Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Manipulieren einer Operationsleuchte, bei dem Steuersignale über eine im Inneren der Leuchte geführte Signalstrecke zwischen einer Bedieneinheit und mindestens einem Stellelement geführt werden, wobei die Steuersignale über einen Modulator auf ein Trägersignal aufmoduliert und über einen Demodulator wieder von diesem demoduliert werden, wobei die Steuersignale einerseits einem Stellelement zugeführt werden, das den Leuchtenkörper und/oder einen Leuchtenarm bewegt und wobei andererseits durch die Steuersignale ein Fernzeiger variiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf das Trägersignal zusätzlich Rückmeldesignale von der Leuchte aufmoduliert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuersignale die Helligkeit des Leuchtmittels steuern und/oder
durch die Steuersignale die Position des Leuchtmittels im Leuchtenkörper verändert wird, um die Lichtfeldgröße zu variieren. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Variation des Fernzeigers durch ein Stellelement an dem Leuchtenkörper erfolgt, und/oder
die Variation des Fernzeigers auf einem Bildschirm erfolgt und/oder die Variation des Fernzeigers durch ein Sensorpad, einen Joystick oder ein Tastenfeld erfolgt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf das Trägersignal zusätzlich ein Sprachsignal und/oder ein Bildsignal aufmoduliert wird und/oder
die Signalübertragung bidirektional erfolgt, wobei insbesondere die Steuer- und/oder Sprachsignale digital kodiert werden können. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Trägersignal auf einer Leitung geführt wird, die zur Stromversorgung der Operationsleuchte oder ihrer Einrichtungen dient oder daß das Trägersignal auf einer Leitung geführt wird, die nicht zur Stromversorgung des Leuchtmittels der Operationsleuchte dient, wobei vorzugsweise auf das Trägersignal Bild und/oder Steuersignale einer Miniaturkamera aufmoduliert und/oder demoduliert werden. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Trägersignal auf einer Leitung geführt wird, deren eine Ader als Potentialausgleich dient und/oder
daß Steuer- und/oder Bildsignale einer Miniaturkamera auf ein erstes Trägersignal aufmoduliert werden und Steuersignale für die Operationsleuchte auf ein weiteres Trägersignal aufmoduliert werden, das über eine getrennte Signalstrecke geführt ist, wobei insbesondere das Trägersignal auf einer Leitung geführt werden kann, die innerhalb eines Gebäudes installiert ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit
zumindest einem Stellelement (49), das von einer Bedieneinheit (44) ansteuerbar auf die Operationsleuchte einwirkt, wobei im Gehäuse (10) der Operationsleuchte ein Modulator/Demodulator (40) vorgesehen ist, der über eine Leitung (28) mit einem weiteren Modulator/Demodulator (42) in Verbindung steht, welcher der Bedieneinheit (44) vorgeschaltet ist, wobei in dem Leuchtenkörper der Operationsleuchte ein Fernzeiger, vorzugsweise ein Laser (48), vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Stellelement (49) in Verbindung steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Stellelement ein Antrieb ist, der in einem Gelenk (20) der Leuchte angeordnet ist und/oder
ein Stellelement ein Antrieb ist, der das Leuchtmittel (26) im Leuchtenkörper (10) bewegt. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in dem Leuchtenkörper (12) der Operationsleuchte, vorzugsweise in deren Griff (32), eine Miniaturkamera (34) eingebaut ist. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in dem Ausgangsbildsignal der Videokamera (34) ein Fernzeiger (56) darstellbar ist, der durch die Bedieneinheit (44, 54) variierbar ist und/oder
daß die Bedieneinheit (44) ein Sensorpad, einen Joystick (54) oder ein Tastenfeld aufweist und/oder
daß die Bedieneinheit (44), vorzugsweise über ISDN (58), fernsteuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an der Operationsleuchte ein Mikrophon (46) angeordnet ist, das mit dem Modulator/Demodulator in Verbindung (40) steht und/oder
daß die Bedieneinheit ein PC ist, der bevorzugt eine ISDN-Anschlußmöglichkeit aufweist.
