Claims (19)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für Papierstreifenrolle ohne Wickelhülse, bei welcher die Rolle (11) auf eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische, drehfeste Tragstange (14) montiert ist und das Material durch Abwickeln der Rolle, welche um die Achse (A1) der Stange (14) dreht, abgegeben wird, wobei die Tragstange (14) Mittel zum Blockieren (46, 48) der Rolle (11D) in der axialen Richtung aufweist, und Mittel trägt, welche das Bremsen der Rolle bei ihrem Abwickeln gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (14) mit wenigstens einer radialen Auswölbung (36) versehen ist, die im Innern der Rolle aufgenommen ist, auf welcher die Rolle reibt um bei ihrem Abwickeln gebremst zu werden.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die radiale Auswölbung (36) axial in einer Länge erstreckt, die kleiner ist als die axiale Abmessung der Rolle (11).
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Auswölbung (36) axial im Wesentlichen in der Mitte der Rolle angeordnet ist, wenn sich diese in Abwickelposition (11D) auf der Tragstange (14) befindet.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsänderung der Tragstange (14) an der radialen Auswölbung (36) kontinuierlich ist.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Auswölbung (36) in einem Winkel von weniger als 180° um die Achse (A1) verläuft.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Auswölbung (36) auf der Tragstange (14) in einer Winkelrichtung angeordnet ist, die der allgemeinen Richtung in welcher der Materialstreifen abgegeben wird, im Wesentlichen gegenüberliegt.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle durch Bremsmittel gegen eine Querfläche (50) zur axialen Blockierung axial geklemmt wird.
  8. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsmittel eine Stützkufe (52) aufweisen, die in der Abgabevorrichtung drehfest und axial verschiebbar ist, und dass die Stützkufe durch elastische Mittel (64) gegen eine Querseite (54) der Rolle gedrückt wird.
  9. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkufe (52) in Bezug auf die Stange radial verläuft und so mit der Querseite der Rolle auf der gesamten Länge eines Rollenradius zusammenwirkt.
  10. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkufe (52) mit der Querseite der Rolle auf der gesamten Länge eines Rollendurchmessers zusammenwirkt.
  11. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkufe in Bezug auf die Stange drehfest ist.
  12. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkufe in Form einer Platte gefertigt ist, die längs des Rollendurchmessers verlängert und entlang der Tragstange verschiebbar ist, und dass die Platte an jedem ihrer Enden eine Führungsklammer (58) aufweist, die axial verläuft und in einem Langloch aufgenommen ist, das in einer Führungsplatte (62) angeordnet ist, die in der Abgabevorrichtung quer verläuft und befestigt ist.
  13. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsplatte an der Tragstange befestigt ist.
  14. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Feder (64) zwischen der Führungsplatte und der Bremskufe angeordnet ist um die letztere zur axialen Anlage gegen die Rolle zu bringen.
  15. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Blockieren der Rolle in der axialen Richtung einen kegelstumpfförmigen Höcker (48) mit der gleichen Achse (A1) wie die Tragstange (14) umfassen, dessen Basis (50) eine Querfläche zur axialen Blockierung der Rolle in einer Richtung formt, und dessen konische Fläche erleichtert, dass die Rolle durch deren axiales Verschieben auf der Stange (14) in ihre Abwickelposition gebracht wird.
  16. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 in Kombination mit einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle durch die Bremsmittel axial gegen die Basis (50) des kegelstumpfförmigen Höckers (48) geklemmt wird.
  17. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstange (14) ein Ende (22, 42) in T-Form aufweist, das in eine zugehörige Rinne (28) der Abgabevorrichtung (10) eingefügt werden soll, um die lösbare Befestigung der Stange (14) in der Abgabevorrichtung (10) zu gewährleisten und die Rotation der Stange (14) um ihre Achse (A1) zu blockieren.
  18. Abgabevorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Tragstange in T-Form in Form eines auf die Stange (14) gesetzten unabhängigen Stücks (42) gefertigt ist.
  19. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18 in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Blockieren der Rolle (11D) in der axialen Richtung eine Querscheibe (46) umfassen, die zwischen dem Ende in T-Form (22, 42) und der Stange (14) angeordnet ist.
