Claims (4)
- Mehrgerüstiges dornloses Streckreduzierwalzwerk mit einer
Walzenkalibrierung für die aus jeweils drei Walzen bestehenden Walzensätze mit einer von der Kreisform abweichenden, die Formänderung im Querschnitt des Rohres berücksichtigenden und einem unrunden Rohraußendurchmesser entgegengewirkenden Kaliberform,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die letzten Kaliber (Fertigkaliber) des Streckreduzierwalzwerkes an den Umfangsstellen lokal vergrößert sind, an denen der ansonsten zu erwartende Rohrdurchmesser des einlaufenden Rohres vom Sollmaß nach unten abweicht und an den Umfangsstellen lokal verkleinert sind, an denen der ansonsten zu erwartende Rohrdurchmesser vom Sollmaß nach oben abweicht. - Mehrgerüstiges dornloses Streckreduzierwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Vergleichmäßigung des Rohrquerschnittes bei zwei oder mehrseitiger Ovalität des Rohres je eine lokal verkleinerte (vergrößerte) Umfangsstelle des Kalibers je einer Umfangsstellen des zu erwartenden vergrößerten (verkleinerten) Rohrdurchmessers gegenüberliegt. - Mehrgerüstiges dornloses Streckreduzierwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur ständigen Erfassung des lokalen Rohrdurchmessers eine manuelle oder automatische Meßeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, deren Daten einer Datenbank zuführbar und statistisch auswertbar sind. - Mehrgerüstiges dornloses Streckreduzierwalzwerk nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gemessenen Werte einer CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschine zur lokalen Vergrößerung oder Verkleinerung des theoretischen Endkalibers zugeführbar sind.
