Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zum Kuppeln einer Antriebsbewegung zwischen einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine und einem Bogenanleger mit einer Antriebswelle (1), einer Abtriebswelle (20) und Kupplungsmitteln, die auf der Abtriebswelle (20) eine erste Kupplungshälfte (4) und eine zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) beinhalten, wobei die erste Kupplungshälfte (4) frei drehbar aber axial feststehend angeordnet und die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) axial bewegbar aber drehfest angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass axial versetzt zur zweiten Kupplungshälfte (8) eine Bremse (14, 15) auf der Abtriebswelle (20) angeordnet ist, daß die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) und die Bremse (14, 15) in Form von Pneumatikzylindern ausgebildet sind, dass die axiale Lage der zweiten Kupplungshälfte (8) mittels eines Sensors (3) erfassbar ist und dass die Kupplung eine Überlastfunktion aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Kupplungshälfte (4) stimseitig der zweiten Kupplungshälfte (8) gegenüberliegend angeordnete Rastöffnungen (4a) aufweist, daß die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) stirnseitig der ersten Kupplungshälfte (4) gegenüberliegend angeordnete und in der Kupplungshälfte (8) lose einsetzbare Kupplungskugeln (8a) aufweist und daß die Kupplungskugeln (8a) und die Rastöffnungen (4a) so angeordnet sind, daß die erste (4) und die zweite Kupplungshälfte (8) in nur einer bestimmten Drehlage formschlüssig miteinander kuppelbar sind.
