- Dispositif pour l'exécution du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, avec un banc d'étirage (20), avec des doigts presseurs (17) et des entraínements commandables séparément (11, 16, 18, 21) pour le banc d'étirage (20), des ailettes (15), un banc de broches (10) et des bobines à ruban (8), composées respectivement d'un corps de broche cylindrique (1), d'un cône supérieur d'enroulement (2) et d'un cône inférieur d'enroulement (3), caractérisé en ce que les entraínements commandables séparément (11, 16, 18, 21) sont raccordés à un dispositif de commande (25) pour les étapes de procédé suivantes :exécution d'un enroulement (D-E) montant en spirale autour du cône d'enroulement inférieur (3) avec un enroulement (E-F) court en spirale consécutif autour de la partie inférieure du corps de broche (1),déplacement de la bobine de ruban (8) et du banc de broches (10) d'une trajectoire consécutive (F-G-H) installé en aval avec réduction de la rotation du ruban dans une zone intermédiaire (F-G) et une séparation de ruban consécutive dans une zone montante (G-H) du corps de broche (1).
- Dispositif pour l'exécution du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 avec un banc d'étirage (20), avec des doigts presseurs (17) et un entraínement d'ensemble pour le banc d'étirage (20), les ailettes (15), un banc de broches (10) et des bobines à ruban (8), composées respectivement d'un corps de broche cylindrique (1), d'un cône supérieur d'enroulement (2) et d'un cône inférieur d'enroulement (3), caractérisé en ce que l'entraínement d'ensemble (35) est raccordé à un dispositif de commande (25') pour le déroulement des étapes de procédé suivantes:exécution d'un enroulement (D-E) montant en spirale autour du cône d'enroulement inférieur (3) avec un enroulement (E-F) court en spirale consécutif autour de la partie inférieure du corps de broche (1),déplacement de la bobine de ruban (8) et du banc de broches (10) d'une trajectoire consécutive (F-G-H) installé en aval avec réduction de la rotation du ruban dans une zone intermédiaire (F-G) et une séparation de ruban consécutive dans une zone montante (G-H) du corps de broche (1).
