Claims (7)
- Rückhaltemechanismus mit einem Stutzen (10), der in einen Haltedorn (7) einer Materialspule (6) eingesetzt werden kann, mit einem zylindrischen Teil (10a), um in diesen Dorn einrasten zu können, sowie einem scheibenförmigen Teil (10b) gegen die Seite gegenüber dem Dorn, mit einem herausragenden Ansatzstück (10c), dieses herausragende Ansatzstück (10c) ist über seine Länge hinweg mit einer Führungs-und Halterille (10d) versehen, die eine Führung bildet, der Stutzen (10) arbeitet dabei mit einer Führungseinheit auf einem Halteflansch (3) der Materialspule (6) zusammen, gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) eines Wischmaterial- Verteilers und einer Trommel (5) einer entsprechenden Schneidvorrichtung, die Führungseinheit ist dabei auf der Innenseite des Flanschs (3) angeordnet, auf der Seite, die zur Aufnahme der Materialspule (6) vorgesehen ist, sowie der Trommel (5) der entsprechenden Schneidvorrichtung, die Führungseinheit weist ein abgeflachte, herausragende Form auf, die mit der Rille (10d) des Stutzens zusammenarbeitet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinheit (12) abgewinkelt ist und um eine Achse (18), bezogen auf den Halteflansch (3) der Materialspule (6) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) des Gerätes schwenkt,
und dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit (12) schwenkbar auf dieser Achse montiert ist, zwischen zwei hervorragenden Halteblöcken (13, 14), geformt mit dem Flansch (3), mit einem Versatz (d), bezogen auf die Seite gegenüber dem erwähnten Flansch (3), so dass sie zwei Positionen einnehmen kann, je nach dem, ob der Stutzen (10) vorhanden ist oder nicht,
und dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit (12) einen profilierten Schlitz (12a) aufweist, der einen Kanal bildet, zum Durchführen und Zurückhalten des erwähnten Stutzens, wobei dieser Schlitz einen vertikalen Teil aufweist, der durch einen horizontalen oder geneigten Teil verlängert wird,
und dadurch, dass die herausragende, abgeflachte Form (12b) auf einer Seite der Führungseinheit (12) vorgesehen ist, gegenüber dem erwähnten Schlitz und mit einer Breite, die genau der Breite der Rille (10d) entspricht, die auf dem Ansatzstück (10c) des Stutzen zur Durchführung und dem Zurückhalten des Stutzens geformt ist,
und dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit (12) in Form eines abgewinkelten Elementes zwischen den beiden Blöcken (13, 14) eingerichtet ist, die sichtbaren Seiten der beiden Blöcke (13, 14) bilden dabei Auflageflächen (13a, 14a),
und dadurch, dass in der Anfangsphase der Positionierung die Führungseinheit (12) sich in einer eingeschobenen Position befindet und ihre Unterseite die Flanschwand berührt,
und dadurch, dass die Einführung des Stutzens (10) mittels seines Ansatzstücks (10c) in der Führungseinheit (12) dazu führt, dass sein scheibenförmiges Teil in Kontakt mit den Seiten (13a, 14a) der beiden Blöcke (13, 14) kommt, die beiderseits der Führungseinheit angeordnet sind, die Verbindung und die Kupplung, die zwischen der hervorragenden Seite abgeflachter Form (12b) der Führungseinheit (12) und der Rille (10d) des Stutzens gebildet wurde, führt dabei zu einem Schwenken dieser Führungseinheit (12) bis zur Vertikalen, bis sich der Stutzen (10) in seiner unteren, tiefen Position befindet. - Rückhaltemechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil der Führungseinheit (12) eine schräge Fläche aufweist, auf der Außenseite bezogen auf den Flansch (3), während die Linie jenseits des herausragenden Teils (12b) auf der Innenseite bezogen auf den Flansch (3), horizontal ist.
- Rückhaltemechanismus mit einem Stutzen (10), der in einen Haltedorn (7) einer Materialspule (6) eingesetzt werden kann, mit einem zylindrischen Teil (10a), um in diesen Dorn einrasten zu können, sowie einem scheibenförmigen Teil (10b) gegen die Seite gegenüber dem Dorn, mit einem Ansatzstück (10c), das herausragt, dieses herausragende Ansatzstück (10c) ist über seine Länge hinweg mit einer Führungs-und Halterille (10d) versehen, die eine Führung bildet, der Stutzen (10) arbeitet dabei mit einer Führungseinheit auf einem Halteflansch (3) der Materialspule (6) zusammen, gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) eines Wischmaterial- Verteilers und einer Trommel (5) einer entsprechenden Schneidvorrichtung, die Führungseinheit ist dabei auf der Innenseite des Flanschs (3) angeordnet, auf der Seite, die zur Aufnahme der Materialspule (6) vorgesehen ist, sowie die Trommel (5) der entsprechenden Schneidvorrichtung, die Führungseinheit weist dabei eine abgeflachte, herausragende Form auf, die mit der Rille (10d) des Stutzens zusammenarbeitet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinheit (15) abgewinkelt ist und um eine Achse (15a, 15b), bezogen auf den Halteflansch (3) der Materialspule (6), gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) des Gerätes schwenkt,
dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit (15) bezogen auf den Flansch (3) abgewinkelt montiert ist, gegen zwei Winkel (16- 17), die an diesem Flansch befestigt oder daran angeformt sind, diese Winkel weisen Öffnungen (16a-17a) auf, die das Einrasten von zwei Fingern (15a-15b) ermöglichen, die auf dieser Führungseinheit (15) geformt und entgegengesetzt angeordnet sind.
und dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit (15) eine U- Form aufweist, mit einer Öffnungs- und Zugangszone (15c), nach oben ausgerichtet, zur Einführung des Ansatzstücks (10c) des Stutzens (10) und seinem Bodenteil (15d), das nach unten ausgerichtet ist, die Führungseinheit (15) ist abgewinkelt geneigt, die beiden Finger (15a-15b) sind dabei an den Außenkanten (15e-15f) dieser Führungseinheit angeordnet,
und dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit in ihrem medianen Teil einen Schlitz (15g) aufweist, in Verlängerung der Öffnungs- und Zugangszone (15c), die das Führen und Einführen des Stutzens (10) über sein Ansatzstück ermöglicht und somit das Einsetzen der Materialspule,
und dadurch, dass die Führungseinheit (15) mit Innenseiten (15h-15m) versehen ist, die eine abgeflachte, herausragende Form haben und den Schlitz (15g) begrenzen, diese Seiten bilden die Führung des Ansatzstücks (10c) und seiner Führungs- und Halterille (10d)
und dadurch, dass die Breite der unteren Innenseite (15h) so gewählt wurde, dass sie deutlich kleiner ist, als das Maß der Rille (10d), und die obere Innenseite (15m) eine geringere Breite, bezogen auf die Breite der unteren Innenseite (15h) hat. - Rückhaltemechanismus nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwinklung der Führungseinheit (15) bezogen auf den Flansch beim Einführen des Ansatzstücks (10c) des Stutzens, beim Einsetzen der Materialspule, gegen eine Zunge (15n) erfolgt, die mit der Führungseinheit (15) an ihrem festen Ende verbunden ist und eine elastische Auslenkkapazität aufweist, wenn sie auf der Innenseite gegenüber dem Flansch (3) zum Aufliegen kommt.
- Rückhaltemechanismus nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte Flansch (3) einen Ausschnitt (3a) aufweist, um die Durchführung des Endstücks der Führungseinheit (15) zu ermöglichen, wenn keine Beanspruchung vorliegt, das heißt, wenn keine Materialspule eingesetzt wird.
- Rückhaltemechanismus nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinheit (15) auf diese Art am Boden und beiderseits des Längsschlitzes, mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Aussparungen (15p-15s) versehen ist, die eine oben, auf der Außenseite der Führungseinheit (15) gegenüber dem Flansch, die zweite unten, auf der Innenseite der Führungseinheit (15) gegenüber einer Spule und dadurch, dass die Aussparungen (15p-15s) so vorgesehen sind, dass sie die Ausrichtung der Spule und ihres spezifischen verbundenen Stutzens in einer Winkelebene ermöglichen, mit dem die Halteebene des Ansatzstücks des Stutzens verlassen werden kann und so, durch Gleiten nach unten, es ermöglichen ihn mit dieser Spule herauszunehmen.
- Rückhaltemechanismus mit einem Stutzen (10), der in einen Haltedorn (7) einer Materialspule (6) eingesetzt werden kann, mit einem zylindrischen Teil (10a), um in diesen Dorn einrasten zu können, sowie einem scheibenförmigen Teil (10a)) gegen die Seite gegenüber dem Dorn, mit einem Ansatzstück (10c), das herausragt, dieses herausragende Ansatzstück (10c) ist über seine Länge hinweg mit einer Führungs- und Halterille (10d) versehen, die eine Führung bildet, der Stutzen (10) arbeitet dabei mit einer festen Führungseinheit auf einem Halteflansch (3) der Materialspule (6) zusammen, erstellt durch direkte Formung mit einem Halteflansch (3) der Materialspule (6), gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) eines Wischmaterial-Verteilers und einer Trommel (5) einer entsprechenden Schneidvorrichtung, die Führungseinheit ist dabei auf der Innenseite des Flanschs (3) angeordnet, auf der Seite, die zur Aufnahme der Materialspule (6) vorgesehen ist, sowie der Trommel (5) der entsprechenden Schneidvorrichtung, die Führungseinheit weist ein abgeflachte, herausragende Form auf, die mit der Rille (10d) des Stutzens zusammenarbeitet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinheit (11) eine Basis (11a) enthält, die sich auf einer Seite über einen vertikalen Streifen (11b) verlängert und dabei einen Profilschlitz (11c) definiert, der einen Kanal bildet, zur Durchführung und dem Zurückhalten des erwähnten Stutzens, dieser Schlitz (11c) hat die Form eines Bajonetts, mit einem vertikalen Teil und einem horizontalen oder deutlich geneigten Teil (11d),
und dadurch, dass eine Drosselzone (11e), gebildet zwischen dem vertikalen Streifen (11b) und einem Teil, der einen Schnabel bildet (11) im oberen Teil der Basis (11a) die Durchführung des Ansatzstückes (10c) des Stutzens erlaubt
und dadurch, dass der untere Teil der Basis, eine schräge Fläche aufweist, auf der Außenseite bezogen auf den Flansch (3), während die Linie jenseits des herausragenden Teils (12b) horizontal ist, auf der Innenseite bezogen auf den Flansch (3) und dadurch, dass die Breite der herausragenden, abgeflachten Form (11g) der Breite der Rille (10d) entspricht, die auf dem Ansatzstück (10c) des Stutzens zur Durchführung und zum Zurückhalten des Stutzes geformt ist.
