The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the central tongue (45) bears a first retaining tab (46) positioned along its free end and extending perpendicular to its lower face turned toward the pouch (400) and a second retaining tab (47) positioned on its lower face and extending obliquely toward said first retaining tab (46).

The device according to either of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the aperture (41) of the fastening plate (4) is configured so as to allow the cutting of the towelettes, the lower part of the aperture (41) being closed off over approximately 120° by a tongue (42) whereof the central part has a funnel shape made up of two oblique walls (43) coming closer to one another and ending with a slot (44).

  5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the free end of said cylindrical end-piece (33) has a seal (34) that bears against the fastening plate (4), around the aperture (41) thereof, when the cover (3) closes the case (100).
  6. The device according to any one of claims 1 and 5, characterized in that the pouch (400) bears the fastening plate (4), positioned above its removal orifice.
  7. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the pouch (400) has a second opening positioned in a zone of the wall of said pouch (400) facing the removal orifice covered by the fastening plate (4).
