Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Blockzylinder zur Aufnahme und Führung von Werkzeugen auf Werkzeugmaschinen und Arbeitstischen. In den zylindrischen Bohrungen des Blockzylinders ist ein Arbeitskolben mit Kolbenstange gleitend geführt, wobei die Kolbenstange drehsicher gelagert ist. Die Kolbenstange 6 gleitet in einer Führungsbuchse 7 und weist einen Querschnitt auf, der dem eines regelmässigen Polygons entspricht. Die Führungsbuchse 7 besitzt eine axial verlaufende Ausnehmung deren Querschnitt dem Polygon der Kolbenstange angepaßt ist. Die Führungsbuchse 7 hat einen kreisförmigen Aussendurchmesser in dem ein Gewinde eingebracht ist, so daß sie in das Gehäuse 1 einschraubbar ist. Die Kolbenstange 6 ist im Innern der Führungsbuchse 7 gegen diese durch Dichtringe 8 u. 9 abgedichtet.

The invention relates to a block cylinder for receiving and guiding tools on machine tools and work tables. A working piston with a piston rod is slidably guided in the cylindrical bores of the block cylinder, the piston rod being mounted so that it cannot rotate. The piston rod 6 slides in a guide bush 7 and has a cross section which corresponds to that of a regular polygon. The guide bush 7 has an axially extending recess whose cross section is adapted to the polygon of the piston rod. The guide bush 7 has a circular outer diameter in which a thread is introduced so that it can be screwed into the housing 1. The piston rod 6 is inside the guide bush 7 against this by sealing rings 8 u. 9 sealed.
