Description

The invention relates to a warp beam frame according to the Preamble of claim 1.

The well-known wide weaving machines from about 4 m weaving width are usually with at least two warp beams provided, which are arranged one behind the other. Each of these warp beams can consist of two or more Put together warp beams, which e.g. to a Axle tube are pushed on. It turns out to be disadvantageous for those arranged one behind the other in the warp direction Warp beams the associated considerable space requirements.

Furthermore, in such wide weaving machines Shaft guide and / or a shaft drive above the Heald frames arranged. Especially in the superstructure arranged shaft drive proves to be disruptive for an article change because the heald frames are not considered Complete shaft package with the retracted chain can be lifted out or used so that the Heald frames replaced individually and the warp threads must be drawn in directly on the weaving machine.

For an item change on wide weaving machines depending on the width of the weave, extremely long downtimes spanning several weeks.

The invention as characterized in the claims the task is solved by a warp beam frame for to create superposed warp beams, the one enables fast article changes.

The advantages that can be achieved with the invention are included therein see that the space requirement is significantly reduced and an article change can be carried out easily and quickly.
