Claims (12)

  1. Applikator (1) für einen Verbindungsstreifen zwischen zwei Gipsplatten, wobei der Applikator eine Abwickelhaspel (2) für einen zu einer Rolle (3) aufgewickelten Verbindungsstreifen und einen Behälter (4) mit Putz, in welchem der Streifen im Gebrauch abrollt, umfasst, wobei der Behälter, bezogen auf die Gebrauchsposition, einen Eintrittsschlitz (6) für den Streifen, der zwischen einem freien Ende (7a) einer hinteren Wand (7) des Behälters und einem ersten freien Ende (8a) einer unteren Wand (8) des Behälters ausgebildet ist, und einen Austrittsschlitz (9) für den Streifen, der zwischen einem freien Ende (10a) einer vorderen Wand (10) des Behälters und einem zweiten freien Ende (8b) der unteren Wand (8) des Behälters ausgebildet ist, aufweist, wobei der Behälter außerdem zwei Seitenwände (11-12) umfasst, von denen eine eine abnehmbare seitliche Abdeckkappe (11) für den Zugang zum Inneren des Behälters bildet, wobei der Austrittsschlitz (9) eine bestimmte Höhe (H1) aufweist und mit Höheneinstellmitteln ausgestattet ist, wobei die Einstellmittel umfassen:

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellmittel außerdem umfassen:
    - eine Befestigungsplatine (110), die verschiebbar an einer äußeren Kontaktseite (10b) der vorderen Wand (10) des Behälters anliegend befestigt ist, wobei die Kontaktseite eine Verschiebeführung (14) aufweist, die mit einer länglichen Öffnung (15) versehen ist, wobei die Befestigungsplatine (110) einen Verschiebeanschlag (111b) aufweist, der mit der Verschiebeführung (14) gleitend zusammenwirkt und mit einem zentralen Loch (115) versehen ist;
    - einen Bolzen zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen (17) der Platte, wobei der Bolzen in eine Öffnung (16a) der Platte, in das längliche Loch (15) der Verschiebeführung und in das zentrale Loch (115) des Verschiebeanschlags eingeführt ist;
    - Mittel (116-117) zum Spannen/Entspannen des Bolzens zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen, um ein Festklemmen/Lösen der Platine und der Platte an der vorderen Wand des Behälters zu ermöglichen.
  2. Applikator (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Öffnung (16a) der Platte polygonal ist und der Bolzen zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen (17) einen polygonalen zylindrischen Abschnitt (17a) mit einer zu dem polygonalen Loch komplementären Form aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, in das polygonale Loch eingesetzt zu werden, um eine Drehung der Platte um den Bolzen zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen zu verhindern.
  3. Applikator (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Platte eine zweite Öffnung aufweist, wobei der Bolzen zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen einen Kopf zur Anlage an der Platte aufweist, der mit einem Verriegelungsstift ausgestattet ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, in die zweite Öffnung eingeführt zu werden, um eine Drehung der Platte um den Bolzen zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen zu verhindern.

Applikator (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der von der Anlageseite der Befestigungsplatine getragene Verschiebeanschlag aus einer länglichen Rippe mit einer bestimmten Länge (L2) besteht, die mit der von der Kontaktseite der vorderen Wand des Behälters getragenen Verschiebeführung gleitend zusammenwirkt, wobei die Verschiebeführung eine längliche Nut mit einer bestimmten Länge (L3) ist, die größer als die Länge (L2) der länglichen Rippe ist.
  7. Applikator (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Platte aus nichtrostendem Metall besteht.

Applikator (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Platine eine Befestigungsplatine eines Applikationskopfes (100) ist, wobei die Befestigungsplatine (110) einen Befestigungssteg (111) und zwei zu dem Befestigungssteg senkrechte Seitenteile (112a-112b) umfasst, die jeweils zwei Öffnungen aufweisen, die einander paarweise gegenüberliegen, um einen ersten Drehbolzen (120) und einen zweiten Drehbolzen (130), die zueinander parallel sind, aufzunehmen, wobei der erste Drehbolzen zwei gezahnte Rollen (121) zum Antrieb des Streifens trägt, wobei der Applikationskopf (100) außerdem umfasst:
    - zwei Schubstangen (131), die an einem ersten Ende auf dem zweiten Drehbolzen frei drehbar zwischen einer zurückgeschwenkten Position und einer Applikationsposition gelagert sind, wobei ein zweites Ende jeder Schubstange frei drehbar auf einem dritten Drehbolzen (132) beiderseits einer Winkelrolle (133) gelagert ist, die ihrerseits auf dem dritten Drehbolzen frei drehbar ist;
    - eine Feder (140), die zwei Beine zur Abstützung (141) an der Befestigungsplatine umfasst, die jeweils über ein Winkelstück (142) verlängert sind, das mit einem Verriegelungsarm (143) verbunden ist, der mit einer Raste zur Verriegelung (144) der Schubstangen (131) in der Gebrauchsposition ausgestattet ist, wobei sich die Verriegelungsarme in einer Ebene erstrecken, die eine durch die zwei Beine verlaufende Ebene schneidet, wobei die Arme durch einen Rückstellbügel (146) miteinander verbunden sind, der sich in einer Ebene erstreckt, welche die durch die zwei Verriegelungsarme verlaufende Ebene schneidet;
    - Mittel zur reversiblen Verriegelung (151-152) der Schubstangen in der zurückgeschwenkten Position, die von der Feder unabhängig sind.
  9. Applikator (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Mittel zur Verriegelung mindestens eine Verriegelungsklaue (151) und mindestens einen Anschlag (152), der dafür ausgebildet ist, dass mindestens eine Schubstange in einer Verriegelungsposition durch die Klaue an dem Anschlag anliegend gehalten wird, umfassen.
  10. Applikator (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Klauen und/oder die Schubstangen dafür ausgebildet sind, eine Entriegelung der Schubstangen von den Klauen unter Kraftaufwendung zu ermöglichen.
  11. Applikator (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei das freie Ende (7a) der hinteren Wand (7) des Behälters und das erste freie Ende (8a) der unteren Wand (8) des Behälters einen Zylinder (7a1-8a1) mit einem Querschnitt (D1) umfassen, der größer als eine Dicke (E1) der Wand ist, an welche der jeweilige Zylinder angesetzt ist, und wobei jeder Zylinder von einer abnehmbaren Schutzhülse (201-202) mit einem inneren Querschnitt bedeckt ist, der zu dem Zylinder, den die Hülse bedeckt, komplementär ist, wobei jede Schutzhülse eine längs verlaufende Öffnung (201a-202a) aufweist, die von zwei Rändern zur Verriegelung (201a-201b) an der Wand, die den von der Hülse bedeckten Zylinder trägt, begrenzt wird.
  12. Verfahren zur Einstellung eines Putzdurchflusses eines Applikators für einen Verbindungsstreifen zwischen zwei benachbarten Gipsplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Bereitstellen eines Applikators für einen Verbindungsstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei der Behälter des Applikators mit Dichtungsmaterial gefüllt ist und der Streifen gebrauchsfertig ist und ein freies Ende umfasst, das aus dem Austrittsschlitz für den Streifen herausragt;
    b) Betätigen der Mittel zum Spannen/Entspannen des Bolzens zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen, um ein Lösen der Platine und der Platte an der vorderen Wand des Behälters zu ermöglichen;
    c) Bewirken des Verschiebens der Platine, die mit der Einstellplatte über den Bolzen zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen gekoppelt ist, bis der Austrittsschlitz für den Streifen eine Arbeitshöhe aufweist, die einem Solldurchfluss für die Applikation von Putz entspricht;
    d) Betätigen der Mittel zum Spannen/Entspannen des Bolzens zur Kopplung und zum Festklemmen, um ein Festklemmen der Platine und der Platte an der vorderen Wand des Behälters zu ermöglichen.
