Claims (11)

  1. Einzelblattspender (10) mit zentralem Innenabzug von einer Papierrolle (20) ohne zentralen Dorn, bestehend aus mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Blättern, die eine aufgerollte Bahn (22) bilden, wobei ein freies Ende (24) von der Mitte der Bahn aus nach außen verläuft, mit:
    einem Spendergehäuse (30), das einen ersten, feststehenden Teil (32) und einen zweiten, beweglichen Teil (38) besitzt, der gegenüber dem feststehenden Teil zwischen einer offenen Nachladeposition des Spenders und einer geschlossenen Position, in der es mit dem ersten Teil (30) eine obere Aufnahme zur Lagerung oder Aufbewahrung der Rolle in vertikaler Position begrenzt, gelenkig angebracht ist;
    einer unteren Platte (18), die von dem feststehenden Teil (30) des Gehäuses getragen wird, und in vertikaler Richtung ein axiales, unteres Ende der Rolle aufnimmt, und eine Durchgangsöffnung (52) für die Bahn bzw. das Band (22, 24) besitzt;
    einem feststehenden Stutzen (14), der unter der Tragplatte angeordnet ist, und eine allgemein kegelstumpfförmige, nach unten konvergierende Durchgangsöffnung (62) begrenzt, dessen obere Eintrittsöffnung (70) sich im wesentlichen in der Verlängerung des Lochs bzw. der Öffnung (52) der Tragplatte befindet, um das Band (22, 24) in Richtung seiner unteren Austrittsöffnung (72) mit kleinerem Durchmesser zu führen, und der einen Ausschnitt (80) in Form eines Spaltes mit allgemein vertikaler Ausrichtung besitzt, der zwischen der oberen Eintrittsöffnung (70) und der unteren Austrittsöffnung (72) verläuft, und das Einführen des freien Endes (24) der Rollenpapierbahn in die Durchgangsöffnung (62) des Stutzens (14) erleichtert;
    wobei die Breite (L1) des Ausschnittes (80) in der Nähe der oberen Öffnung (70) deutlich größer ist als seine Breite (L2) im rechten Winkel zu der unteren Austrittsöffnung (72), in die sie vertikal nach unten einmündet, so dass das freie Ende (24) der Bahn (22) durch den Ausschnitt (80) vertikal von unten nach oben und anschließend radial in Richtung der Achse (A1) des Stutzens (14) eingeführt werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausschnitt (80) in einem Teil der Durchgangsöffnung gebildet wird, der in vertikaler Richtung an einer Rückwand (32) des feststehenden Gehäuseteils (12) angeordnet ist, mit der der Gehäuseteil an einer Wand oder an einer Halterung befestigt wird, so dass das Endstück des Bandes bzw. der Bahn, das vertikal durch den Stutzen (14) führt, im Einsatz bzw. beim Gebrauch mit einem nicht ausgeschnittenen Teil der Innenwand (64) der Durchgangsöffnung (62) zusammenwirkt.
  2. Spender nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen (14) ein Schließelement (16) am Ausschnitt (80) besitzt, das gegenüber dem Hauptteil des Stutzens (14) gelenkig angebracht ist, und zwar zwischen einer Gebrauchs- bzw. Benutzungsposition, in der der Ausschnitt (80) geschlossen ist, und in der die Durchgangsöffnung (62) von einer kontinuierlichen Innenwand begrenzt wird, und einer Nachladeposition, in der das Schließelement eingefahren ist, um den Ausschnitt (80) freizugeben, so dass das freie Ende (24) der Bahn bzw. des Bandes (22) eingeführt werden kann.
  3. Spender nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (16) am Ausschnitt (80) gegenüber dem Hauptteil des Stutzens (14) um einen oberen Gelenkzapfen (A3) herum; der vertikal im wesentlichen im rechten Winkel zur oberen Eintrittsöffnung (70) des Stutzens angeordnet ist, gelenkig montiert ist, und dass das Schließelement (16) am Ausschnitt (80) so montiert ist, dass es zwischen einer oberen Gebrauchs- bzw. Benutzungsposition und einer unteren Nachladeposition hin und her kippt.
  4. Spender nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkzapfen (A3) des Schließelementes (16) an dem Ausschnitt (80) gegenüber dem Randabschnitt der oberen Eintrittsöffnung des Durchlasses, an dem er sich befindet, radial nach außen versetzt ist, so dass das Schließelement am Ausschnitt aufgrund der Schwerkraft von seiner oberen Gebrauchs- bzw. Benutzungsposition in seine untere Nachladeposition kippt.
  5. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Elemente (106, 108, 114, 116) für eine automatische Verriegelung des Schließelementes (16) am Ausschnitt (80) in der Gebrauchs- bzw. Benutzungsposition besitzt.
  6. Spender nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente für eine automatische Verriegelung des Schließelementes (16) am Ausschnitt (80) eine elastisch verformbare Lasche für die automatische Verriegelung besitzen, welche eine Nase zum Einhängen (114) aufweist, die mit einer zusätzlichen Einkerbung (116, 118) der Tragplatte (18) der Rolle (20) zusammenwirkt.
  7. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente zur automatischen Verriegelung des Schließelementes (16) am Ausschnitt (80) einen Zapfen zur Verriegelung und Positionierung (106) besitzen, der am freien, unteren Ende des Schließelementes (16) am Ausschnitt (80) angeordnet ist, und in Gebrauchs- bzw. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste, feststehende Teil (30) des Gehäuses einen horizontalen, durchbohrten (36) Boden (34) besitzt, durch den der Stutzen (14) vertikal nach unten verläuft, um auf das Schließelement (16) am Ausschnitt (80) von außerhalb des Gehäuses zugreifen zu können, so dass es zwischen der Gebrauchs- bzw. Benutzungsposition und der Nachladeposition hin und her bewegt werden bzw. bedient werden kann.
  9. Spender nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptteil des Stutzens (14) unter der Unterseite (46) der Tragplatte (18) der Papierrolle (20) befestigt ist, so dass er eine Untereinheit darstellt, die sich durch die Außenperipherie der Tragplatte gegen einen Abschnitt gegenüber der Oberseite (48) des horizontalen Bodens (34) des ersten, feststehenden Teils (30) des Gehäuses vertikal nach unten abstützt.
