Claims (6)
- Schmieröleinfülleitung eines Verbrennungsmotors (1) mit einem Ölnebelabscheider (5) für eine Kurbelraumentlüftung, aus dem das aus dem Ölnebelabscheider (5) abgeschiedene Öl als Rücklauföl schwerkraftbedingt abfließt, und bei demfür das Rücklauföl eine von dem Ölnebelabscheider (5) ausgehende, in das Innere der Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) führende Rücklaufölleitung (8) vorgesehen ist,das von dem Ölnebelabscheider (5) entfernt liegende Ende der Rücklaufölleitung (8) in den Bodenbereich eines für die Aufnahme und Weiterleitung des Rücklauföles bestimmten Überlaufbehälter (9) führt,an der Überlauföffnung des Überlaufbehälters (9) ein Gasdruck ansteht, der demjenigen entspricht, unter dem der zum Ölnebelabscheider (5) gelangende Ölnebel steht,die Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) als eigenständiges Element ausgeführt ist, das an einem Ende einen Flansch (2) für einen Anschluß an einen Verbrennungsmotor und an seinem anderen Ende eine verschließbare Einfüllöffnung aufweist,der Ölnebelabscheider (5) liegt außerhalb der Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) und ist mit dieser über einen Trennflansch einer Flanschverbindung (4) verbunden,zur Kurbelraumentlüftung führt aus dem Inneren der Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) eine Kurbelraumentlüftungsleitung (6) in den Ölnebelabscheider (5),die Kurbelraumentlüftungsleitung (6) und die Rücklaufölleitung (8) durchlaufen die Flanschverbindung (4) und sind bei offener Flanschverbindung aufgetrennt.
- Schmieröleinfülleitung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auftrennbarkeit der Leitungen (6, 8) durch an diesen Leitungen innerhalb der Flanschverbindung (4) vorgesehene Steckverbindungsmittel gegeben ist. - Schmieröleinfülleitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Überlaufbehälter (9) über Befestigungsmittel (12) zerstörungsfrei trennbar mit dem in diesen führenden Ende der Rücklaufölleitung (8) verbunden ist. - Schmieröleinfülleitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rücklaufölleitung (8) innerhalb der Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) in einem mit Bezug auf das in den Überlaufbehälter (9) ragende Ende der Rücklaufölleitung (8) abgewandten Ende durch Lösen einer Steckverbindung (10) auftrennbar ist. - Schmieröleinfülleitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Überlauföffnung des Überlaufbehälters (9) innerhalb der Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) angeordnet ist, wobei diese Anordnung derart ist, daß Schmieröl beim Einfüllen in die Schmieröleinfülleitung (1) in den Überlaufbehälter (9) gelangt. - Schmieröleinfülleitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ölnebelabscheider (5) ein Zyklonabscheider ist.
