Claims (9)
- Kettbaumgestell für übereinander angeordnete Kettbäume, mit einer oberen Lageranordnung (3, 24) zur Aufnahme eines Kettbaums, die zwei Endlager (4, 26) und mindestens ein Stützlager (5, 27) umfasst, das jeweils zwischen den Endlagern (4, 26) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützlager (5, 27) schwenkbar am Gestell angeordnet ist und eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, um das Stützlager zu schwenken oder zu verlagern, derart, dass ein Freiraum A vorhanden ist, um einen Artikelwechsel durchzuführen.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine untere Lageranordnung (25) mit zwei Endlagern und einem Stützlager (27), die ortsfest angeordnet sind.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Umlenkbaum (29) am Stützlager (27) der oberen Lageranordnung (24) angeordnet und dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Webkette in Wirkkontakt zu kommen.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Träger (32), an welchem das Stützlager (27) befestigt ist und durch zwei Lagerschilde (30), an welche der Träger über Lenker (31) angelenkt ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Tragrohr (2) in den Seitenteilen (1) drehbar gelagert ist und dass die Endlager (4) der oberen Lageranordnung (3) an den Seitenteilen (1) und jedes Stützlager (5) an dem Tragrohr angeordnet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zwei Träger (8), die an dem Tragrohr (2) angeordnet sind und ein Tragrohr (11), dass an den Trägern (8) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1 und 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen Umlenkbaum (9) und eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Spannen einer Webkette, die am Tragrohr (11) angeordnet sind und durch mindestens eine Einstellanordnung (12), die einerseits an einer Nabe (6) und andererseits an das Tragrohr (11) angelenkt ist, um den Umlenkbaum (9) und die Vorrichtung (10) zum Spannen der Webkette einzustellen.
- Gestell nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Anordnung (14) zum Abstützen des Stützlagers (5) der Lageranordnung (3).
- Webmaschine mit einem Kettbaumgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kettbaumgestell direkt an das Maschinengestell der Webmaschine oder mit einem die Webmaschine aufnehmenden Gestell verbunden ist.
