Dispensing machine for pre-cut wipe material wound on a reel or accordion pleated of the type comprising a housing (1) that receives an articulated cover (2) which can be closed by raising it, said housing accommodating a module (3) that is demountably fixed relative to said housing, said module being designed to accommodate a pre-cut strip of material wound on a reel or accordion pleated, said machine comprising a compensating-lever mechanism (M) intended to move the pre-cut strip of material back towards the rear of the machine when said cover is raised, said mechanism being externally located either side of the lateral side pieces of the module, characterised in that module (3) comprises a flap (11) which is articulated relative to the module and a device (D) that makes it possible to pull the end of the strip of material in the event of a jam or abnormal transport of the strip of material between the flap and the inner face of the cover, said module being designed and comprising means to enable positioning and articulation of a flap (11) located opposite the inner face of the cover, and in that said module comprises a support plate (3e) for said device (D), and in that device (D) comprises a vertically arranged pusher (17) that slides in a controlled manner which is limited relative to the inner face of support plate (3e), and in that the pusher has a lower contact and gripping part (17.1) and an upper end (17.2) forming a cam, and in that device (D) comprises a means of rolling (20) mounted on a shaft (21) relative to support plate (3e), and in that the means of rolling (20) is capable of cooperating with the upper end of the pusher, and in that the pusher is capable of cooperating with the flap, and in that device (D) acts on the flap (11) in order to ensure it swivels backwards and enlarges the space (V) between the flap and said inner wall (2.1) of the cover in order to allow unjamming and allow the strip of material to emerge from the machine.
  2. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that flap (11) is articulated relative to the module, said flap having a vertical oblong opening (11.4) allowing one of the means that constitute device (D) to pass through it and a stub (16) shaped like a hook (16b), and in that said pusher (17) has an upper end (17.2) with a twin opposing-slope shape (17.3) (17.4) which forms a cam, and in that the means of rolling (20) cooperates with the upper end of the pusher by its sloping surface (17.4) and the hook part (16b) formed on the stub of the flap cooperates with the opposite-facing sloping surface of the pusher in order to enable rearward swivelling of the flap.
  3. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that flap (11) has pivot axes (11.1) which cooperate in openings formed on the lateral side pieces (3b) of the module, and in that said flap has an upper curved shape (11.5).
  4. Dispensing machine as claimed in claims 1 and 2, characterised in that module (3) is designed with a support plate (3e) between its lateral side pieces, said support plate accommodating device (D), and in that said support plate (3e) is designed with an opening to allow movement of the hook shape associated with flap (11) in order to allow rearward displacement of the flap.
  5. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that shaft (21) of means of rolling (20) is mounted between two end fittings (22-23) which protrude relative to support plate (3e), and in that the first end fitting (22) is used to position the shaft in a fixed manner and integrate, in its internal space, a means consisting of a free wheel, and in that the other end fitting (23) has an oblong opening (23.1) which allows slight lateral deflection of shaft (21).
  6. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that support plate (3e) is designed with a protruding shape forming a guide (18), and in that the upper part of the pusher has a rib (17.5) which limits the travel of the pusher, and in that an elastic return means (19) attached to the pusher and the module controls and limits movement of the pusher.
  7. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that compensating-lever mechanism (M) comprises two 'L'-shaped levers (5-6) which are articulated to the side pieces of the module by pivot axes, said levers being arranged parallel and independently of each other, but their upper parts being linked by a spacer bar (7) which constitutes a return roller for the the strip of material, and in that levers (5-6) are each linked by an elastic means (10) to a transmission arm (8) which is articulated relative to side pieces (3b) of the module, and in that the forward ends of said arms are capable of cooperating with cover (2) which, when it is closed, ensures that the compensating-lever mechanism is located in its raised position.
  8. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that flap (11) has tabs (11.2) which pass through the thickness of side pieces (3b) of the module and cooperate with a lever (12) which is articulated in opposition to elastic means (14) and the flap swivels rearwards in opposition to the extension of means (14).
  9. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that flap (11) has a central cut-out (11.6) through which the strip of material can pass and defining protrusions (11.7), and in that there is a backing plate (25) which is articulated relative to support plate (3e) in opposition to an elastic return means and its lower part protrudes beyond the end of flap (11), thereby constituting two pressure points on the strip of material, and in that the cover has, on its front surface, a curved panel (2c) which is inwardly oriented so as to cooperate with said backing plate (25) and the pressure points (11.7) formed on flap (11) when the strip of material moves in order to separate individual pieces.
  10. Dispensing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the cover has two partially toothed guides (27) located facing central cut-out (11.6) formed in the flap.
