Definitions
- the invention relates to a molded block kit according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is based on the object of proposing a paving stone system, in particular for creating surfaces laid in an arc, which can preferably be used for track systems for trams or the like.
- the stone kit should also be able to be used in a straight line outside the tracks.
- the invention is based on the main idea that the Arc length on curves or arcs with increasing radius extended. That means radially inner areas of an arc or a curve have shorter distances, as radially outer arches.
- radially inner areas of an arc or a curve have shorter distances, as radially outer arches.
- For tram track systems are curves with a radius of z. B. 18m.
- z. B. 1m up to 1.5m only slight changes in length of each laid Stone arch required.
- These changes in length will manufactured according to the invention in that a stone shape with a certain length L for a certain pitch is divided in the middle, but somewhat off-center, the off-center misalignment in the order of only 2mm to 6mm lies.
- the stone form therefore has an oversize and Undersize that allows it to be marked accordingly Stones radially inwards or radially outwards in one to arrange the corresponding row of sheets.
- the radial more the inside area shows more "shortened” stones on, while the radially outer row of arches more has “elongated” stone shapes. As a result, a Bow shape can be made.
- the invention proposes two different stone sizes, a so-called large stone with a width of 200mm and a so-called small stone with a width of 160mm is provided.
- the lengths of the large stones and small stones are coordinated with each other in grid dimensions.
- the paving stones preferably have one Interlocking to meet the high demands of Driving on heavy goods vehicles is sufficient. It must also the teeth are designed so that they can curve is, so that a special longitudinal-transverse toothing is proposed becomes.
- nx L 1,2,3 ..., n.
- this length L is not halved to form these two stones.
- these stones basically give the length L in the grid dimension.
- Stone 1 is therefore a so-called "short stone”
- stone 2 is a so-called "long stone” in this stone system.
- Short stone 1 or G1 is marked with a notch 7 on its two opposite longitudinal sides 8.
- the oversize or undersize "X" in the exemplary embodiment is X ⁇ 2mm to 6mm. This dimension X is always kept constant for the large stones G1, G2 in a specific kit, so that the grid dimension L always results when the short stone 1 and the long stone 2 are joined together.
- This stone is used to create a misalignment when laying in the runner method, especially outside the rails.
- the paving stone system according to the invention also has so-called small stones K1 to K3, which are designated by the reference numerals 4 to 6 in FIG. 1.
- the small stone K1 is again designed as a "short stone” 4, the small stone K2 as a "long stone” 5.
- the length "x" of the small stones K 1 , K 2 can vary from the length "X" of the large stones G 1 , G 2 .
- the long sides 8 over a length section 1 ⁇ 4 * L two spacers 11 ', 11' 'arranged, respectively the spacer 11 'adjacent to the corner area 13 or
- the transverse center line 14 of the large stones G1, G2 is arranged.
- the cross center lines 14, 15 lie parallel to broadside 9.
- the Spacers 11 on the long sides 8 are basically the same arranged as described for the large stones G1 to G3.
- the lengths l 4 of all spacers 11 both on the large stones and on the small stones are dimensioned such that when the large stones and / or small stones are strung together, a lateral play between the spacers is retained. In this way, the different lengths of the short stones or long stones can be easily compensated.
- the spacers 12 on the broad sides 9, 10 of the large stones G1 to G3 or small stones K1 to K3 are arranged in such a way that in the laid state of the paving stones one Form a largely positive connection.
- the broad sides 9, 10, 12 '' on the opposite side of the same Paving stones diametrically opposite or in the circumferential Are arranged clockwise.
- the spacers 12 'are contiguous Large stones 1, 2 are therefore in a form-fitting manner.
- the further spacer 12 ′′ on the broad side 9 is located in the middle or side area of the upper or lower half of each paving stone.
- the distance l 5 of the respective spacer 12 ′′ to the longitudinal center line 16 is of the same size both for the large stone G1 to G3 and for the small stone K1 to K3. For this reason, the spacer 12 'borders on the small stones K1 to K3 in the corner region 13.
- the length l 6 , l 7 of the respective spacers 12 ', 12'' is designed such that in the assembled state they take up about the entire width of the broad sides 10 of the small stones K1 to K3.
- the length l 6 of the spacer 12 ' accordingly corresponds approximately to the length l 7 of the spacer 12', where l 6 + l 7 ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2 * B 2 .
- the width b 1 of the spacers 12 ′, 12 ′′ of the shaped stones 1 to 6 is approximately 5 mm, the spacer 12 ′′ tapering towards the respective outer edge of the paving stone by an oblique stop surface 17.
- the spacer 12 ' has a stop surface 18 parallel to the broad side 9, 10.
- the inclined stop surface 17 is chamfered in such a way that the end width b is 2 ⁇ 1 ⁇ 2 * b 1 .
- the arrangement of the small stones K1, K2 shown with reference numerals 4 and 5 in FIG. 1 is shown again enlarged in FIG. 2.
- the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
- the longitudinal grid lines 20 'and the transverse grid lines 21, like in FIG. 1, are drawn through the center lines of the respective spacers 11, 12, ie the longitudinal grid lines 20' and the transverse grid lines 21 halve the respective width b 1 of the spacers 11, 12. Because of the shortened broadside 10 of the small stones K1 to K3, the longitudinal grid line is designated 20 '.
- Fig. 2 also shows a tilted to the small stone K1 Kleinstein K2, d. H. the upper oblique stop surface 17 of the upper left spacer 12 '' of the small stone K2 (Reference number 5) is approximately parallel to the right-angled one Broadside 10 of the small stone 4. This results in one Tilting movement of the small stone K2 about the axis of rotation 19, so that an opening angle ⁇ is formed.
- the weird ones Spacer 12 '' with sloping stop surface 17 therefore enable despite rectangular base stones a tilting movement or twisting, these stones around Central axis 19.
- Fig. 2a shows a variant of Fig. 2 with divided Spacers 12 ''.
- the sloping Spacers 12 ' also z. B. in two parts as Spacers 12 '' (1) and 12 '' (2) can be designed, which in in effect, an inclined stop surface 17 form. Passing the width b of the two Spacers 12 '' (1) and 12 '' (2) have different sizes, this also results from this - with a constant width b of the respective spacer - also a tilting effect.
- Fig. 3 shows a basic representation of the stone shapes 2 in a perspective view. Same parts are provided with the same reference numerals. Different from FIG. 2 is the arrangement of the spacers 12 ′′ in FIG. 3, which is more towards the center of the stone than towards corner 13 are. However, this is in coordination with the rest Stone forms variable.
- Fig. 3 also shows the dotted version middle Recesses 22, as they are also dashed in the stone shapes Fig. 1 are shown. This allows a continuous Recess are made, which are used to justify the Guide stone surfaces with appropriately filled soil can.
- Fig. 4 the laying of the stone kit is for Use in a track system for trams shown.
- the standard track of track systems has one Track width of 1,435 m.
- the between the tracks 23, 23 ' lying center line is designated 24.
- tie rods 25, 25 ' respectively connect the tracks 23, 23 'as spacers.
- the shaped stone kit shown in Fig. 4 is in essentially between adjacent tie rods 25, 25 'used. As shown in Fig. 4, this is a middle large stone series G1, G2 laid.
- the Longitudinal center line 16 (see Fig. 1) of the quasistein series is aligned with the center line 24 (see FIG. 4) Track system. Due to the possible tilting movement of the large stones an arched installation can also be made possible where a radius on the order of z. B. 18 m only requires little tilting of the stones.
- 4a shows a further special stone K1 '' and K2 '' with one on the bottom of the stone approximately in the middle of the stone located tunnel-shaped recess 29, which is also for Includes the tie rod 25, 25 'to be bridged.
- the Special stones K1 ', K2' accordingly have the lower one Edge area a so-called "half-tunnel" (quarter circle), the special stones K1 '' and K2 '' a middle tunnel (in Cross-section semicircle), depending on their position to bridge adjacent tie rod 25, 25 '. This is a seamless further laying between tracks 23, 23 'possible.
- the supplementary stones G3 and K3 can also be used a half-groove-shaped recess analogous to reference number 27, 28 or a middle tunnel-shaped recess similar to Reference number 29, if you are between the tracks 23, 23 'are to be used.
- K2 can be supplementary stones G3 or K3 be inserted to avoid cross joints in the runner belt. However, this applies primarily to laying outside of Tracks.
- the different lengths of the arched Rows of stones are 11 due to the play toothing balanced on the long sides 8 of the shaped blocks.
- the stone system according to the invention also lay completely straight, as each is joined together Short stones and long stones remain absolutely in the grid dimension. Furthermore, the tilting movement of the stone shapes can only be optional be performed.
- middle recesses 22 serve next to the Justification of the drainage of the covering, since z. B. Rainwater can flow down easily.
- FIG. 5a, 5b is a perspective view as well shown in top view of the shaped block as palisade 30.
- inventive Form stones also other than for laying Use track systems.
- palisades can be made with the same basic structure can be an advantage.
- the palisades 30 can have different heights, as shown in FIG. 5a is shown.
- 5b shows the top view of various Palisades, with a rectangular stone 31 and a square stone 32 can be used.
- the palisade stones are also in the same grid size as the stone shape Fig. 1 shows.

Abstract
