Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Formoberfläche eines Kastens ("W") für ein Cold-Box-Verfahren, mit den Schritten:
    Öffnen eines Formkastens ("W") für ein Cold-Box-Verfahren nach Verwendung, und Strahlen von Reinigungswasser auf die Formoberfläche bei einem hohen Druck von 10 MPa oder mehr, wobei das Reinigungswasser auf eine Temperatur von 70°C oder mehr erwärmt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei der geöffnete Formkasten (W1, W2) gekippt wird, wodurch das Verbleiben von Reinigungswasser auf der Formoberfläche verhindert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei das Reinigungswasser auf die Formoberfläche des geöffneten Formkastens (W1, W2) bei verschiedenen Strahlwinkeln gestrahlt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, das des weiteren den Schritt Strahlen von hochkomprimierter Luft auf die Formoberfläche des geöffneten Formkastens (W1, W2) nach dem Bestrahlen von Reinigungswasser enthält.
  5. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei das Reinigungswasser nach Reinigen der Formoberfläche des geöffneten Formkastens (W1, W2) zurückgeführt wird und zum Wiederverwenden für das Reinigungsverfahren gefiltert wird.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Formkastens ("W") für ein Cold-Box-Verfahren, mit:
    einer Haltereinheit (5) zum Haltern eines geöffneten Formkastens (W1, W2) nach Verwendung beim Cold-Box-Verfahren, wobei der Formkasten ("W") eine Formoberfläche umfasst;
    einer Reservoireinheit (13, 14) zum Speichern von Reinigungswasser;
    einer Heizeinheit (17) zum Heizen des Reinigungswassers, das in der Reservoireinheit (13, 14) gespeichert ist;
    einer Druckerzeugungseinheit (16), um das Reinigungswasser mit Druck zu beaufschlagen, das in der Reservoireinheit (13, 14) gespeichert ist;
    einer Strahleinheit (9) zum Strahlen des Reinigungswassers auf die Formoberfläche des Formkastens ("W"), der in der Haltereinheit (5) gehaltert ist, wobei das Reinigungswasser auf eine Temperatur von 70°C oder mehr erwärmt wird und auf einen hohen Druck von 10 MPa oder mehr gebracht wird, wobei die Strahleinheit (9) mit der Reservoireinheit (13, 14) verbunden ist;
    einer Zirkulierungseinheit (11, 12, 15) zum Sammeln des Reinigungswassers nach dem Strahlvorgang und Zirkulieren des Reinigungswassers zu der Reservoireinheit (13, 14); und
    einer Filtereinheit (13a) zum Filtern des Reinigungswassers nach dem Strahlvorgang.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, wobei die Strahleinheit (9) von einer Decke herunter gehaltert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, wobei die Strahleinheit (9) das Reinigungswasser bei verschiedenen Strahlwinkeln strahlt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, die ferner eine Einheit (9d) zum Strahlen von hochverdichteter Luft auf die Formoberfläche des geöffneten Formkastens (W1, W2) nach dem Daraufstrahlen des Reinigungswassers hat.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, wobei die Haltereinheit (5) den geöffneten Formkasten (W1, W6) auf eine gekippte Weise haltert.
