- la figure 3 représente une vue en perspective d'une variante du mode de réalisation représenté en figure 2 où la position de certains volets des modules est différente ;
- la figure 4 représente une vue en perspective d'encore un autre mode de réalisation de l'emballage selon l'invention, où apparaissent, de manière dissociée, une caisse américaine 4A, un premier module 4B et un second module 4C ; et
- la figure 5 représente une vue en perspective d'une variante du mode de réalisation représenté en figure 4 où la position de certains volets des modules est différente.
- une caisse parallèlépipédique 1 du type caisse américaine représentée en 1A, en carton ondulé,
- un module 2 en carton ondulé représenté en 1B, de section sensiblement rectangulaire, disposé à l'intérieur de la caisse 1, et le ou les contenants de matières dangereuses étant disposés à l'intérieur de ce module 2, et
- un matériau de remplissage (non représenté) sous forme de vermiculite expansée précédemment décrite, remplissant tout le volume résiduel à l'intérieur de la caisse 1 comportant le module 2 dans lequel est (sont) placé(s) le (les) contenant(s).
Claims (11)
- Emballage pour le transport de matières dangereuses conditionnées dans un ou plusieurs contenants, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une caisse parallèlépipédique (1, 20 ou 50) en matériau semi-rigide tel que carton,au moins un module (2, 21 ou 51) en matériau semi-rigide tel que carton, comprenant au moins quatre parois latérales assemblées ((12,13,14 et 15); (23, 24, 25 et 26) ou (62, 63, 64 et 65)), ledit module (2, 21 ou 51) de section sensiblement rectangulaire étant disposé à l'intérieur de ladite caisse (1, 20 ou 50) en retrait par rapport aux parois de ladite caisse, et le ou lesdits contenants étant disposés à l'intérieur du module (2, 21 ou 51), etun matériau de remplissage en phyllosilicates expansés, de préférence vermiculite expansée, remplissant tout le volume résiduel à l'intérieur de ladite caisse (1, 20 ou 50) et dudit module (2, 21 ou 51) comportant le ou lesdits contenants de matières dangereuses.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de remplissage est de la vermiculite expansée sous forme de grains dont la granulométrie varie d'environ 0,3 à environ 8 mm, de préférence d'environ 1 à environ 6 mm.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vermiculite expansée précitée a une masse volumique dans l'intervalle allant d'environ 70 à environ 90 kg/m3.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacune des parois latérales (12, 23 ou 62) dudit module (2,21 ou 51), forme avec une autre paroi latérale adjacente (13, 24 ou 63), un croisillon (16) avec des petits côtés ((12a, 13a); (23a, 24a) ou (62a, 63a)), ces derniers séparant les parois latérales ((12, 13); (23, 24) ou (62, 63)) dudit module (2,21 ou 51), des parois latérales de la caisse précitée (1, 20 ou 50).
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit module (21 ou 51) comprend un ou plusieurs panneaux de séparation amovibles ((27 ou (66,67)) en matériau semi-rigide tel que carton, disposés à l'intérieur du module (21 ou 51), chaque panneau de séparation ((27 ou (66,67)) formant avec une paroi latérale perpendiculaire (24 et 26) ou ((63, 65) ; (62, 64)), un croisillon.
- Emballage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que deux parois latérales parallèles ((24 et 26) ou (63 et 65)) dudit module (21 ou 51) sont munies respectivement d'au moins un volet ((30 et 32) ou (68 et 69)) de largeur l sensiblement égale à la moitié de la distance d séparant les deux parois latérales parallèles précitées et de préférence au plus égale à la hauteur h2 d'une paroi latérale, lesdits volets ((30 et 32) ou (68 et 69)) pouvant être pliés à 90° vers l'intérieur du module (21 ou 51) pour fermer une face supérieure ou inférieure dudit module.
- Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux parois latérales parallèles (24, 26) précitées sont munies respectivement d'au moins deux volets ((30, 35) ; (32, 36)) disposés de part et d'autre de ladite paroi (24, 26), l'ensemble des volets pouvant être pliés à 90° vers l'intérieur du module (21, 22) pour fermer les faces inférieure et supérieure dudit module et en ce que ledit module (21, 22) comprend un seul panneau de séparation (27) disposé perpendiculairement aux lignes de pliage desdits volets (30, 32, 35 et 36).
- Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales parallèles précitées (24, 26) sont munies d'un côté, d'un seul volet (35, 36), et de l'autre côté, de deux volets adjacents ((30, 31) et (32, 33)), ces deux volets adjacents pouvant être pliés à 90° vers l'intérieur du module pour fermer une des faces inférieure ou supérieure dudit module de part et d'autre du panneau de séparation (27) et pouvant être pliés à 180° vers l'extérieur du module pour renforcer lesdites parois latérales parallèles (24, 26).
- Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le module (51, 52) précité comprend deux panneaux de séparation perpendiculaires (66 et 67) formant un croisillon, au moins un des panneaux de séparation (67) étant constitué de deux plaques, chacune des plaques étant munie sur un de ses côtés d'un volet (70, 71), chacun desdits volets (70, 71) pouvant être pliés à 90° vers l'intérieur du module (51, 52) pour fermer une face inférieure ou supérieure dudit module, la face opposée supérieure ou inférieure dudit module pouvant être fermée par des volets (68 et 69) solidaires des deux parois latérales (63 et 65) dudit module (51, 52) et parallèles audit panneau de séparation (67) muni de volets (70 et 71).
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux modules (( 21 et 22) ou (51 et 52)) superposés.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9 et la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce les deux modules sont superposées de manière que les lignes de pliage des volets ((30 à 33) ou (68 et 69)) des parois latérales parallèles ((24 et 26) ou (63 et 65)) d'un module, soient contigus avec les lignes de pliage des volets correspondants de l'autre module, lesdits volets pouvant être pliés soit à 90° vers l'intérieur du module, soit à 180° vers l'extérieur du module.
