Abstract

The apparatus has a housing (10) forming a receptacle, and a cover (11) that is hinged to the housing. A flap (12) is hinged to a set of walls of the housing. The cover has a set of opposite pairs of bars with complementary shapes. A web material is held between the flap and an inner side wall of the cover without deformation. The flap and the cover are arranged between a set of central openings and a set of grooves of smaller diameter.
