Claims (17)

  1. Solution aqueuse de phosphate pour la formation de couches de phosphate sur des surfaces métalliques en fer, en acier, en zinc, en alliages de zinc, en aluminium ou en alliages d'aluminium, contenant du zinc, du phosphate ainsi que de la nitroguanidine en tant qu'accélérateur, caractérisée parle fait que la solution contient de 0,3 à 5 g/l de Zn2- et de 0,1 à 3 g/l de nitroguanidine, a une valeur S comprise entre 0,03 et 0,3 et un rapport en poids Zn/P2O5 compris entre 1/5 et 1/30, la valeur S indiquant le rapport de l'acide libre, calculé comme P2O5, à la quantité totale de P2O5, la solution formant des couches de phosphate à base de cristaux fins dans lesquelles les cristallites ont une longueur d'arrête maximale inférieure à 15 µm.
  2. Solution aqueuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la solution contient de 0,3 à 3 g/l de Zn2+.
  3. Solution aqueuse selon la revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée par le fait que la solution contient de 0,5 à 20 g/l de NO3 -.
  4. Solution aqueuse selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que la solution contient de 0,01 à 3 g/l de Mn2+ et/ou de 0,01 à 3 g/l de Ni2+ et/ou de 1 à 100 mg/l de Cu2+ et/ou de 10 à 300 mg/l de Co2+.
  5. Solution aqueuse selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que la solution contient de 0,01 à 3 g/l de F- et/ou de 0,05 à 3,5 g/l d'au moins un fluorure complexe.
  6. Solution aqueuse selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que la solution contient comme fluorure complexe du (SiF6)2- ou (BF4)-.
  7. Procédé de phosphatation, caractérisé par le fait que les surfaces métalliques sont nettoyées, sont traitées ensuite avec la solution aqueuse de phosphate selon les revendications 1 à 6 pendant une durée allant de 5 secondes à 10 minutes à une température comprise entre 15 et 70 °C, puis sont rincées à l'eau.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le traitement des surfaces métalliques avec la solution de phosphatation se fait par pulvérisation, immersion, pulvérisation-immersion ou transfert à partir d'un cylindre.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que la solution de phosphatation utilisée pour la pulvérisation présente un rapport en poids Zn/P2O5 compris entre 1/10 et 1/30.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que la solution de phosphatation utilisée pour l'immersion présente un rapport en poids Zn/P2O5 compris entre 1/5 et 1/18.
  11. Procédé selon les revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'on traite les surfaces métalliques, après les avoir nettoyées, avec un agent d'activation à base de phosphate contenant du titane.
  12. Procédé selon les revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'on soumet les surfaces métalliques, après l'étape de rinçage qui suit la phosphatation, à un traitement avec un agent de passivation.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la nitroguanidine est introduite dans la solution aqueuse sous forme d'une suspension aqueuse stable.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que la suspension aqueuse stable contient des phyllosilicates en tant qu'agent de stabilisation.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que l'on utilise comme agent de stabilisation les phyllosilicates [Mg(Si7,4Al0,6)O20(OH)4]Na0,6xXH2O et [Mg(Si5,4 Li0,6)Si8O20(OH3F)4]Na0,6x XH2O en une quantité comprise entre 10 et 30 g/l de suspension de nitroguanidine.
  16. Utilisation de la solution aqueuse de phosphate selon les revendications 1 à 6 et du procédé de phosphatation selon les revendications 7 à 15 pour le traitement de pièces avant vernissage.
  17. Utilisation selon la revendication 16 pour le traitement de pièces avant vernissage par électroimmersion.
