Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Auflage für eine Matratze, insbesondere für einen Schaumstoffkern.
Überzüge von Schaumstoffkernen sind bekannt, die aus Jersey oder Leinen oder Möbelstoffen bestehen. In vielen Fällen ist es möglich, diese Überzüge von dem Schaumstoffkern abzuziehen. Die Schaumstoffkerne können eine Auflage erhalten, die in zweckmäßiger Weise atmungsaktiv ist. Solche Auflagen können unterhalb eines Überzuges eingelegt werden oder eine separate, gegebenenfalls auch als Zubehör nachträglich zu erwerbende Liegeunterlage bilden.
Ferner ist die heilende Wirkung von Kräutern bekannt. So werden Geruchskissen verwendet, um im Wege der Atmung flüchtige Wirkstoffe der Kräuter zu übertragen und dadurch das Wohlbefinden des Menschen zu verbessern.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, die Wirkung der Kräuter in verstärktem Umfang zu nutzen. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Auflage geschnittene und getrocknete Kräuter wie beispielsweise Eukalyptus, Wurmfarn, Heublumen, Lavendel, Arnika, Kamille, Schafgarbe und bzw. od. dgl. in einer Menge von vorzugsweise 400 bis 500 g/m2 zwischen zwei Lagen aus Faservliesstoff umfaßt. Heilkräuter können gezielt auf eine besondere Wirkung oder auf eine Breitbandwirkung in die Auflage eingebaut werden. Die Auflage kann Teil eines Überzuges sein, oder aber auch nachträglich, allenfalls bedarfsweise unterlegt werden. Es ist zweckmäßig, wenn die beiden Lagen aus Faservliesstoff durch eine Zonenabsteppung, beispielsweise durch parallele Steppnähte verbunden sind. Damit bleibt die gleichmäßige Verteilung über die gesamte Liegefläche oder über gezielte Bereiche der Liegefläche (z.B. den Schulterbereich) dauerhaft erhalten. Ergänzend oder alternativ zu einer Absteppung können die geschnittenen, getrockneten und im Zwischenraum zwischen den Faservliesstofflagen vorgesehenen Kräuter mindestens teilweise in den Faservliesstoff durch Einnadeln unverrückbar eingearbeitet sein. Damit wird eine innige Verbindung zwischen der Umhüllung und der Kräuterfüllung zumindest im Randbereich erreicht. Erhöhte Atmungsakativität bei guter Lagefixierung der Füllung ergibt sich durch einen einhüllenden Faservliesstoff, der aus etwa 50% Schafwolle und etwa 50% Zellwolle besteht. Insbesondere auf der von dem Schaumstoffkern abgewandten Seite ist es zweckmäßig, auf dem Faservliesstoff zumindest einseitig eine Lage aus lockerem Wollvlies unter einer Decklage aus Leinen vorzusehen. Dieser Lagenverbund kann in einem Bezug aus Baumwolle, insbesondere aus Baumwoll-Jersey, angeordnet sein. Dabei kann der gesamte Lagenverbund, gegebenenfalls einschließlich des Bezuges eine Zonenabsteppung aufweisen.
Wenn ein Bezug einen Schaumstoffkern einer Matratze im wesentlichen umspannt, dann sieht eine konkrete Ausführungsform die Kräutereinlage einschließlich des diese einschließenden Faservliesstoffes nur im Liegebereich der Matratze vor.
Der Matratzenkern wird aus offenporigem Kunststoffschaum mit kleinen Poren hergestellt. Dabei erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, wenn die Matratze, insbesondere der Schaumstoffkern, im Nacken- und Schulterbereich an beiden Enden, vorzugsweise an der Ober- und Unterseite, von der Oberfläche ausgehende parallele Einschnitte in Querrichtung des Schaumstoffkernes aufweist, die gegen das Innere des Schaumstoffkernes in einen Hohlraum, z.B. mit birnenförmigem Querschnitt, übergehen, wobei die Tiefe jedes Einschnittes mit Hohlraum, vorzugsweise zwischen 10% und 40% der Gesamthöhe des Schaumstoffkernes liegt. Diese Ausbildung ermöglicht nicht nur ein Zusammenrollen des Schaumstoffkernes auf eine Rolle mit sehr kleinem Durchmesser, sondern es ergibt sich im Zusammenwirken mit der Auflage ein besonders hoher Liegekomfort und ein Verstärkungseffekt für die Wirkung der Kräuter. Die Formgebung der Einschnitte ist derart, daß bei jeder Bewegung Luft angesaugt bzw. ausgepreßt wird. Diese Luft wird durch die Kräuterauflage durchgedrückt und nimmt die heilwirksamen flüchtigen Substanzen mit. Sie entfalten über die Atmung, teilweise auch über die Haut des Menschen ihre Wirkung. Hier sind in erster Linie Allergien, Durchblutungsstörungen, Schlafstörungen, Rheumatismus und Erkrankungen des Bewegungsapparates zu nennen, die durch die Heilkräutertherapie günstig beeinflußt werden können. Das Zusammenwirken von Schaumkern und Auflage ist dann besonders ausgeprägt, wenn die Einschnitte in einem Abstand zueinander vorgesehen sind, der kleiner als die Höhe des Schaumstoffkernes ist und wenn die Tiefe der Einschnitte einschließlich der Hohlräume vom Ende des Schaumstoffkernes bis zur Mitte jedes Nacken- und Schulterbereiches des Schaumstoffkernes zunimmt und sodann wieder abnimmt. Auf diese Weise wird die Druckpunktelastizität der Matratze im Punktlastbereich (Zonen besonders hoher Drucklast auf die Matratze) wesentlich verbessert.
Um dort, wo die Luftströmung aus dem Schaumstoffkern besonders groß ist, nämlich nächst der Schlitze bzw. der etwa birnenförmigen Ausnehmungen, einen hohen Wirkstoffanteil aus den Kräutern zu entnehmen, entsprechen die Abstände der parallelen Einschnitte im Schaumstoffkern den Abständen der parallelen Zonensteppung oder sind ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches. In diesem Sinn ist es sehr zweckmäßig, wenn der Schaumstoffkern im Bereich der Liegefläche eine Vertiefung, etwa im Ausmaß der Kräuterauflage aufweist und wenn die parallelen Steppnähte der Kräutereinlage zwischen den Einschnitten des Schaumstoffkernes liegen. Es liegt dann die große Befüllungsstärke genau über den Luftaustrittseinschnitten der Schaumstoffmatratze.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Auflage auf einer Matratze mit einem Schaumstoffkern ist in der Zeichnung im Längsschnitt schematisch dargestellt.
Eine Auflage für eine Matratze, insbesondere für einen Schaumstoffkern 1 umfaßt geschnittene und getrocknete Kräuter 2, wie Eukalyptus, Wurmfarn, Heublumen, Lavendel, Arnika, Kamille, Schafgarbe und bzw. od. dgl. zwischen zwei Lagen aus Faservliesstoff 3, 4. Durch Steppnähte 5 wird die Füllung positioniert und unverschiebbar festgehalten. Damit ist es auch möglich, unterschiedliche Kräuter in unterschiedlichen Zonen (Schulterbereich, Rückenbereich, Beckenbereich ...) einzusetzen. Es können Kräutermischungen mit einer Breitbandwirkung oder allenfalls konzentrierte Einzelsorten für ganz bestimmte Zwecke eingesetzt werden. Im allgemeinen wird man auch für den letzteren Anwendungsbereich Kräutermischungen einsetzen, um dadurch eine Muliplikationswirkung einerseits und eine allfällige Geruchskorrektur zu erhalten.
Die aus den beiden Lagen aus Faservlies 3, 4 mit den Kräutern 2 im Zwischenraum gebildete Regenerationseinlage ist beim Ausführungsbeispiel auf einer Seite mit Wollvlies 6 unter einer Decklage 7 aus Baumwolle oder Baumwoll-Jersey ausgestattet. Das Wollvlies 6 und die Decklage 7 könnten auch beiderseits der Kräuterlage 2 vorgesehen sein. Damit wird die Auflage zu einer selbständigen Ware im Bereich der Unterbetten.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Schaumstoffkern 1 von einem Kernschonbezug 8 umgeben. Im Nacken- und Schulterbereich des Schaumstoffkernes 1 sind an den beiden Enden und auf der Vorder- und Rückseite parallele Einschnitt 9 vorgesehen, die jeweils in einem Hohlraum 10 im Schaumstoffkern 1 übergehen. Die Hohlräume 10 haben etwa birnenförmigen Querschnitt und sie nehmen in ihrer Größe vom jeweiligen Ende des Schaumstoffkernes bis zur Mitte des Nacken- und Schulterbereiches zu und sodann wieder ab. Dadurch wird der Elastizitätsgrad im Nacken- und Schulterbereich speziell beeinflußt und es ergibt sich ein besonderer Effekt zusammen mit der Auflage, die die Kräuter 2 zwischen den Vliestofflagen 3, 4, das überlagerte Wollvlies 6 und den Bezug 7 umfaßt. Luft wird nämlich durch die Bewegung des offenporigen Schaumstoffkernes 1 angesaugt und insbesondere bei den Schlitzen 9 ausgestoßen. Die Luft durchdringt die Kräuterfüllung 2 und wird mit den flüchtigen Stoffen der Kräuter 2 beladen. Diese Stoffe werden somit in erhöhtem Maße freigesetzt. Die Schlitze 10 bzw. die "atmenden" Hohlräume 10 liegen unter dem Füllungsmaximum der Kräuter 2 jeweils zwischen zwei Steppnähten 5, um die größtmögliche aerodynamische Wirkung zu entfalten. Der Schaumstoffkern 1 weist ferner eine Vertiefung 11 im Ausmaß (Länge, Breite, Höhe) der Kräuterauflage zu deren Aufnahme auf.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Lagenverbund (die Regenerationseinlage) aus Kräutern 2, Vlies 3, 4, Wollvlies 6 und Decklage 7 unter einem Matratzenüberzug 12 eingebettet. Durch Steppnähte (nicht dargestellt) kann der Matratzenüberzug 12 mit der gesamten vorgenannten Regenerationseinlage auch vereinheitlicht werden. Ist ein Reißverschluß 13 vorgesehen, dann kann dieser Matratzenüberzug 12 von dem Schaumstoffkern 1 (mit Kernschonbezug 8) abgenommen werden. Schließlich ist es möglich, die Regenerationseinlage, z.B. mittels eines Klettenverschlusses entweder auf dem Kernschonbezug 8 oder innen im Matratzenüberzug 12 zu fixieren. Damit es möglich, die Regenerationseinlage bei Nachlassen der Wirkung oder im Falle eines speziellen Heilbedarfes zu wechseln.

Claims (12)

  1. Auflage für eine Matratze, insbesondere für einen Schaumstoffkern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage geschnittene und getrocknete Kräuter (2) wie beispielsweise Eukalyptus, Wurmfarn, Heublumen, Lavendel, Arnika, Kamille, Schafgarbe und bzw. od. dgl. in einer Menge von vorzugsweise 400 bis 500 g/m2 zwischen zwei Lagen aus Faservliesstoff (3, 4) umfaßt.
  2. Auflage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Lagen aus Faservliesstoff (3, 4) durch eine Zonenabsteppung, beispielsweise durch parallele Steppnähte (5) verbunden sind.
  3. Auflage nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die geschnittenen, getrockneten und im Zwischenraum zwischen den Faservliesstofflagen (3, 4) vorgesehenen Kräuter (2) mindestens teilweise in den Faservliesstoff (3, 4) durch Einnadeln unverrückbar eingearbeitet sind.
  4. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einhüllende Faservliesstoff (3, 4) aus etwa 50% Schafwolle und etwa 50% Zellwolle besteht.
  5. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest auf einer Lage von Faservliesstoff (3, 4) außen, eine Lage aus Wollflies (6) unter einer Decklage (7), z.B. aus Leinen, vorgesehen ist.
  6. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagenverbund mit den Kräutern (2) in einem die Decklage (7) umfassenden Überzug aus Baumwolle, insbesondere Baumwoll-Jersey vorgesehen ist und daß die gesamte Auflage eine Zonenabsteppung aufweist.
  7. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überzug als Matratzenüberzug (12) den Schaumstoffkern (1) der Matratze im wesentlichen umspannt, wobei zumindest die Kräutereinlage (2) einschließlich des sie einschließenden Faservliesstoffes (3, 4) nur im Liegebereich des Schaumstoffkernes (1) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matratze, insbesondere der Schaumstoffkern (1), im Nacken- und Schulterbereich an beiden Enden, vorzugsweise an der Ober- und Unterseite, von der Oberfläche ausgehende parallele Einschnitte (9) in Querrichtung des Schaumstoffkernes (1) aufweist, die gegen das Innere des Schaumstoffkernes (1) in einen Hohlraum (10), z.B. mit birnenförmigem Querschnitt, übergehen, wobei die Tiefe jedes Einschnittes (9) mit Hohlraum (10), vorzugsweise zwischen 10% und 40% der Gesamthöhe des Schaumstoffkernes (1) liegt.
  9. Auflage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (9) in einem Abstand zueinander vorgesehen sind, der kleiner als die Höhe des Schaumstoffkernes (1) ist und daß die Tiefe der Einschnitte (9) einschließlich der Hohlräume (10) vom Ende des Schaumstoffkernes (1) bis zur Mitte jedes Nacken- und Schulterbereiches des Schaumstoffkernes (1) zunimmt und sodann wieder abnimmt.
  10. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände der parallelen Einschnitte (9) im Schaumstoffkern (1) den Abständen der parallelen Zonensteppung (5) entspricht oder ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches ist.
  11. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaumstoffkern (1) im Bereich der Liegefläche eine Vertiefung (11), etwa im Ausmaß der Kräuterauflage aufweist.
  12. Auflage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallelen Steppnähte (5) der Kräutereinlage (2) zwischen den Einschnitten (9) des Schaumstoffkernes (1) liegen.
