Claims (21)
- Verschlußvorrichtung zum Festhalten eines Riegels (3') in einer Schließstellung, in welche der Riegel (3) am Ende einer Verschließbewegung eines in einer Zarge (1) beweglichen Tür- oder Torblatts (4) oder -flügels oder dergleichen Raumabschlußelements einschnappbar ist, mit einer an einer Gegenlagerung für den Riegel, insbesondere an der Zarge (1) oder einem weiteren Raumabschlußelement, gehaltenen Halteeinrichtung (5)
gekennzeichnet durch
eine an der Halteeinrichtung (5) gehaltene Schnäppereinrichtung (13), die wenigstens ein von einer Ruheposition in eine Aufnahmepostion und zurück bewegbares Schnäpperelement (8, 9; 8', 9') mit einer Schräge (10) zum Erfaßt-werden durch den Riegel (3) im Laufe der Verschließbewegung des Raumabschlußelements (4) und zum Umsetzen der Verschließbewegung in eine Bewegung des Schnäpperelements (8, 9) aus der Ruheposition in die Aufnahmeposition, in welcher der Weg des Riegels (3) in seine Schließstellung freigegeben ist, und eine Rückfuhreinrichtung zum selbsttätigen Zurückführen des Schnäpperelements (8', 9') in die Ruheposition, in welcher der Weg des Riegels (3') aus der Schließstellung hinaus zum Festhalten des Riegels (3') versperrt ist, aufweist. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das wenigstens eine Schnäpperelement ein Schließflügelelement (8, 9; 8', 9') ist, welches auf einer inneren Seite mit einer Gegenlagerfläche (12) zum Erfassen einer Rückseite (30) des sich in seiner Schließposition befindlichen Riegels (3') versehen ist und bevorzugt an der Halteeinrichtung (5) so gehalten ist, daß es in einer im wesentlichen parallel zu der Gegenlagerfläche (12) verlaufenden Bewegungsebene zwischen der Ruhe- und der Aufnahmeposition bewegbar ist. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schnäpperelement (8, 9; 8', 9') mittels einer vorzugsweise eine Nietbefestigung (11) aufweisenden Drehlagerbefestigung an der Halteeinrichtung (5) drehbar befestigt ist. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rückführeinrichtung eine derartige Befestigung des Schnäpperelements (8', 9') an der Halteeinrichtung (5) umfaßt, daß dieses unter Einwirkung der Schwerkraft nach Beendigung einer die Bewegung des Schnäpperelements (8', 9') antreibenden Kraft wieder in die Ruheposition zurückfallt. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rückführeinrichtung eine vorzugsweise ein Federelement (20) aufweisende Vorspanneinrichtung (22) zum elastischen Vorspannen des wenigstens einen Schnäpperelements (8, 9) in die Ruheposition umfaßt. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Anschlageinrichtung (23, 24) zum Definieren der Ruheposition mit Anschlagmitteln (23), die das wenigstens eine Schnäpperelement (8, 9) in der Ruheposition erfassen. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlageinrichtung Dämpfungsmittel (24) zum Dämpfen von Anschlägen des wenigstens einen Schnäpperelements an den Anschlagmitteln (23) aufweist. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schnäppereinrichtung (13) zwei Schnäpperelemente, insbesondere zwei Schließflügelelemente (8, 9), aufweist. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Schließflügelelemente (8, 9) bei der Bewegung aus der Ruheposition in die Aufnahmeposition voneinander wegbewegen. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Federelement eine Schraubenzugfeder (20) ist, die an einem Ende an einem ersten und mit dem anderen Ende an dem zweiten Schließflügelelement (8, 9) befestigt ist und so die Schließflügelelemente (8, 9) in Richtung zueinander vorspannt. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schließelemente (8, 9) sich in der Ruhestellung berühren und einander als Anschlagmittel dienen. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Schließflügelelemente (8, 9) spiegelbildlich zueinander geformt und vorzugsweise auch spiegelbildlich zueinander gehalten und bewegbar sind. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halteeinrichtung (5) in der Position einstellbar an der Zarge (1) befestigbar ist. - Verschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,

gekennzeichnet durch eine Verschlußvorrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 als Gegenlagereinrichtung. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Riegel (3, 3') eine flache Schließzunge (29) aufweist, mit einer Rückseitenfläche (30) zum Angreifen an der Verschlußvorrichtung (2) in der Schließstellung und einer im wesentlichen parallel zu der Rückseitenfläche (30) verlaufenden Vorderseitenfläche (31) zum Angreifen an der Schräge (10) des wenigstens einen Schnäpperelements (8, 9). - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Riegel (3, 3') parallel zu seiner Längsachse verschiebbar in dem Raumabschlußelement (4) gehalten ist und zwischen der Verriegelungsposition und der Öffnungsposition aus- und einrückbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17
gekennzeichnet durch eine Riegeleinstelleinrichtung (27) zum Einstellen der Position und/oder der Ausrücklänge relativ zu der Verschlußvorrichtung (2). - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 und Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Riegeleinstelleinrichtung (27) zum Einstellen der Position des Riegels relativ zu der Verschlußvorrichtung (2) ein Führungselement (32) zum Führen der Längsverschiebung des Riegels (3, 3') aufweist, welche in Richtung quer zu der Längsbewegungsrichtung einstellbar an dem Raumabschlußelement (4) befestigbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 19,
