Claims (15)
- Preßpolster für den Einsatz in Laminierpressen mit einem Gewebe aus sich kreuzenden Fäden (1), wobei Fäden (1) vorhanden sind, welche einen Seelenfaden (2) aufweisen, der wenigstens an seiner Außenseite aus einem gummielastischen Werkstoff besteht und von wenigstens einem Metalldraht (3) umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um den Seelenfaden (2) Metalldrähte (3) verseilt sind.
- Preßploster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Seelenfaden (2, 5) vollständig von dem bzw. den Metalldrähten (3, 6) abgedeckt ist.
- Preßpolster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Seelenfaden in zumindest zwei Lagen von Metalldrähten umgeben ist.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gummielastische Material eine Shore A-Härte von 60 bis 75 hat.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gummielastische Material ein Siliconelastomer ist.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gummielastische Material geschäumt ist und ein spezifisches Gewicht von 0,3 bis 0,5 g/cm3 hat.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metall des bzw. der Metalldrähte (3, 6) Kupfer oder eine festigkeitsmodifizierte Kupferlegierung ist.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden (1, 4) einen Durchmesser von wenigstens 1 mm, vorzugsweise wenigstens 1,5 mm haben.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Seelenfaden (2, 5) aus einem Zentralfaden und einer diesen umgebenden Hülle aus dem gummielastischen Werkstoff besteht.
- Preßpolster nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zentralfaden als Kunststoffmonofil oder -multifil ausgebildet ist.
- Preßpolster nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zentralfaden als Metalldraht, Metalllitze oder Metallfaden ausgebildet ist, bei dem Metalldrähte um einen Kernfaden verseilt sind.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verseilten Metalldrähte (3) teilweise S- und teilweise Z-förmig verseilt sind.
- Preßpolster nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metalldrähte (3) abwechselnd S- und Z-förmig verseilt sind.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Metallfäden vorhanden sind, bei denen ein Zentralfaden aus Metall oder Kunststoff von wenigstens einem Metalldraht umwickelt ist.
- Preßpolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Metallfäden vorhanden sind, bei denen um einen Kernfaden aus Metall oder Kunststoff Metalldrähte verseilt sind.
