La dite fente définit une zone de logement pour au moins une nervure formée dans une configuration complémentaire sur le couvercle en pénétrant lors de la fermeture du couvercle dans la dite fente. Le couvercle présente au moins une nervure s'adaptant dans la fente formée sur le volet et au moins une échancrure pour le passage de la bande de matériau. Au moins la nervure formée sur le couvercle a une configuration en goutte d'eau avec une hauteur progressive de sa naissance à l'intérieur du couvercle jusqu'à l'extrémité basse de ce dernier. La partie supérieure (5.7) est sensiblement courbée comme il apparaît aux figures 5 et 7. Cette forme particulière permet le guidage de la bande de matériau. Plus spécifiquement, la plaque de recouvrement comprend de part et d'autre une échancrure centrale (8.2) en relation avec l'échancrure (5.2) des nervures (8.3) et des fentes (8.4) pouvant s'interpénétrer dans les fentes (5.3) et les nervures (5.5) du dit volet. Les nervures (8.3) présentent également une forme en rampe avec une extrémité en arrondi (8.5) de manière similaire à la configuration (5.6) des rampes (5.5) formées sur le volet. Ainsi, comme représenté figure 7, les extrémités en arrondi des nervures respectives (5.6) et (8.5) formées sur le volet (5) et sur la plaque (8) sont en regard les unes des autres lorsque la plaque de recouvrement est relevée avec couvercle fermé. La plaque de recouvrement (8) présente une bordure supérieure (8.6) orientée vers l'intérieur côté volet, et sert au guidage de la bande de matériau (BM). Comme représenté figure 5, la plaque de recouvrement (8) est de grande hauteur en débordant sensiblement au-delà de l'extrémité de la partie supérieure du volet (5). La face intérieure de la bague reçoit une portée (15.3) formant excentrique décalée par rapport à l'axe central de la partie bague en laissant ainsi apparaître une zone libre (15.4) sur la face intérieure de la bague. Le bouton à excentrique est avantageusement cranté (15.5) avec des repères de réglage. Dans sa position initiale représentée figure 17, le bouton à excentrique (15) est disposé sur le doigt (16) en étant sensiblement au-dessus du ressort de rappel (14) associé à la barrette (13). Dans cette situation, le ressort précité ne subit aucune déformation. Lorsque l'opérateur désire modifier la position du sous-ensemble volet (5) plaque (6) par rapport à la plaque de recouvrement (8) pour tenir compte du grammage et de l'épaisseur de la bande de matériau, en ouvrant ou en réduisant l'espace de passage nécessaire à la distribution de la bande de matériau, l'opérateur va tourner d'une manière plus ou moins progressive et complète le bouton à excentrique. Claims (11)

  1. A device for dispensing a rolled or folded pre-cut wiping material comprising a housing (1) with an associated cover (2) closed by being raised upwards, a pivotally-assembled flap, said housing receiving a module (M) capable of being rapidly assembled and removed receiving the strip of pre-cut material, said module comprising a swivel system (4) articulated by bent levers (7), arranged on either side of the module on closing of the device and enabling to stretch the band and to guide it, with a damping function to avoid breaking the material, the cover being free of any functional shape capable of cooperating with the flap, characterized in that the cover is closed by being raised upwards, said module being provided with a transverse support plate (6) and a flap (5) pivotally assembled with respect to said module and to the support plate (6) by being arranged at the front thereof and opposite to the inner front surface of the cover to allow the passing of the strip of material, in that the module (M) receives at the front of the flap, in hinged fashion, a very high cover plate (8) shaped at its upper end with an inward-directed border (8.6) on the flap side capable of protruding from the upper end of said flap to enable to guide the strip of material between said flap and said cover plate, in that said flap (5) and the cover plate (8) are arranged complementarily on either side of central recesses (5.2) and (8.2), with one or several slot(s) and one or several rib(s) capable of penetrating into said slots on closing of the cover, and in that the flap (5) and the transverse support plate (6) are coupled to each other with a limiting pivoting capacity to enable the operator to access the inner volume comprised between the flap (5) and the cover plate (8).
  2. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that the flap (5) has in its upper portion a border (5.7) of curved configuration with ends (5.7.1) recessed on the inner side, said flap having on its outer apparent surface a dome shape (5.8) and, on either side thereof, shapes (5.9) of connection with the lateral edges of the flap, and in that the flap has one or several cutouts (5.10) (5.11) of oblong configuration allowing the passing of the operator's fingers.
  3. The dispenser device of any of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the flap has long slots (5.3) arranged perpendicularly from its lower edge (5.4), and in that, adjacent to said slots (5.3), are arranged ribs (5.5) having a ramp configuration with a rounded end shape adjacent to the lower edge (5.4), and in that a cover plate (8) complementarily comprises ribs (8.3) and slots (8.4) capable of interpenetrating in the slots (5.3) and the ribs (5.5) of said flap, and in that the ribs (8.3) have a ramp shape with a rounded end (8.5), and in that the respective rounded ends of the ribs formed on the flap and on the cover plate (5.6) and (8.5) are opposite to one another when the cover plate is raised on closing of the cover.
  4. The dispensing device of any of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the flap (5) has on either side of the central recess a slot (5.13) with the reception of complementary tooth-shaped elements (5.14) partially superposing in the space formed in said slots, and in that each tooth is attached to the upper portion of the flap, and in that the cover plate (8) has on its inner side, complementarily, two ribs (8.6) each formed in two parallel ramp-shaped portions with a rounded end to engage into the space formed in each of the slots and between the tooth in the corresponding space formed on the flap.
  5. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that the transverse support plate (6) assembled with the ability to pivot backwards in the module with the flap comprises in its lower portion swivel axes (6.1) penetrating into openings (M.2) formed on the flanges (M.1) of the module, and in that along one of its edges, the plate has a finger (6.2) formed between two cutout areas (6.3), said finger being capable of penetrating into a port formed on a plate (5.13) perpendicular to the internal surface of the flap (5).
  6. The dispensing device of claim 5, characterized in that it comprises an articulated bar (13) pivotally assembled with respect to the module flanges and in that the lower end of the bar comes into contact with the articulation finger (5.1) of the flap, and in that the other end (13.3) of the bar receives a tension spring having one end attached to a flange of the module.
  7. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that the module is arranged to receive the nearly depleted roll of material (B.1) and a roll (B.2) being arranged between the lateral flanges (M.1) of the module on tips (3) provided to receive it, and in that the rolls of material (B.1) and (B.2) are presented between the flap (5) and the cover plate (8) for a temporary alternated distribution of a format of strip of material originating from a first roll, and then from the second roll.
  8. The dispensing device of claims 1, 5, and 6, characterized in that it comprises a complementary device for adjusting the pressure exerted between the flap (5) and the cover plate (8) according to the quality of the strip of material and to its thickness.
  9. The dispensing device of claim 8, characterized in that the plate (5.13) formed on the flap forms at its end the attachment base (5.15) of a finger (16) of great length crossing the flange (M.1) of the module, said finger receiving an eccentric button (15) capable of cooperating or not with the tension spring (14) to bring the sub-assembly formed by the transverse support plate (6) and the flap (5) closer to or to draw it away from the cover plate (8), and in that the flange of the module is provided with an oblong port enabling said finger to pivot.
  10. The dispensing device of claim 9, characterized in that the eccentric button comprises a circular ring portion (15.1) having a bore (15.2) in its middle for assembling and fastening said finger, and in that the inner surface of the ring (15.3) forming an eccentric is offset with respect to the central axis of the ring portion, thus exposing a free area (15.4) on the inner surface of the ring, and in that the eccentric button has adjustment marks.
  11. The dispensing device of claim 1, characterized in that the cover plate (8) pushed by the cover (2) as it closes bears against the bearing sides of the ends of the levers (7) thus raising or lowering the swivel mechanism.
