Claims (16)

  1. Papierspender zur Abgabe von Papier von einer Papiervorratsrolle, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (1) zur Aufnahme einer Rolle (2), dessen Begrenzungen von zwei Schalen (3,4) gebildet werden, die sich zum Einsetzen der Rolle mittels Drehung um eine Schwenkachse (5) öffnen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in jeder der beiden Schalen jeweils einen Spalt (15,16) aufweist, so daß sich in der Nähe der Schwenkachse ein Langloch (17) bildet, dessen Breite im Laufe der Drehung von mindestens einer der Schalen um die Schwenkachse durch das Dazwischentreten einer mit einer der beiden Schalen zu einem Stück verbundenen Verschlußklappe (18) variiert, und zwar zwischen einer Minimalbreite, wenn das Gehäuse geschlossen ist, und einer Maximalbreite, wenn es geöffnet ist.
  2. Papierspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit der Verschlußklappe (18) verbundene Schale (4) einen relativ zu der eine Basis bildenden zweiten der beiden Schalen um die Schwenkachse (5) beweglichen Deckel bildet.
  3. Papierspender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schalen (3,4) eine im wesentlichen etwa halbzylindrische Form aufweisen, und daß ein erster Längsrand (13) des ihnen jeweils zugehörigen Spaltes (15,16) durch eine erste Umfangserzeugende begrenzt wird, in deren Nähe die Schwenkachse vorgesehen ist.
  4. Papierspender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (5) mit der ersten Umfangserzeugenden der Basisschale (3) in etwa koaxial ist und eine Erzeugende aufweist, die einen zweiten Längsrand (21) des Spaltes der Deckelschale definiert.
  5. Papierspender nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe (18) von einer Zunge mit zur Schwenkachse hin konvex gekrümmtem Querschnitt gebildet wird, deren eine Seite (19) den Längsrand des Spaltes (16) des Deckels (4) bildet.
  6. Papierspender nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß eine zweite Seite der Verschlußklappe (18) die erste Backe einer speziellen Klemmvorrichtung bildet, die in der geschlossenern Stellung des Gehäuses mit einer flachen Leiste (13) zusammenwirkt, welche zur Außenseite der Basisschale (3) hin in einer Ebene vorspringt, die mit einer Tangentenebene zu der letzteren, welche deren erste Umfangserzeugende einschließt, einen rechten Winkel bildet, und die zweite Backe der Klemmvorrichtung bildet; dabei stutzt sich die erste Seite der Verschlußklappe in dieser Stellung auf die Innenseite eines zweiten Längsrandes (21) des Spaltes (16) in der Basisschale (3).
  7. Papierspender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste (13) mit der Seite (21) der Verschlußklappe (18) in solcher Weise zusammenwirkt, daß auf das zwischen den Schalen hindurchgeführte Papier ein leichter Druck ausgeübt wird, wenn das Gehäuse geschlossen ist.
  8. Papierspender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisschale (3) mindestens eine Feder (32) aufweist, welche mit einem Sitz (33) in der Deckelschale (4) in der Weise zusammenwirkt, daß die geschlossene und die geöffnete Stellung der Deckelschale (4) bevorzugt werden.
  9. Papierspender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (33) eine abgerundete Sperre (34) aufweist, die zwischen der geöffneten und der geschlossenen Stellung der Deckelschale (4) die Feder (32) spannt.
  10. Papierspender nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (33) aus zwei zueinander senkrechtstehenden Flachstücken (35) und aus einem Winkelstück (26) besteht, das auf der Innenseite der Deckelschale (4) angeordnet ist und parallel zu deren Seitenwänden (25) verläuft.
  11. Papierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (32) eine Blattfeder ist, die an jedem der beiden Seitenränder (11) der Basisschale (3) befestigt ist.
  12. Papierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Seite der Verschlußklappe (18) auf ihrer gesamten Länge gezahnt ist, und daß die flache Leiste (13) in ihrem mittleren Bereich eine Aussparung (24) aufweist, die zu ihrem im geschlossenen Zustand des Gehäuses das Papier nicht ergreifenden Rand hin offen ist.
  13. Papierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flache Leiste (13) der Basis (3) im geöffneten Zustand des Gehäuses für die Deckelschale (4) einen Anschlag bildet; und daß in dieser Stellung die andere Seite der Verschlußklappe (18) auf der äußeren Oberfläche des zweiten Längsrandes des Spaltes (15) der Basis zur Anlage kommt.
  14. Papierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Wandung der Basisschale (3) eine Ausbuchtung (7) aufweist, die einen Raum (8) zur Aufnahme von Köpfen (9) von Mitteln zur Befestigung (10) der Basis an einer Wand entstehen läßt.
  15. Papierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisschale (3) an ihren Seitenwänden in der Höhe ihrer ersten Umfangserzeugenden mindestens einen Zapfen (12) in der Höhe der Schwenkachse (5) aufweist, und daß die Deckelschale an der Innenseite ihrer Seitenwände einen besonderen Raum (33) zur Aufnahme des Zapfens (12) aufweist.
  16. Papierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalen (3,4) aus gegossenem Kunststoff bestehen.
