Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Druckbildes, insbesondere in einem elektrografisch arbeitenden Drucker oder Kopierer, bei dem eine Entwicklerstation (2) ein Entwickler/Toner-Gemisch enthält, mit den folgenden Schritten:Erzeugen eines Temperatursignals des Entwickler/Toner-Gemisches mittels eines Temperatursensors (8b),Zuführen des Temperatursignals an eine Steuerungsvorrichtung (7),Beeinflussen mindestens einer Betriebsgröße der Entwicklerstation (2) mittels der Steuerungsvorrichtung (7) auf der Grundlage des durch den Temperatursensor (8b) erzeugten Temperatursignals des Entwickler/Toner-Gemisches, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf Grund der erfaßten Temperatur des Entwickler/Toner-Gemisches die Entladung einer Fotoleitertrommel und die Beleuchtungsstärke einer Belichtungseinheit (1) individuell nachgeregelt werden, um ein möglichst gleichmäßiges Druckbild vom ersten Druck bis zum betriebswarmen Gerät zu erhalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beeinflussung der Temperatur des Entwickler/Toner-Gemisches mittels mindestens eines Kühlaggregates (5) erfolgt, um die Temperatur innerhalb eines Betriebsbereiches zu halten.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beeinflussung der Temperatur des Entwickler/Toner-Gemisches durch Abschalten der Entwicklerstation (2) erfolgt, wenn die Temperatur einen oberen Grenzwert überschreitet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Temperatursensoren vorgesehen sind, die die Temperatur des Entwickler/Toner-Gemisches erfassen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Temperatursensor (8a) oder die Temperatursensoren am Gehäuse (9) der Entwicklerstation (2) angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Temperatursensor (8b) im Entwickler/Toner-Gemisch angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Gehäuse (9) der Entwicklerstation (2) wäremeleitendes Material verwendet wird.
