The shaft receives a flap which passes through each of the side panels, via the slot, and which extends outwards from the side panel. The rear of each reel holder arm comprises a tab which is used to receive and fix a return means. This return means is solidly connected to the flap. In this way, when the reel holder arm is lowered, each of the flaps is articulated and the reel is pressed continuously against the drum.

Ce volet, réalisé monobloc avec l'axe par moulage, est susceptible de pivoter avec ledit axe et ainsi, comme représenté figure 6, de pouvoir être translaté d'un côté ou de l'autre de la découpe (8a-9a) précitée selon une angulation d'environ 180°. Ainsi, le volet est susceptible de prendre deux positions opposées dans les parties d'extrémité droite et gauche de la découpe par un déplacement latéral. Par ailleurs, chaque bras porte-bobine de configuration coudée présente une patte d'extrémité (6a) débordante. Un moyen de rappel élastique (14) du type ressort est ainsi accroché à chacune desdites pattes (8b-9b) d'une part, et en extrémité du volet d'autre part. Ce basculement est amplifié jusqu'à ce que la bobine de matériau soit exempte de matière. Le basculement des deux bras porte-bobine vers l'avant va provoquer le déplacement de la patte arrière associée au bras, de sorte que par la liaison avec le moyen élastique, cela va provoquer le pivotement progressif de chacun des volets. Ceux-ci, comme représentés aux figures 1 et 2 des dessins, passent d'une position d'extrémité à l'autre à 180°, créant toujours un effet de tension sur l'élément élastique. There is a shift to neutral when the coil is discharged substantially half, thus allowing the return means to play the desired pressure effect. The proposed solution is simple to carry out, because it uses a limited number of parts, and the control of the firm support of the coil on the drum is ensured. REVENDICATIONS
