrichtung vorgesehen. Wird der Aufsatz als Hebel zum Öffnen des Getränkebehälters genutzt, ermöglicht dies, daß die Sicherheitseinrichtung bzw. das Sieb an der Dose vor deren Öffnen aufliegen kann und der Ausguß mit der Rasteinrichtung von der Dose ein wenig absteht. Hierdurch wird ein Betätigen des Hebels bzw. ein Ergreifen des Aufsatzes, um den Getränkebehälter zu öffnen, erheblich erleichtert.
Die Sicherheitseinrichtung bzw. das Sieb kann aus demselben Material wie der Getränkebehälter bzw. eine die Behälteröffnung verschließende Lasche gewählt werden. Hierdurch wird eine besonders kostengünstige Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Getränkebehälters ermöglicht, so daß sich dieser insbesondere für die Massenproduktion von Getränkedosen eignet. So kann der Aufsatz und somit auch die Sicherheitseinrichtung bzw. das Sieb aus Blech oder Aluminium gebildet werden.
Da vorliegende Erfindung lediglich die Bereitstellung eines Aufsatzes mit Sicherheitseinrichtung vorsieht, welcher auch - wie vorstehend erläutert - als ansich bekannter Hebel für eine Dose dienen kann, bleibt der Getränkebehälter ansich unverändert. Es ist lediglich notwendig, die Herstellung des ansich bekannten Hebels derart abzuändern, daß dieser als erfindungsgemäßer Aufsatz mit Sicherheitseinrichtung ausgestaltet ist. Insofern kann vorliegende Erfindung in einfacher Weise bei vorhandenen Behältern Anwendung finden.
Weitere Ziele, Vorteile und Eigenschaften vorliegender Erfindung werden anhand anliegender Zeichnung erläutert, in welcher beispielhaft ein erfindungsgemäßer Getränkebehälter dargestellt ist. In der Zeichnung zeigen,

Vorliegendes Ausführungsbeispiel umfaßt eine ansich bekannte Getränkedose 1 mit einer Öffnung 2, die durch eine Lasche 5 verschlossen ist. Mittels einer Verbindungsniet 50 ist die Lasche 5 im geschlossenen Zustand der Dose (siehe Figuren 2a und 2b) mit einem Aufsatz 3 verbunden. Dieser Aufsatz 3 weist ein Sieb 4 auf, welches im geschlossenen Zustand der Dose (siehe Figur 2b) an der Dose 1 anliegt. Der Aufsatz 3 umfaßt desweiteren einen Hebel 6 (siehe Figuren la, 2a und 2b), dessen äußere Form im wesentlichen dem Umriß des Siebes 4 entspricht und welcher im geschlossenen Zustand der Dose (siehe Figur 2b) oberhalb des Siebes 4 angeordnet ist. Zwischen Hebel 6 und Sieb 4 ist ein Ausguß 8 vorgesehen, der den Zwischenraum zwischen Sieb 4 und Hebel 6 abdichtend verschließt. Der Ausguß 8 weist auf Höhe des Hebels 6 eine umlaufende Nut auf, die als Rasteinrichtung dient.
In geöffnetem Zustand der Getränkedose 1 (siehe Figuren 1a und 1b) rastet die Nut 7 in den Rand der Öffnung 2 ein und hält auf diese Weise den Aufsatz 3 an der Dose 1. In diesem Zustand ist das Sieb 4 durch den Ausguß 8 von der Öffnung 2 entfernt, so daß eine Flüssigkeitsentnahme aus der Dose 1 erleichtert ist. Desweiteren ist in diesem Zustand die Lasche 5 von dem Aufsatz 3 getrennt, so daß eine in der Dose befindliche Strohhalmöffnung 9, die in geschlossenem Zustand der Dose 1 unterhalb der Verbindungsniet 50 angeordnet ist, freigegeben wird.
Zum Öffnen der Dose wird der Hebel 6 angehoben (siehe Figur 2a). Dies kann zum Beispiel durch einen Finger 10 geschehen. Dadurch daß der Hebel 6 von dem Sieb 4 und somit auch von der Dosenoberfläche beabstandet ist, wird ein Ergreifen mit dem Finger 10 erheblich erleichtert. Die Dose wird dann in bekannter Weise geöffnet. Im Anschluß daran wird die Lasche 5 und die Verbindungsniet 50 von dem Aufsatz 3 entfernt und dieser mittels der Nut 7 in die Öffnung 2 eingerastet (siehe Figuren 1a und 1b).
Andererseits sind auch Ausführungsformen denkbar, bei denen der Aufsatz lediglich in der in Figur 2a dargestellten Weise umgelegt und hierdurch die Lasche 5 in die Dose gedrückt wird. Bei einer derartigen Ausführungsform braucht der Aufsatz 3 lediglich weiter verschwenkt werden, bis er in der Öffnung 2 einrastet.
Bei vorstehenden Ausführungsformen sind sowohl Aufsatz 3 als auch Lasche 5 aus demselben Material wie die Getränkedose 1 gebildet. Dieses kann Blech oder Aluminium sein. Andererseits kann die Lasche 5 auch als Kunststoffolie ausgestaltet sein und/oder der Aufsatz 3 aus Kunststoff bestehen.

Claims (8)

  1. Getränkebehälter (1) mit einer Sicherheitseinrichtung (4) gegen das Eindringen von Insekten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitseinrichtung (4) an einem Aufsatz (3) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Getränkebehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (3) von außen an eine Öffnung (2) des Getränkebehälters (1) anbringbar ist.
  3. Getränkebehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitseinrichtung (4) ein Sieb umfaßt, welches bei angebrachtem Aufsatz (3) die Öffnung (2) zumindest teilweise überdeckt.
  4. Getränkebehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (3) Bestandteil einer Vorrichtung (5) zum Öffnen des Getränkebehälters (1) ist.
  5. Getränkebehälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffenvorrichtung (5) einen Hebel (6) umfaßt, der den Aufsatz (3) bildet.
  6. Getränkebehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (3) eine Rasteinrichtung (7) aufweist, die mit dem Behälter (1) eine Rastverbindung eingehen kann.
  7. Getränkebehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Aufsatz (3) ein Ausguß (8) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Getränkebehälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausguß (8) zwischen Sicherheitseinrichtung (4) und einer Rasteinrichtung (7) vorgesehen ist.
