Claims (11)

  1. Spender für zugeschnittenes in Rollen aufgerolltes Abwischmaterial, umfassend ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem zugeordneten, von oben angehobenen Deckel (2), einer schwenkbar montierten Klappe, wobei das genannte Gehäuse ein Modul (M) in rascher Montage und Demontage aufnimmt, die das Band aus zugeschnittenem Material aufnimmt, wobei das Modul ein Kippsystem (4) umfasst, das beim Verschließen des Geräts durch gewinkelte Hebel (7) artikuliert ist, die auf jeder Seite der Seiten des Moduls angeordnet sind und das Unter-Spannung-Setzen des Bandes, seine Führung und mit einer Dämpferfunktion zulassen, um den Bruch des Materials zu verhindern, wobei der Deckel frei von jeglicher funktionalen Form ist, die geeignet ist, mit der Klappe zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel per Erhöhung nach oben geschlossen ist, wobei das genannte Modul mit einer transversalen Trägerplatte (6) und einer Klappe (5) angeordnet ist, die schwenkbar im Verhältnis zu dem genannten Modul und zur Trägerplatte (6) montiert ist und dabei vor dieser und gegenüber der internen, frontalen Seite des Deckels angeordnet ist, um den Durchgang des Bandes aus Material zu erlauben, dass das Modul (M) an der Vorderseite der Klappe und an der Artikulation eine Abdeckplatte (8) mit großer profilierter Höhe an ihrem oberen Ende mit einem Rand (8.6) aufnimmt, der nach innen auf der Klappenseite ausgerichtet ist, die geeignet ist, im Verhältnis zum oberen Ende der genannten Klappe überzustehen, um die Führung des Bandes aus Material zwischen der genannten Klappe und der genannten Abdeckplatte zu erlauben, dass die genannte Klappe (5) und die Abdeckplatte (8) komplementär auf jeder Seite von zentralen Aussparungen (5.2) und (8.2) angeordnet sind, wobei einer oder mehrere der Schlitze und eine oder mehrere der Rippen geeignet ist / sind, beim Verschließen des Deckels in die genannten Schlitze einzudringen, und dass die Klappe (5) und die transversale Trägerklappe (6) aneinander mit einer begrenzten Schwenkkapazität gekoppelt sind, um den Zugang durch den Operator zu dem zwischen der Klappe (5) und der Abdeckplatte (8) inbegriffenen Volumen zu erlauben.
  2. Spender gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (5) in ihrem oberen Teil einen Rand (5.7) mit krummliniger Konfiguration mit auf der internen Seite zurückgezogenen Enden (5.7.1) aufweist, wobei die genannte Klappe auf ihrer sichtbaren, äußeren Seite eine gewölbte Form (5.8) und auf jeder Seite derselben Anschlussformen (5.9) mit lateralen Kanten der Klappe aufweist, und dass die Klappe einen oder mehrere Ausschnitt(e) (5.10) (5.11) mit länglicher Konfiguration aufweist, die den Durchgang der Finger des Operators zulassen.
  3. Spender gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe Schlitze (5.3) mit großer Länge aufweist, die senkrecht ausgehend von ihrem unteren Rand (5.4) angeordnet sind, und dass anliegend zu den genannten Schlitzen (5.3) Rippen (5.5) angeordnet sind, die eine Konfiguration als Rampe mit einer am unteren Rand (5.4) anliegenden, abgerundeten Endform haben, und dass eine Abdeckplatte (8) komplementär Rippen (8.3) und Schlitze (8.4) umfasst, die in die Schlitze (5.3) und die Rippen (5.5.) der genannten Klappe gegenseitig eindringen können, und dass die Rippen (8.3) eine Rampenform mit einem abgerundeten Ende (8.5) aufweisen, und dass die jeweiligen abgerundeten Enden der auf der Klappe und auf der Abdeckplatte (5.6) und (8.5) gebildeten Rippen einander gegenüber liegen, wenn die Abdeckplatte beim Verschließen des Deckels angehoben ist.
  4. Spender gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (5) auf jeder Seite der zentralen Aussparung einen Schlitz (5.13) aufweist, wobei sich die Aufnahme von komplementären Elementen in Form von Zähnen (5.14) teilweise in dem Raum überlagert, der in den genannten Schlitzen gebildet ist, und dass jeder Zahn in dem oberen Teil der Klappe befestigt ist, und dass die Abdeckplatte (8) auf ihrer internen Seite komplementär zwei Rippen (8.6) aufweist, die jeweils in zwei parallelen Teilen angeordnet sind, die eine Rampenform mit einem am Ende abgerundeten Profil haben, um in dem Raum, der in jedem Schlitz gebildet ist, und zwischen dem Zahn in dem entsprechenden Raum, der auf der Klappe gebildet ist, einzugreifen.
  5. Spender gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die transversale Trägerplatte (6), die mit einer Schwenkkapazität von vorn nach hinten in dem Modul mit der Klappe montiert ist, in ihrem unteren Teil Schwenkachsen (6.1) umfasst, die in auf den Flanschen (M.1) des Moduls gebildeten Öffnungen (M.2) eindringen, und dass entlang einer ihrer Kanten die Platte einen zwischen zwei Ausschnitten (6.3) gebildeten Finger (6.2) aufweist, wobei der genannte Finger geeignet ist, in eine Öffnung einzudringen, die auf einer zur internen Seite der Klappe (5) senkrechten Platte (5.13) gebildet ist.
  6. Spender gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine artikulierte Leiste (13) umfasst, die schwenkbar im Verhältnis zu den Flanschen des Moduls montiert ist, und dass das untere Ende der Leiste mit dem Artikulationsfinger (5.1) der Klappe in Kontakt kommt, und dass das andere Ende (13.3) der Leiste eine Spannfeder empfängt, deren eines Ende an einem Flansch des Moduls befestigt ist.
  7. Spender gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Modul angeordnet ist, um die Materialrolle (B.1) in der Endphase aufzunehmen und eine Rolle (B.2) zwischen den lateralen Flanschen (M.1) des Moduls auf Ansätzen (3) angeordnet ist, die für seine Aufnahme angeordnet sind, und dass die Rollen aus Material (B.1) und (B.2) zwischen der Klappe (5) und der Abdeckplatte (8) für eine vorübergehende Ausgabe und alternierend von einem Bandformat aus Material, das aus einer ersten Rolle, dann aus der zweiten Rolle stammt, präsentiert sind.

Spender gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plättchen (5.13), das auf der Klappe gebildet ist, am Ende den Befestigungssockel (5.15) eines Fingers (16) von großer Länge bildet, der den Flansch (M.1) des Moduls durchquert, wobei der genannte Finger eine Exzentertaste (15) aufnimmt, die geeignet ist, mit der Spannfeder (14) zusammenzuwirken oder auch nicht, um die Annäherung oder die Entfernung der Untergruppe zu gewährleisten, die durch die transversale Trägerplatte (6) und die Klappe (5) im Verhältnis zur Abdeckplatte (8) gebildet ist, und dass der Flansch des Moduls mit einer länglichen Öffnung angeordnet ist, die das Schwenken des genannten Fingers erlaubt.
  10. Spender gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzentertaste einen kreisförmigen Ringteil (15.1) mit einer Bohrung (15.2) in ihrer Mitte für die Montage und die Befestigung des genannten Fingers umfasst, und dass die interne Seite des Rings (15.3), die den Exzenter bildet, im Verhältnis zur zentralen Achse des Ringteils verschoben ist und dabei einen freien Bereich (15.4) auf der internen Seite des Rings erscheinen lässt, und dass die Exzentertaste Einstellmarken aufweist.
  11. Spender gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckplatte (8), die bei seinem Verschließen durch den Deckel (2) geschoben wird, auf die Stützseiten der Enden der Hebel (7) zum Aufstützen kommt und dabei das Anheben oder das Absenken des Kippmechanismus gewährleistet.
