Dreht man in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen am Handgriff 14 im Uhrzeigersinn, wird diese Drehbewegung über das Eindrehteil 10 und das Einschraubteil 30 an die zugehörige einzudrehende Schraube (nicht dargestellt) weitergegeben. Nach mehreren Umdrehungen abhängig von der Größe der Schraube und ihrem Gewinde ist diese dann angezogen und soll nun mit einem definierten Drehmomentgrenzwert festgelegt werden. Hierzu wird weiter von Hand am Handgriff 14 gedreht. Bis dahin liegt die Kalotte 36 und mithin das Halteteil 18 bündig an der Flachseite des Vierkantteils 34 am Eindrehteil 10 an. Wird nun der einstellbare Drehmomentgrenzwert erreicht, beispielsweise 5 Nm, wird die Druckfeder 22 als Kraftspeicher 16 ein Stück weit zusammengedrückt und über die runden Übergänge zwischen den einzelnen flachen Vierkantflächen des Vierkantteils 34 rutscht das Eindrehteil 10 in der Aufnahmebohrung 44 gehalten weiter und ein größeres Drehmoment kann über den Handgriff 14 und das Eindrehteil 10 mithin nicht an die festzustellende Schraube weitergegeben werden. Die axiale Lage des Eindrehteils 10 im Handgriff 14 bleibt hiervon unberührt.
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum handbetätigten Eindrehen und Anziehen von Befestigungsmitteln, insbesondere in Form von Schrauben, über ein Eindrehteil (10) mit einer Drehmomentbegrenzungseinrichtung (12), die integrierter Bestandteil eines Handgriffs (14) ist, in dem das Eindrehteil (10) gegen deren Haltekraft bewegbar geführt und mit Überschreiten eines vorgebbaren Drehmomentes für eine Drehbewegung freigegeben ist, und die ein durch einen die Haltekraft aufbringbaren Kraftspeicher (16) in Anlage mit dem Eindrehteil (10) gehaltenes Halteteil (18) aufweist, die über ein im Handgriff (14) geführtes Einstellte vorgebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellteil mit einer nach außen hin sichtbaren Einstellmarkierung (24) versehen ist, die mit einer Einstellskala (26) am Handgriff (14) zusammenwirkt, die die vorgebbaren Drehmomente betrifft, und daß das jeweilige Eindrehteil gegen andere Eindrehteile in axialer Richtung austauschbar ist, indem die Drehmomentbegrenzungseinrichtung (12) das jeweilige Eindrehteil (10) über sein Halteteil (18) kraftschlüssig in seiner axialen Position innerhalb des Handgriffs (14) hält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellteil eine Einstellschraube (20) ist, die die Federkraft einer als Kraftspeicher (16) dienenden Druckfeder (22) verändert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eindrehteil (10) aus einer Eindrehstange gebildet ist, die an ihrem freien Ende das Einschraubteil (30) aufweist und an ihrem anderen Ende (32) drehbar im Handgriff (14) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende (32) des Eindrehteils (10) als Mehrkantteil, insbesondere Vierkantteil (34), ausgebildet ist, das in Anlage mit einer stirnseitig am Halteteil (18) angeordneten Kalotte (36) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (14) zwei Handgriffteile (38) aufweist, die sich flankenartig vom Eindrehteil (10) nach außen hin erstrecken, und daß in mindestens einem Handgriffteil (38) mit einer Wirkrichtung quer zur Längsachse des Eindrehteils (10) die Drehmomentbegrenzungseinrichtung (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (14) zwischen den Handgriffteilen (38) eine Verlängerung für die Aufnahme des Eindrehteils (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (14) ballig ausgebildet ist und auf seiner dem Einschraubteil (30) zugewandten Seite abgestufte Anlageflächen für den Angriff von Fingern einer Bedienperson aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellteil, insbesondere in Form der Einstellschraube (22), mit einer Selbsthemmung, insbesondere in Form eines selbsthemmenden Gewindes (40), im Handgriff (14) drehbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit der Drehmomentbegrenzungseinrichtung (12) einstellbaren Drehmomente unter 10 Nm, insbesondere zwischen 5 bis 6,5 Nm liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zum Eindrehen und drehmomentbegrenzten Anziehen von Festegesch rauben bei Werkzeugwechselsystemen und deren Spanneinrichtungen dient.
