Die Riegel 12,13 weisen Schrägflächen auf, ragen durch Fenster in die Führungsbahnen 4, die sie in vorgeschobener Stellung sperren und in 2 55The invention relates to a refillable dispenser for sheet-shaped material wound on roll carriers, a dispenser roll in a lower position being assigned a supply roll in an upper position, with two vertically running guideways for the roll carriers projecting from the roll on both sides, with a pivotable about an axis Scanner for the diameter of the dispenser roller, and with locking elements controlled by the scanner for fixing and releasing the roller carriers in the two guideways. Such a dispenser can be found, for example, in EP-A-351 187. The two locking elements are each formed by a two-armed lever rotatably mounted about a central axis, each of which has a support for the roof carrier at the ends. In the holding position, the supports of the locking elements are pivoted into the guideways and are locked in this position by an intermediate lever which can be moved along an inclined guide. The intermediate lever is moved by the scanner, which is pressed onto the dispensing roller by means of a tension spring. When the material is used up, the scanner swivels and moves the intermediate lever so that it releases the locking elements. The locking element is pivoted under the weight of the full supply roll, whereby on the one hand the roll holder of the used donor roll and on the other hand the roll holder of the supply roll are unlocked. Both fall down in the guideways, whereby the supply roll acts on the scanner and swivels back into its starting days, which again locks the locking elements via the intermediate lever. As a result, the supply roll comes to a standstill in the dispensing roll position. The invention has now set itself the task of simplifying the locking and triggering mechanism of such a refillable dispenser and suggests that each locking element is formed by a slidable plate perpendicular to the guideways, from the displacement of which the scanner can be swung out when the donor roll is used up is. In this way, the intermediate lever and its guidance and storage are unnecessary, since the scanner directly blocks the displacement path in the holding position, so that the plate can move after the scanner has been pivoted out. Another advantage is that the dispenser can accommodate more than two roles, since in contrast to a two-armed pivot lever on the plate, three or more locking parts can be formed one above the other for the support of role carriers. The number of supply rolls is thus determined by the height of the dispenser, but not by the locking and release mechanism. A preferred embodiment provides that a control surface which is concentric to the pivot axis of the scanner is provided on each plate, and that the scanner has an adjacent swivel bracket per control surface. The arc length of the control surface results from the swivel angle of the scanner between the empty and full dispenser roll, since there is no unlocking in this area. Rolls of different diameters can be used without further ado if the position of the scanner when the dispenser roll is used is defined as the 0 · -angular position of the swivel bracket at the release end of the control surface, and the arc length of the control surface is at least the maximum swivel angle of the scanner, i.e. the thickest, replaceable roll corresponds. The scanner consists in particular of a curved piece of wire with two bearing sections, which are mounted on the rear of the dispenser, a middle scanning section, which has a roller lying on the dispenser roller, and the two swivel brackets, which are bent at the ends from the bearing sections. The invention will now be described in more detail below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawing, without being limited thereto. 1 shows a vertical section through a filled dispenser along the line II from FIG. 3, FIG. 2 shows a vertical section through the dispenser when the dispenser roll is used up, FIG. 3 shows a horizontal section through the dispenser and the lines III-III from FIG 1 or 2 and Fig. 4 is a vertical section with the cover open. A refillable dispenser has a mounting trough 1 that can be fastened to a wall, for example, on which a cover 7 is pivotably arranged in a bearing 9. In the closed position, the cover is fixed to the top of the mounting trough 1 by means of a snap lock 8. Support plates 2, on which vertical guideways 4 are provided, extend at the lower end into oblique run-out paths 5 parallel to the side walls of the mounting trough 1 carrying the pivot bearings 9. A catch lever 10 is assigned to the end of at least one of the two run-out tracks 5, which is also pivoted when the cover 7 is folded down and releases the run-out track (FIG. 4). Sliding guides 3 are formed on the support plates 2, in each of which a plate 11 which is displaceable perpendicularly to the guideways 4, that is to say horizontally, is arranged, which is provided with a lower bolt 12 and with at least one upper bolt 13. The bolts 12, 13 have inclined surfaces, project through windows into the guideways 4, which block them in the advanced position, and in 2 55
