Claims (10)
- Webmaschine, insbesondere Breitwebmaschinen, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination einer Projektilwebmaschine (6), welche einen Schaftantrieb, eine Mehrzahl von Webschäften (7), eine Schusseintragvorrichtung und eine Weblade (8) aufweist mit einem Gestell (1), in welches die Projektilwebmaschine (6) einsetzbar ist, und welches mit weiteren Funktionsgruppen und Funktionselementen einer Projektilwebmaschine versehen ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (1) gegenüber der Projektilwebmaschine (6) Übergrösse aufweist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Webschäfte (7) mit eingezogenen Kettfäden als Paket ein- und ausbaubar sind.
- Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (1) mindestens einen oberhalb, sich über der Webbreite erstreckenden Längsträger (20) aufweist, der gegenüber den Webschäften in Warenabzugrichtung gesehen derart versetzt angeordnet ist, um für den Ein- und Ausbau der Webschäfte als Paket einen Freiraum offen zu halten.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Längsträger (20) mindestens eine Webschaftführung (11) am Kalter (21) höhenverstellbar und/oder verschwenkbar (unter Freilassung des Ausbauarmes der Webschäfte) angeordnet ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang am Längsträger (20) ein Gewebe-Niederhalter (12) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (2) zum Spannen einer Webkette, welche dem Gestell (1) zugeordnet ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kettfadenwächtereinheit (9), die dem Gestell (1) oder der Webmaschine (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell (1) und das Kettbaumgestell (13) im Bodenbereich und/oder auf der Höhenlage der oberen Kettbaumachse zur Aufnahme von Querkräften mindestens an den seitlichen Stützen miteinander verbunden sind.
- Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Warenaufwickeleinheit (10), welche dem Gestell (1) zugeordnet ist.
