Claims (26)
- Rakelblatt in metallischer Ausführung, negativ angestellt an eine Rasterwalze (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rakelblatt (11; 12) an seiner der Rasterwalze (4) zugewandten Außenfläche (19) mit einer oberflächenenergie-armen Substanz (46) beschichtet ist, die eine Oberflächenenergie zwischen 10 und 60 mN/m aufweist.
- Rakelblatt nach den Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus einem Polymer besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Kohlenwasserstoff-Polymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Styrol-Polymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Halogen-Kohlenwasserstoff-Polymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Vinylpolymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus fluorierten Acrylpolymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus nichtfluorierten Methacryl-Polymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus fluorierten Methacrylpolymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Polyäther-Mischpolymerisat besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Polyiminen besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Polyurethanen besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Polysiloxanen besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus hydrolysierten und kondensierten Organosilanen besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus einem Polymer oder aus einer Mischung von zwei oder mehreren Polymeren besteht.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) aus metallfreien amorphen Kohlenstoffschichten (DLC-Schichten) mit hoch quervernetzten Kohlenstoffnetzwerken besteht, denen Wasserstoff angelagert ist.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Fluor (F-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Silizium (Si-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Bor (B-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Stickstoff (N-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die DLC-Schichten mit Sauerstoff (O-DLC) modifiziert sind.
- Rakelblatt nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz (46) mit einer Schichtdicke von 0,5 bis 10 µm aufgebracht ist.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das das Rakelblatt (11; 12) mit einer Druckfarbe hoher Viskosität zusammenwirkt.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rakelblatt (11; 12) an einem Farbkasten (1) angeordnet ist und daß der Farbkasten (1) oben auf der Rasterwalze angeordnet ist.
- Rakelblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Arbeitsrakelblatt (12) und ein Schließrakelblatt (11) vorgesehen sind und daß zumindest das Arbeitsrakelblatt an seiner Außenseite mit dieser Substanz beschichtet ist.
