    and in that the guide (15) is U-shaped with an open and access zone (15c) directed upwards for the insertion of the appendage (10c) of the endpiece (10) and its closed portion (15d) directed downwards, the guide (15) being inclined at an angle, and the two pins (15a - 15b) being situated on the outer edges (15e - 15f) of the said guide,
    and in that the guide has a slot (15g) in its central portion continuing from the access and opening zone (15c) allowing the guiding and the insertion of the endpiece (10) by its appendage, and thus the installation of the reel of material,
    and in that the guide (15) is made with inside faces (15h - 15m) forming the protruding flat shape and delimiting the slot (15g), these faces constitute the guide path for the appendage (10c) and for its guiding and retention groove (10d),
    and in that the width of the lower inside face (15h) is such as to be substantially less than the dimension of the groove (10d), and the upper inside face (15m) is narrower than the lower inside face (15h).
  4. Holding mechanism according to Claim 3, characterized in that the pivoting of the guide (15) relative to the bracket, during insertion of the appendage (10c) of the endpiece, when the reel of material is being installed, occurs in opposition to the action of a tongue (15n) which is connected to the guide (15) at its fixed end, and is capable of elastic deflection into contact with the opposing inside face of the bracket (3).
  5. Holding mechanism according to Claim 4, characterized in that the said bracket (3) has a cutout (3a) to allow the passage of the end of the guide (15) in a stress-free situation, that is to say when there is no reel of material installed.
  6. Holding mechanism according to Claim 3, characterized in that the guide (15) is thus constructed in its closed portion and on each side of the longitudinal slot with two opposite recesses (15p - 15s), an upper recess (15p), on the outward side of the means (15) adjacent to the bracket, and a lower recess (15s), on the inward side of the means (15) adjacent to the reel,
    and in that the recesses (15p - 15s) are formed in such a way as to allow the reel and its associated specific endpiece to become oriented in an angular plane allowing escape from the plane of retention of the appendage of the endpiece, and thus allow it to escape with the said reel by sliding downwards.
  7. Holding mechanism comprising an endpiece (10) adapted for being integrated into a supporting core (7) for a reel of material (6) comprising a cylindrical part (10a) adapted to engage in the said core and a discoidal part (10b) against the opposing face of the core, having a protruding overhanging appendage (10c), the said appendage (10c) being provided along its length with a guiding and retention groove (10d) constituting a guide path, the endpiece (10) cooperating with a fixed guide (11) which is shaped directly by moulding with a bracket (3) supporting the reel of material (6) facing a housing (1) of a wiping material dispenser and a drum (5) of a corresponding cutting device, the guide being located on the inside of the bracket (3) on the side adapted to receive the reel of material (6) and the drum (5) of the corresponding cutting device, the guide having a protruding flat shape cooperating with the groove (10d) of the endpiece,
    characterized in that the guide (11) comprises a base (11a) which is continued on one side by a vertical leg (11b) defining a slot (11c) shaped as a channel for the passage and retention of the endpiece, said slot (11c) is of a bayonet design with a vertical part and a horizontal or appreciably inclined part (11d),
    and in that a neck zone (11e) formed between the vertical leg (11b) and a part forming a nose (11f) in the upper part of the base (11a) allows the appendage (10c) of the endpiece to pass through,
    and in that the lower part of the base has an oblique lip (11h) on the outward side relative to the bracket (3), while an horizontal line beyond the protruding part (11d-11g) on the inside relative to the bracket (3),
    and in that the width of the protruding flat shape (11g) corresponds to the width of the groove (10d) formed on the appendage (10c) of the endpiece for the passage and retention of the endpiece.
